采用粉末活性炭(PAC)强化"水解酸化+CAST"工艺对混合化工废水进行研究。试验结果表明:PAC强化"水解酸化+CAST"工艺对进水中COD、难降解COD、BOD5、NH3-N和TP等参数的去除率分别达到了82.8%、52.8%、95.8%、88.8%和94.2%,实际出水水质有了很明显提高。PAC与活性污泥法耦合处理废水,PAC在产生吸附作用的同时,具有与生物协同的降解作用。通过改变PAC的投加方式和投加量试验,出于经济方面考虑,在保证出水水质指标达标的前提下,确定2~3天为一个比较合理的PAC投加周期。  相似文献

巯基改性玉米秸秆吸附Hg(Ⅱ)的热力学特征研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
采用化学反应的合成方法向玉米秸秆中引入巯基官能团,并进行电镜扫描、红外光谱和X射线电子能谱分析.在此基础上,以巯基改性玉米秸秆为吸附剂,通过批处理试验讨论了吸附时间、体系pH和温度等因素对水体中Hg(Ⅱ)吸附的影响.结果表明,采用该合成方法可以成功地向玉米秸秆中引入0.98%的巯基官能团,巯基改性玉米秸秆对水体Hg(Ⅱ)的吸附最佳pH为6,吸附能在120min内达到平衡,在285K时对Hg(Ⅱ)的最大吸附量可达80.04mg·g-1.吸附过程是自发的放热过程,可用Langmuir模型描述,其吸附机理可能为络合反应控制的化学吸附.研究表明,巯基改性玉米秸秆是一种对水体Hg(Ⅱ)具有良好吸附能力的生物吸附剂.  相似文献

A technology to achieve stable and high ammonia nitrogen removal rates for corn distillery wastewater (ethanol fuel production) treatment has been designed. The characteristics of nitrifying bacteria entrapped in a waterborne polyurethane (WPU) gel carrier were evaluated after acclimation. In the acclimation period, nitrification rates of WPU-immobilized nitrobacteria were monitored and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was also carried out to investigate the change in ammonium-oxidizing bacteria. The results showed that the pellet nitrification rates increased from 21 to 228 mg-N/(L-pellet. hr) and the quantity of the ammonia oxidation bacteria increased substantially during the acclimation. A continuous ammonia removal experiment with the anaerobic pond effluent of a distillery wastewater system was conducted with immobilized nitrifying bacteria for 30 days using an 80 L airlift reactor with pellets at a fill ratio of 15% (V/V). Under the conditions of 75 mg/L influent ammonia, hydraulic retention time (HRT) of 3.7--5.6 hr, and dissolved oxygen (DO) of 4 mg/L, the effluent ammonia concentration was lower than 10 mg/L and the ammonia removal efficiency was 90%. While the highest ammonia removal rate, 162 mg-N/(L-pellet.hr), was observed when the HRT was 1.3 hr.  相似文献

以铜镉渣为研究对象,采用酸浸-锌粉置换方法对有色冶炼铜镉渣中镉进行提取,通过单因素实验分别对酸浸及置换条件进行考察,确定了镉提取的最优条件:在硫酸浓度为60g/L、液固比8:1、浸出时间3h,温度60℃的条件下镉的浸出率达97%;采用锌粉置换,锌粉用量为理论用量的1.3倍、置换温度40℃、提取时间1h、浸出液pH为2.5时,镉的置换率在99%以上,海绵镉的品位达78%。  相似文献

介绍了在高固含率条件下氢氧化钠(NaOH)和氢氧化钙(Ca(OH))2堆沤处理对玉米秸纤维素结构的影响。分别用2.5%、5%和7.5%(ρ)的NaOH和Ca(OH)2将玉米秸在常温下堆沤处理3 d后,提取其纤维素,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射光谱(XRD)对比研究了处理前后纤维素的结构和结晶度的变化。结果表明碱堆沤处理使玉米秸秆中纤维素的形态结构发生了变化,部分分子间氢键断裂,部分酯键消失,随着碱用量的增加,纤维素结构被破坏的程度越大;纤维素的晶体类型与002面微晶位置虽然没有改变,但是纤维素的结晶度与002面微晶尺寸增大。这些变化表明碱处理能提高玉米秸秆纤维素的可及度和反应性,从而改善厌氧消化性能。其中NaOH较Ca(OH)2表现出更好的纤维素润胀能力和反应性,在处理秸秆提高其厌氧消化产甲烷性能上具有更大的潜力。  相似文献

