爆破振动综合减震措施的减震效应研究*

为提高爆破减震措施的减震效果并降低工程造价,提出将减震沟和减震孔进行组合的综合减震方法。采用LS-DYNA动力分析软件从爆破振动速度、频谱特征以及应力云图3个方面对减震孔、减震沟以及综合减震措施的减震效果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:综合减震措施在水平径向和垂直向上的减震率相对最大,分别达81.91%,75.74%;综合减震措施由于减震孔的存在,对爆破地震波高频成分的滤波作用优于减震沟措施;综合减震措施下部的减震孔会继续阻碍应力波的传播,进一步削减应力波能量,从而达到保护隔震屏障后方建（构）筑物安全的目的。     

Thermally chargeable supercapacitor based on nickel-coated nanoporous carbon

Nanoporous carbon is coated by pure nickel via an electroless plating method. The nanoporous carbon provides a high-surface-area substrate, leading to a large capacitance; the nickel surface layer is of a high work function, resulting in a thermally sensitive electrode potential. Such a system is ideal for thermally chargeable supercapacitor (TCS) system, which converts low-grade heat (LGH) to electrical energy. The specific energy per thermal cycle per gram of electrode mass is ~1.8 mJ, with a temperature difference of 50°C.     

典型大气环境玻璃钢天线罩聚氨酯涂层工艺老化行为研究

通过南海海洋大气环境、海南万宁湿热乡村大气环境、西藏拉萨高原大气环境户外大气暴露对玻璃钢基灭线罩聚氨酯涂层工艺进行了老化试验，运用光泽、颜色、粉化率、SEM等手段测试了涂层在户外大气暴露的性能变化和表面形貌，并进行对比分析。结果表明，在相同大气环境中，工艺玻璃钢板／雷达罩底漆／浅灰航天聚氨酯涂层耐候性能优于工艺玻璃钢板／环氧聚酰胺／弹性聚氨酯磁漆涂层的耐侯性能；对于同种工艺，西沙海洋大气环境对其耐侯性的影响最大，其次是万宁湿热乡村环境，拉萨高原环境影响较小；光照、温度、湿度是涂层老化的主要原因。     

CC-100复合型绝热涂层系统在油气储罐上的应用研究

塔里木油田主力油区年平均气温高且昼夜温差大,普通油气储罐的油气蒸发损耗大,同时由于油气蒸发导致储罐附近油气浓度大,存在一定安全隐患,对储罐周围的环境也造成一定污染。CC-100复合型绝热涂层系统具有高反射率、高辐射率、低导热系数、低蓄热系数的特点,通过在塔里木油田的应用,有效降低了油气储罐表面温度和油气损耗。文章对该绝热涂层系统在塔里木油田的应用情况及取得的效果进行了论述。     

高压互感器液体硅橡胶绝缘护套修复工艺及性能研究

互感器是一种重要的变电站设备,针对目前在一些变电站中出现互感器的硅橡胶绝缘护套表层出现粉化现象,而又无法进行整体更换的情况,本文试图以现有的RTV防污闪涂料作为修复涂层来对互感器伞套进行补强,认为在RTV涂料的性能互感器运行要求的前提下,RTV涂料与互感器硅橡胶伞套的粘接性能应当是最重要的性能。基于这一想法,本文对RTV涂料与互感器伞套的粘接性能进行了研究,认为在采取正确施工工艺的前提下,RTV防污闪涂料能够用于对互感器伞套的修复。     

Effects of thermal barrier coating on the performance and combustion characteristics of a diesel engine fueled with biodiesel produced from waste frying cottonseed oil and ultra-low sulfur diesel

In this study, the top surfaces of piston and valves of a four-strokes and direct-injection diesel engine have been coated—with no change in the compression ratio—with a 100 μm of NiCrAl lining layer via plasma spray method and this layer has later been coated with main coating material with a mixture of 88% of ZrO₂, 4% of MgO and 8% of Al₂O₃ (400 μm). Then, after the engine-coating process, ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) as base fuels and its blend with used frying cottonseed oil derived biodiesel in proportion of 20%, volumetrically, have been tested in the coated engine and data of combustion and performance characteristics on full load and at different speeds have been noted. The results, which were compared with those obtained by uncoated-engine operation, showed that thermal efficiency increased, and engine noise reduced. Cylinder gas pressure values obtained from the diesel engine which has been coated with thermal barriers have been found to be somewhat higher than those of the uncoated-engine. Also, maximum pressure values measured in both engines and under the same experimental conditions through the use of test fuel have been obtained after TDC. Moreover, heat release rate and heat release have occurred earlier in the coated-engine. NOx emissions were increased while CO and HC emissions were remained almost the same with a little bit decrease.     

Experimental investigation into different selectively coated receivers and silver-coated selective surface compound parabolic reflector using regression modelling for industrial heating

The paper explores the experimental results of the prototype compound parabolic trough made of mild steel and silver-coated selective surface. This prototype has been tested with top cover. The performance of the collector has been evaluated with two kinds of receivers coated with three types of black coatings. First receiver is of copper coated with black copper, second receiver is of mild steel coated with black copper and third receiver is of copper coated with black zinc. From actual field experiments, it has been observed that the efficiency of the system achieved with copper receiver coated with black copper is comparatively higher than the other two types of receivers. A simple regression analysis is used to correlate the thermal performance parameters of the system.     

Advanced superhydrophobic electroactive fluorinated polyimide and its application in anticorrosion coating

A novel superhydrophobicelectroactive fluorinated polyimide (HEFPI) was first synthesized from aniline trimer and 4,4′-(Hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride. The HEFPI could be fabricated as superhydrophobicfilm by replicated the surface of the Xanthosomasagittifolium leaves. The water contact angle of HEFPI film reaches as high as 157 ° and the superhydrophobic property of HEFPI could coat on cold-rolled steel (CRS) to prevent the metal corrosion. Electroactivity of EFPI was evaluated by performing electrochemical cyclic voltammetry study. Besides, redox catalytic capabilities of aniline trimer units existed in HEFPI main chain may induce the formation of passive metal oxide layers on the CRS electrode. The synergistic effects (hydrophobic property and passive metal oxide layers) make the HEFPI coating has great potential for advanced anticorrosion material.     

用热解石墨管和锆＋酒石酸改进剂测定环境样品中锡

本文提出了一种新的混合改进剂（锆＋酒石酸）,能有效消除高氯酸、硝酸以及各种基体的干扰,比较了各原子化温度时理论和实验特征量,使解热石墨管可可能用于石墨炉原子吸收法测定各种环境样品中的锡,准确度和精度优于８％。     

烟气净化用防腐涂料导电特性的实验研究

对电晕放电烟气净化设备用防腐涂料的导电特性进行了实验研究,涂层导电机理为渗流、隧道效应和场致发射综合作用。涂层比电阻随填料粒度的增大,添加量的增加显著下降。随温度增加,涂层比电阻有所上升,在95～110℃以后下降。涂料的比电阻为103～104Ω.cm量级。
