本文对稀土添加少量贵金属的汽车尾气催化剂进行了研究,包括稀土氧化物对涂层热稳定性的影响、活性组分浸渍方式对活性的影响。说明不同的浸渍方式对催化剂活性作用不同,分浸比共浸的效果好,CO起燃温度降低15 ̄30℃,并与贵金属催化剂进行对比,说明钙钛矿结构催化剂具有良好的耐久性,950℃水热老化16h后,起燃温度及最大净化效率没有明显变化。  相似文献

用分离获得的嗜热厌氧纤维素降解细菌 Clostridium sp . E V A4 菌株进行了直接转化纤维素产生乙醇的动力学、发酵最适条件及其影响因子的研究.结果表明, E V A4 菌株在p H6 .2 ~8 .9 ,θ45 ℃~60 ℃的范围内能直接转化纤维素滤纸产生乙醇,最适p H 为7 .5 ~8 .0 ,最适θ为55 ~60 ℃. E V A4 菌株能利用纤维素滤纸,纤维素粉 Whatman C F I I,微晶纤维素,纤维素粉 M N300 和未经处理的玉米秆芯,甘蔗渣,水稻秸秆产生乙醇.乙醇浓度 ,纤维素降解率和培养基还原糖浓度均随培养时间延长而增大.不同的纤维素材料、p H、θ、底物浓度、酵母粉含量、振荡、培养气相、外加 O2 和乙醇等条件均能影响 E V A4 菌株转化纤维素为乙醇的能力.最适条件下 E V A4 菌株利用1 % 纤维素滤纸培养120 h 产乙醇浓度为1 123 mg/ L,纤维素降解率为59 %  相似文献

As the area covered by human-modified environments grows, it is increasingly important to understand the responses of communities to the novel habitats created, especially for sensitive and threatened taxa. We aimed to improve understanding of the major evolutionary and ecological processes that shape the assemblage of amphibian and reptile communities to forest modifications. To this end, we compiled a global data set of amphibian and reptile surveys in natural, disturbed (burned, logged), and transformed (monocultures, polyspecific plantations) forest communities to assess the richness, phylogenetic diversity, and composition of those communities, as well as the morphological disparity among taxa between natural and modified forest habitats. Forest transformations led to a diversity reduction of 15.46% relative to the statistically nonsignificant effect of disturbances. Transformations also led to a community composition that was 39.4% dissimilar to that on natural forests, compared with 16.1% difference in disturbances. Modifications did not affect the morphological disparity of communities (p = 0.167 and 0.744), and we found little evidence of taxon-specific responses to anthropic impacts. Monocultures and polyspecific plantations detrimentally affected the conservation and ecological value of both amphibian and reptile communities and altered the evolutionary processes shaping these communities, whereas forests with lower impact disturbances might, to some extent, serve as reservoirs of species. Although different mechanisms might buffer the collapse of herpetological communities, preserving remaining natural forests is necessary for conserving communities in the face of future anthropic pressures.  相似文献

Urbanization has appropriated millions of hectares of cropland, and this trend will persist as cities continue to expand. We estimate the impact of this conversion as the amount of land needed elsewhere to give the same yield potential as determined by differences in climate and soil properties. Robust spatial upscaling techniques, well-validated crop simulation models, and soil, climate, and cropping system databases are employed with a focus on populous countries with high rates of land conversion. We find that converted cropland is 30–40% more productive than new cropland, which means that projection of food production potential must account for expected cropland loss to urbanization. Policies that protect existing farmland from urbanization would help relieve pressure on expansion of agriculture into natural ecosystems.Supplementary InformationThe online version contains supplementary material available at 10.1007/s13280-021-01674-z.  相似文献

通过对湖北省二县市农户宅基地流转意愿的抽样调查,采用Logistic回归模型,分析农户宅基地流转意愿与区位条件、农户家庭属性特征及经济发展水平等的关系,找出影响农户宅基地流转意愿的主要因素。研究结果表明:目前愿意将自家宅基地进行流转的农户所占比例略高于50%。按作用程度排序,影响农户宅基地流转意愿的因素依次为非农收入占总收入的比重、距县城距离、对政策了解程度、户主年龄、户主学龄;其中,距县城距离和户主年龄的影响方向为负,其它因素的作用方向为正。从区域角度来看,经济较发达地区农户非农收入已占据主导地位,农户的流动性较强,愿意流转的农户所占比例高于社会经济欠发达地区的比例;影响农户宅基地流转意愿的因素及其作用程度也存在一定的区域差异。  相似文献