As the second largest corn producer in this world, China has abundant corn straw resources. The study assessed the energy balance and global warming potential of corn straw-based bioethanol production and utilization in China from a life cycle perspective. The results revealed that bioethanol used as gasoline and diesel blend fuel could reduce global warming potential by 10%–97% and 4%–96%, respectively, as compared to gasoline and diesel for transport. The total global warming potential, net global warming potential, net energy, and Net Energy Ratio per MJ ethanol generated from corn straw-based bioethanol system are estimated to be 0.20 kg CO2-eq, 0.012 kg CO2-eq, 0.60 MJ, and 1.87, respectively. By using sensitivity analysis, we found that the collected coefficient and compressing density of straw have a more obvious influence on energy balance; transportation distance has a more obvious influence on global warming potential emission factor. The by-products may be utilized as fertilizer, animal feed, cement replacement, or high-value lignin chemicals, which make a contribution to offsetting 0.28 MJ per MJ ethanol of energy consumption.  相似文献

以草炭、椰糠为对照,研究腐熟木薯茎秆对番茄、黄瓜、丝瓜、茄子、大吊瓜及西瓜的育苗效果,为木薯茎秆作为育苗基质提供依据。育苗结果表明:(1)原木薯茎秆用于番茄育苗时,其发芽率、株高、茎粗及真叶数与草炭育的番茄效果相当;过2mm筛木薯茎秆对番茄育苗效果不如草炭,但优于椰糠;原木薯茎秆用于黄瓜育苗时,其发芽率、株高、茎粗及真叶数与草炭、椰糠育的黄瓜效果相当;原木薯茎秆对番茄、黄瓜的育苗效果优于过2mm筛木薯茎秆。(2)原木薯茎秆、过2mm筛木薯茎秆对丝瓜、大吊瓜和西瓜的育苗效果不如草炭、椰糠,但对茄子的育苗效果优于椰糠。总的看来,腐熟木薯茎秆可用于番茄、黄瓜、茄子育苗,而不宜单独用于丝瓜、大吊瓜和西瓜育苗。  相似文献

Free radical production and oxidative stress are known to increase in liver during diabetes and may contribute to oxidative damage. In this study, the effect of oral feeding of Trigonella foenum-graecum seed powder (TSP) has been studied on blood glucose, membrane-linked ATPases, antioxidant enzymes, lipid peroxidation, lipofuscin content and membrane fluidity in livers of a diabetic rat. Diabetes was induced by administration of alloxan monohydrate. Hyperglycemia during diabetes has been shown to entail free radical generation, with a concomitant increase in lipid peroxidation and lipofuscin content, inhibition of membrane-linked ATPases, increased antioxidant enzyme activities and decreased membrane fluidity. TSP treatment reverses the changes to near normal levels thereby ameliorating the management of diabetic complications.  相似文献

Advanced biofuels such as cellulosic ethanol are of great interest in the USA. With agriculture being the major source of feedstock for advanced biofuels, how farmers would respond to markets and policy incentives in providing such feedstock can directly affect sufficient and sustainable supply of advanced biofuels and their environmental sustainability. In this study, we developed an economic model to examine farmers' production choices in a context where agricultural markets are linked to energy markets. We identified the economic conditions under which farmers could maximize their profits by converting current grain cropland to grow cellulosic biomass crops. An empirical illustration showed that with current technology, farmers are unlikely to grow switchgrass as a dedicated energy crop instead of corn on cropland. The biofuel incentives in the 2008 Farm Bill can improve the competitiveness of switchgrass, but may stimulate corn production as well, with corn residues as an alternative feedstock for advanced biofuels. The continuous, possibly expanding, corn production in future raises the same issues for advanced biofuels as for corn grain-based ethanol. To assure the environmental sustainability of advanced biofuel production, further research is needed to help design environmental policies alongside existing biofuel initiatives.  相似文献
