Cooking fume produced by oil and food at a high temperature releases large amount of fine particulate matter(PM) which have a potential hazard to human health. This chamber study investigated particle emission characteristics originated from using four types of oil(soybean oil, olive oil, peanut oil and lard) and different kinds of food materials(meat and vegetable). The corresponding emission factors(EFs) of number, mass, surface area and volume for particles were discussed. Temporal variation of size-fractionated particle concentration showed that olive oil produced the highest number PM concentration for the entire cooking process. Multiple path particle dosimetry(MPPD) model was performed to predict deposition in the human respiratory tract. Results showed that the pulmonary airway deposition fraction was the largest. It was also found that particles produced from olive oil led to the highest deposition. We strongly recommend minimizing the moisture content of ingredients before cooking and giving priority to the use of peanut oil instead of olive oil to reduce human exposure to PM.  相似文献

The influence of different driving cycles on their exhaust emissions and fuel consumption rate of gasoline passenger car was investigated in Bangkok based on the actual measurements obtained from a test vehicle driving on a standard chassis dynamometer. A newly established Bangkok driving cycle (BDC) and the European driving cycle (EDC) which is presently adopted as the legislative cycle for testing automobiles registered in Thailand were used. The newly developed BDC is constructed using the driving characteristic data obtained from the real on-road driving tests along selected traffic routes. A method for selecting appropriate road routes for real driving tests is also introduced. Variations of keyed driving parameters of BDC with different driving cycles were discussed. The results showed that the HC and CO emission factors of BDC are almost two and four times greater than those of EDC, respectively. Although the difference in the NOx emission factor is small, the value from BDC is still greater than that of EDC by 10%. Under BDC, the test vehicle consumes fuel about 25% more than it does under EDC. All these differences are mainly attributed to the greater proportion of idle periods and higher fluctuations of vehicle speed in the BDC cycle. This result indicated that the exhausted emissions and fuel consumption of vehicles obtained from tests under the legislative modal-type driving cycle (EDC) are significantly different from those actually produced under real traffic conditions especially during peak periods.  相似文献

采用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术,对不同来流风速大小、风向条件下的上海世博规划区内四条主要交通干道上的交通污染物对流扩散进行了三维数值仿真。获得了不同工况下交通污染物浓度的空间分布。通过数值仿真结果分析,探明了交通干道上的机动车尾气排放对世博规划区内空气质量的影响(各工况下世博规划区内的CO最大浓度为0.25~0.59mg/m3;东南、东北和南风向下规划区内的NO2最大浓度分别为0.037mg/m3、0.03mg/m3和0.03mg/m3,而北风和西风下规划区建筑群内NO2最大浓度分别为0.068mg/m3和0.12mg/m)3,并揭示出应该重视靠近交通干道的建筑物附近的空气质量改善,特别是要重视靠近卢浦大桥两侧的建筑群周围空气质量改善(卢浦大桥两侧的建筑群周围NO2最大浓度已稍大于《环境空气质量标准》规定的一级标准浓度限值)。  相似文献

Effects of hydrocarbon compositions on raw exhaust emissions and combustion processes were studied on an engine test bench. The optimization of gasoline hydrocarbon composition was discussed. As olefins content increased from 10.0% to 25.0% in volume, the combustion duration was shortened by about 2 degree crank angle ( CA), and the engine-out THC emission was reduced by about 15%. On the other hand, as aromatics content changed from 35.0% to 45.0%, the engine-out NOx emissions increased by 4%. An increment in olefins content resulted in a slight increase in engine-out CO emission, while the aromatics content had little e ect on engine-out total hydrocarbon (THC) and CO emissions. Over the new European driving cycle (NEDC), the THC, NOx and CO emissions of fuel with 25.0% olefins and 35.0% aromatics were about 45%, 21% and 19% lower than those of fuel with 10.0% olefins and 40.0% aromatics, respectively. The optimized gasoline compositions for new engines and new vehicles have low aromatics and high olefins contents.  相似文献

The measurements of atmospheric carbonyls concentrations in Beijing were conducted from 12 July to 8 October, 2008, covering the periods of the 2008 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. Six carbonyls, including formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acetone, butyraldehyde, valeraldehyde, and hexaldehyde, were identified in all air samples. The total average concentrations of these carbonyls before, during, and after traffic restriction were (48.1 ± 15.2), (36.6 ± 14.5) and (23.4 ± 12.3) μg/m3, respectively. Compared with the period after traffic restriction, the distinct high concentrations of the carbonyls before and during traffic restriction were primarily ascribed to the remarkable contribution of photochemical reactions. With respect to our previous investigation in the summer of 2005, the reductions of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acetone during traffic restriction period were about 64%, 47% and 27%, respectively, indicating that the air cleaning actions adopted by the Chinese government for the two games were efficient. The lowest levels of atmospheric carbonyls and the extremely high composition proportion of acetone after the traffic restriction were mainly attributed to the long-term effect of the control measures for the two games.  相似文献

集中分析了餐饮无组织排放源(街边小吃、火锅店、露天烧烤)及有组织排放源(10家大中型餐馆)油烟PM2.5中的TC(总碳)、元素组分、离子组分和16种PAHs,得到了各类餐饮源油烟PM2.5的化学组成特征,建立了餐饮源油烟化学成分谱. 结果表明:各餐饮源油烟的ρ(PM2.5)是大气背景值的3~42倍,其中露天烧烤油烟的ρ(PM2.5)最高,达5 659.8 μg/m3. 不同餐饮源油烟的PM2.5中各化学组分均为w(TC)(38.1%~75.8%)>w(元素组分)(4.5%~27.0%)>w(离子组分)(2.7%~22.6%),并且ρ(PM2.5)与w(TC)呈显著正相关(R=0.84). 菲(PHE)、芘(PYR)、荧蒽(FLT)的质量分数在各类餐饮源油烟的PAHs中均普遍较高,分别为13.8%~21.6%、9.2%~26.5%、6.9%~22.0%.大中型餐馆油烟的PAHs中苯并苝(BPE)的质量分数最高(27.5%),而在其他餐饮源中均小于6.7%;(CHR)的质量分数最低(3.3%),而在其他餐饮源中均大于5.3%. 露天烧烤油烟的PAHs中芘、荧蒽的质量分数分别是其他餐饮源的2.7和2.3倍以上;萘(NAP)的质量分数(0.3%)较小,但在其他餐饮源中均大于11.4%,可以作为特定餐饮源油烟的特征物种.   相似文献

从实际的饮食业油烟监测出发,结合执行与实践《饮食业油烟排放标准》(GB18483-2001)过程中的各种体会,从采样位置、采样工况以及基准灶头数这三个方面,对饮食业油烟监测中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的解决对策:油烟监测前,应确保采样位置的规范,必须对采样断面和位置进行优化选择;油烟监测中,应确保采样工况的正常,油烟净化设备务必处于正常工作状态,要派专人负责工况的监督,维持工况的稳定;在今后的标准修订中,建议对基准灶头数的折算方式予以明确,而不是目前按灶的总发热功率或排气罩灶面总投影面积两种方式并存。  相似文献

研究La-Co-Cu-Mn-Ce-Pd催化剂的活性和热稳定性,结果表明,该催化剂具有低温活性良好、活性高以及热稳定性好的性能特点,对CO、HC氧化的T50%和T100%分别约为182℃,238℃和240℃、265℃,催化剂表面组分发生强相互作用形成3种活性中心,是催化剂低的起燃温度,高活性的原因。催化剂高温处理后未发生烧结,活性未下降,热稳定性良好。  相似文献
