提出了一种新的绿矾综合利用的途径,即绿矾经碳酸盐转化,然后采用无烟煤作还原剂,CaCO3为添加剂,进行高温还原焙烧制取还原铁粉.先将绿矾用水溶解,用理论量1.2倍的(NH4)2CO3将FeSO4转化为FeCO3,FeCO3焙烧的最佳条件是FeCO3∶无烟煤∶CaCO3为100∶60∶8,焙烧温度为1000℃,焙烧时间为4.5 h.粗还原铁粉化学成分除C含量较高外,符合国家有关标准,900℃左右经氢气精还原1 h所得精还原铁粉化学成分的各项指标,均达到或优于国家有关标准的要求.  相似文献

Abstract

The disposal of digested sewage sludge on crop‐producing land appeals to municipalities as an option but may pose a hazard to human and animal health if the plant material contains elevated levels of some heavy metals. This paper reports the levels of cadmium in corn grain and stover for six years — three years with sludge applied annually and for three years after sludge applications were terminated. The cadmium concentration in corn grain from the sixth year was similar to values found in corn grown on non‐sludged plots. In corn stover fron treated plots the cadmium concentration was greater than from untreated plots. Our. study indicated that phytotoxic levels of cadmium did not exist even though elevated levels occurred in the corn stover.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The degradation dynamics and terminal residues of dufulin enantiomers were investigated in two typical corn plants. A convenient and precise chiral method by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS/MS) using a Chiralpak IC column was developed and validated for measuring dufulin enantiomers in corn plants and corn. The two enantiomers of dufulin quickly dissipated in the corn plant, and no noticeable stereoselectivity was observed during degradation or in the final residues. After 30% rac-dufulin wettable powder with a 1- to 1.5-fold dose of the recommended value was sprayed two to three times on corn plants, the residue levels of S-(+)-dufulin and R-(-)-dufulin in corn from both sites were lower than or equal to 0.0520 mg kg–1 on days 7, 14 and 21 after the last application. The dietary risk assessment indicated that dufulin did not exhibit obvious dietary health risks in corn samples when good agricultural practices were implemented. The findings from this study may be used to better understand the chiral profiles of dufulin in the environment and the effect of dufulin residues in corn on health.  相似文献

以常见的农业废弃物玉米秸秆为原料,以NaHCO_3和三聚氰胺为活化剂,一步碳化活化制备得到了一种改性多孔生物炭,研究了其对模拟四环素(TC)废水的吸附行为,同时采用SEM、XRD、Raman、FTIR、BET和元素分析对材料进行表征分析.探究了热解温度、三聚氰胺添加量、吸附剂投加量、反应时间、初始浓度、环境温度和pH对改性多孔生物炭去除水溶液中TC的影响.相比于原始生物炭(C800),改性后的秸秆生物炭(MPC800-10)对TC拥有更优异的吸附能力,能在短时间内快速高效地去除TC.由表征结果可知,同时添加NaHCO_3和三聚氰胺得到的改性多孔生物炭(MPC800-10)相对于原始生物炭(C800)比表面积更大,孔结构更丰富,芳香性增强,且亲水性和极性也有所增大,表面官能团更丰富,含氧官能团增加.MPC800-10对TC的吸附更符合Pseudo-second-order动力学模型和Freundlich等温吸附模型,且最大吸附量达到347 mg·g~(-1).热力学分析表明MPC800-10对TC的吸附是一个自发、吸热的过程.在酸性和中性条件下MPC800-10对TC都有较好的吸附能力,且具有一定的抗离子干扰能力和良好的再生性能.本研究将为农田废弃物的资源化利用及废水中抗生素的污染治理奠定坚实的基础.  相似文献