在循环流厌氧反应器中研究了无机条件下采用厌氧颗粒污泥启动硫酸盐型厌氧氨氧化(S-ANAMMOX)的反应特性。结果表明:在1~124 d的运行时间内,从第37天开始出现了NH4+-N和SO_4~(2-)的同步去除,生成NO_2~-,NO_3~-,反应最终产物为N2和单质硫,NH4+-N和SO_4~(2-)的最高去除率分别达到92.47%和59.3%;当进水nN∶nS较高时,能显著提高NH4+-N去除率和总氮去除率;SO_4~(2-)与NH4+发生氧化还原反应产生NO2-和NO3-是pH降低的过程;进水nN∶nS、进水平均NH_4~+-N、SO_4~(2-)质量浓度和HRT均对S-ANAMMOX反应的氮硫转化比有一定影响,表明S-ANAMMOX反应是一个多步反应。  相似文献

The increasing awareness of environmental issues attracts more attention on environmentally friendly energy sources. This leads to increasing research on effective use of renewable energy sources. Among them, wave energy offers a high potential. The wave energy converter systems used for transforming the wave energy into electrical energy have been a main research topic for decades. However, only a few of these systems has been successfully implemented. There seems to be some technical problems one of which is on their control applications. It has been reported that by means of appropriate control implementation, the performance of the wave energy converter system could be improved considerably. In literature, many different control techniques are reported. They appear to be weak due to implementation related restrictions. The present study proposes a novel control technique that is far more practical based on quantization of control settings. Various quantization levels and their effect on system power capture performance are studied. The technique assumes use of realistic off-the-shelf components with realistic features. The proposed method utilizes time-series-analysis technique with online parameter estimation feature. This new method does not require any knowledge of previous or future states of any of the system or sea state parameters, but only the currently available and measurable ones. The approach of the new control technique sets it apart from most of the previously reported ones. Therefore, the proposed technique is not only very much practical but also very much useful in improvement of the system power performance relative to passive techniques.  相似文献

Goal, Scope and Background Marine cage aquaculture produces a large amount of waste that is released directly into the environment. To effectively manage the mariculture environment, it is important to determine the carrying capacity of an aquaculture area. In many Asian countries trash fish is dominantly used in marine cage aquaculture, which contains more water than pellet feed. The traditional nutrient loading analysis is for pellet feed not for trash fish feed. So, a more critical analysis is necessary in trash fish feed culturing areas. Methods Corresponding to FCR (feed conversion rate), dry feed conversion rate (DFCR) was used to analyze the nutrient loadings from marine cage aquaculture where trash fish is used. Based on the hydrodynamic model and the mass transport model in Xiangshan Harbor, the relationship between the water quality and the waste discharged from cage aquaculture has been determined. The environmental carrying capacity of the aquaculture sea area was calculated by applying the models noted above. Results Nitrogen and phosphorus are the water quality parameters considered in this study. The simulated results show that the maximum nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations were 0.216 mg/L and 0.039 mg/L, respectively. In most of the sea area, the nutrient concentrations were higher than the water quality standard. The calculated environmental carrying capacity of nitrogen and phosphorus in Xiangshan Harbor were 1,107.37 t/yr and 134.35 t/yr, respectively. The waste generated from cage culturing in 2000 has already exceeded the environmental carrying capacity. Discussion Unconsumed feed has been identified as the most important origin of all pollutants in cage culturing systems. It suggests the importance of increasing the feed utilization and improving the feed composition on the basis of nutrient requirement. For the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry, it is an effective management measure to keep the stocking density and pollution loadings below the environmental carrying capacity. Conclusions The DFCR-based nutrient loadings analysis indicates, in trash fish feed culturing areas, that it is more critical and has been proved to be a valuable loading calculation method. The modeling approach for Xiangshan Harbor presented in this paper is a cost-effective method for assessing the environmental impact and determining the capacity. Carrying capacity information can give scientific suggestions for the sustainable management of aquaculture environments. Recommendations and Perspectives It has been proved that numerical models were convenient tools to predict the environmental carrying capacity. The development of models coupled with dynamic and aquaculture ecology is a requirement of further research.