目的 揭示碱性环境下交流干扰对富锌环氧涂层失效机制的影响.方法 以富锌环氧涂层为研究对象,以X80钢为基体,手工涂敷形成带涂层的X80钢样品,通过五点测试法确定涂层厚度为(25±5)μm,施加交流干扰电压.通过电化学测试,研究涂层样品在3%(质量分数)NaOH溶液中随浸泡时间的电化学阻抗变化特征,揭示交流电对富锌环氧涂层的作用机制.结果 在碱性环境下,锌粉更有利于活化,但是反应速率也更快,导致活化的锌粉表面能够迅速形成腐蚀产物Zn(OH)2和Zn(OH)42-,阻止锌粉之间的电连接,同时基体Fe在碱性环境中容易发生钝化,极大地减弱了涂层与金属基体的湿结合力.当交流干扰存在时,活化锌粉的反应过程非常迅速,以至于不能形成有效的电连接和阴极保护.结论 交流干扰能够抑制锌颗粒的活化过程(ZnO→Zn(OH)2/Zn(OH)42-),促进活化锌颗粒的反应过程,削弱锌的阴极保护作用.  相似文献

活性粉末混凝土 (RPC)具有高强、高耐久性以及高延展性等特点 ,因此 ,RPC在桥梁中有很好的应用前景。但是当前对RPC桥梁的设计研究很少 ,笔者根据自行研制的RPC ,设计了预应力拼装结构的槽形梁模型 ;并进行了RPC槽形梁模型的破坏试验研究 ,以验证槽形梁模型的承载力及发现设计上存在的问题。通过对模型拼装、预应力张拉及模型加载的试验现象的介绍和对试验结果的分析可知 ,破坏时主梁底部的拉应力远没有达到RPC的抗拉极限强度 ,而主梁腹板和下翼缘连接处的局部承载力不足才是主梁破坏的真正原因。最后 ,在总结裂缝发展和模型破坏的原因的基础上 ,对进一步的模型设计提出了修改意见。  相似文献

It is shown here that one burns 1 gallon of gasoline equivalent in fossil fuels to produce 1 gallon of gasoline equivalent as ethanol from corn. When this corn ethanol is burned as a gasoline additive or fuel, its use amounts to burning the same amount of fuel twice to drive a car once. Therefore, the fuel efficiency of those cars that burn corn ethanol is halved. The widespread use of corn ethanol will cause manifold damage to air, surface water, soil and aquifers. The overall energy balance of corn conversion to ethanol demonstrates that 65% of the input energy is lost during the conversion. Carbon dioxide sequestration by corn is nullified when corn ethanol is burned, and there will be additional carbon dioxide, nitrous oxides, and sulfur oxide emissions from the fossil fuels used to produce the ethanol. In limestone quarries, considerable amounts of limestone powders are being produced as by-products of stone crushers. High amounts of powders are being collected and utilisation of this by-product is a big problem from the aspects of disposal, environmental pollution and health hazards. In conventional concrete, the introduction of high volumes of limestone quarry dust to concrete mixes is limited due to its negative effects on water demand and strength of concrete. However, these fines can be efficiently utilised as viscosity enhancer particularly in special concrete (like self-compacting concrete—SCC) applications. Thus, the successful utilisation of this quarry dust in SCC could turn this material into a valuable resource.In this paper the usability of a quarry dust limestone powder in self-compacting paste and concrete applications was investigated. In the first part, the physical and mechanical properties of cement pastes incorporating quarry waste limestone powder (QLP) and a powder produced by direct grinding of limestone (PLP) were compared. In the second part, the performance of quarry waste limestone powder in SCC applications were tested and discussed. Results showed that, it is possible to successfully utilise high amounts of quarry waste limestone powder in producing normal-strength SCCs. Among its observed mechanical advantages, employment of quarry waste limestone powders improved the economical feasibility of SCC production.  相似文献

利用电厂粉煤灰及灰场氧化塘对现河首站采油废水中的污染物进行吸附和生化处理试验。试验结果表明:粉煤灰具有类似活性炭的结构和比表面积,对废水中的石油类、COD、氨氮、挥发酚等污染物具有较强的吸附、沉降和过滤作用。  相似文献
