成功制备出羧基功能化的MnFe2O4磁性催化剂(MnFe2O4-COOH),采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、振动样品磁强计(VSM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、H2-程序升温还原(TPR)及X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术对其理化性质进行了表征,并通过非均相Fenton氧化降解水中头孢噻肟钠抗生素对MnFe2O4和MnFe2O4-COOH的催化性能进行了考查.结果表明,经过表面修饰之后的MnFe2O4-COOH比MnFe2O4的催化活性高,头孢噻肟钠的去除率可以达到85.5%,TOC的去除率达到58.1%.同时,对溶液pH的影响、Fe的流失、主要的活性物种及羧基修饰基团的作用进行了研究.结果表明,羟基自由基(?OH)是非均相Fenton氧化过程中的主要活性物种,羧基修饰后催化活性的提高主要归因于团聚的抑制、活性组分Fe流失的降低及还原能力的提高.此外,稳定性和重复使用性的研究结果表明,MnFe2O4-COOH经过3次 循环使用后,仍能保持较高的催化活性.  相似文献

目的探究4种常用Al-Zn-In系牺牲阳极(Al-Zn-In、Al-Zn-In-Cd、Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti、Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ga-Mn)在海水间浸环境中的电化学性能。方法采用恒电流法对4种阳极的开路电位、工作电位、实际电容量、电流效率及溶解形貌等进行研究,并结合电化学阻抗谱、动电位极化曲线等方法进行分析。结果在间浸环境中,Al-Zn-In、Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti、Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ga-Mn的电流效率均在88.92%以上,3种阳极的工作电位在-0.96~-1.10 V波动,能满足碳钢在间浸环境中的保护需要。Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ga-Mn阳极溶解形貌均匀,Al-Zn-In和Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti阳极溶解形貌略差。Al-Zn-In-Cd阳极电流效率仅为80.95%,工作电位在-0.93~-1.10 V波动,溶解形貌不均匀,电化学性能最差。研究发现,Al-Zn-In-Cd阳极表面附着的腐蚀产物多次在空气环境中脱水,并形成壳层,导致电位正移,阻碍阳极的进一步活化。结论在间浸环境中,4种阳极的电化学性能由好到差依次为Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ga-Mn阳极、Al-Zn-In阳极、Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti阳极、Al-Zn-In-Cd阳极,前3种阳极适用于间浸环境中海洋结构物的阴极保护。  相似文献

Metal-air batteries (MABs) are considered promising candidates for sustainable energy storage & conversion applications. Air-cathodes have been identified to be the major challenge towards the commercialization of MAB technology. In development of air-cathodes effectively, a method, or a device is desired for cathode evaluation at operating conditions that are as close as possible to that of an actual battery. In this paper, for diagnosing, evaluating and analyzing the electrochemical performance of MAB air-cathodes, a novel electrochemical half-cell has been designed and fabricated. This half-cell is a three-electrode system, in which the air-cathode is used as the working electrode, a platinum wire with large area as the counter electrode and a saturated calomel electrode (SCE) as the reference electrode. The working electrode is designed to allow the surface of gas diffusion layer to be exposed to the air and the catalyst layer to be exposed to the electrolyte. This half-cell is validated by commercially available and in-house made air cathodes using electrochemical linear scan voltammetry (LSV) method in both neutral and alkaline solutions at various temperatures, enabling the in-situ performance evaluation and analysis of air-cathodes in an environment much closer to that of a primary aqueous metal-air battery while offering a more controlled laboratory environment and economic way for down-selecting and optimizing the air-cathodes.  相似文献

Intensive use of chlorinated pesticides from the 1960s to the 1990s has resulted in a diffuse contamination of soils and surface waters in the banana-producing areas of the French West Indies. The purpose of this research was, for the first time, to examine the degradation of two of these persistent pollutants – chlordecone (CLD) and beta-hexachlorocyclohexane (β-HCH) in 1 mg L?1 synthetic aqueous solutions by means of photolysis, (photo-) Fenton oxidation and ozonation processes. Fenton oxidation is not efficient for CLD and yields less than 15% reduction of β-HCH concentration in 5 h. Conversely, both molecules can be quantitatively converted under UV-Vis irradiation reaching 100% of degradation in 5 h, while combination with hydrogen peroxide and ferrous iron does not show any significant improvement except in high wavelength range (>280 nm). Ozonation exhibits comparable but lower degradation rates than UV processes. Preliminary identification of degradation products indicated that hydrochlordecone was formed during photo-Fenton oxidation of CLD, while for β-HCH the major product peak exhibited C3H3Cl2 as most abundant fragment.  相似文献

水淹和水窜是油田在水驱开发时常见的安全问题,储层非均质性是引起水淹和水窜的主要原因之一。为研究储层非均质性对于水淹水窜的作用,通过层次聚类分析法建立储层非均质综合指数关系式,并将其转化为水淹水窜风险概率,把水淹水窜风险概率进行分级,以此判断非均质性对于水淹水窜的作用。以BD油田阜二段第三砂层组为例进行水淹水窜风险评估,结果表明:研究区非均质性严重,水淹水窜风险概率均大于80%,储层非均性极容易导致油田在注水开发时发生水淹水窜。该区在注水开发时需要重视工艺设计与防护措施,以降低水淹水窜风险。  相似文献

A Toxicity Reduction Evaluation (TRE) conducted on various water treatments was successful in optimizing the acute toxicity of the final effluent. In particular, we found that the acute toxicity of the sample water treated by a water treatment process should not be correlated with the concentrations of the parent compounds still remaining in the water. Therefore, it was concluded that an acute toxicity test based on a bioassay must be performed in order to evaluate the efficiency of the water treatment process for various effluents containing environmental pollutants. In addition, the treatability and the resultant toxicity was evaluated as a simple scoring system. The scoring system ranked the treated water in three classes of toxicity with the calculation of several factors for the concerned toxicity. Using an impact evaluation based on the score of the characteristics, different water treatment processes could be directly compared. The new methodology presented here is specifically effective in listing possible unit operations for a water treatment process based on the impact, and thereby enables targeted and cost-effective water treatment.  相似文献

Problems which arise in quantitative studies on the kinetics of exogenous and endogenous chemical substances within the organism are examined together with approaches for their resolution. Linear and nonlinear compartmental mathematical models are presented and their relevant role for interpreting stimulus‐response experimental data is outlined. Available approaches are then discussed for the resolution of the system identification problem, including a priori and a posteriori identifiability, parameter estimation from test measurement data and optimum design of kinetic experiments. The synthesis of silver doped nano-particulate titanium dioxide (Ag/TiO2) using a microemulsion method and an investigation of its photocatalytic activity for the degradation of Acid Red 27 in distilled water under UV-irradiation is reported. The prepared Ag/TiO2 is characterized using transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The size of the Ag nanoparticles is around 5–15?nm, with almost uniform distribution on the TiO2 particles. The efficiency of the photocatalytic process is evaluated to establish the optimum conditions, found to be at 2?wt% of Ag loading on TiO2, catalyst dosage of 400?mg?L?1, and calcination temperature of 300°C. Complete decolorization of the dye solution on Ag/TiO2 was observed in 20?min of UV irradiation in the optimum conditions.  相似文献

通过水热法合成介孔分子筛MCM-41,采用等体积浸渍法制备了Co负载MCM-41分子筛催化剂(Co/MCM-41).小角X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis DRS)、N2吸附-脱附等温线及透射电镜(TEM)等对催化剂的成分、结构的表征结果显示,Co/MCM-41保持了纯硅MCM-41有序的介孔结构,钴元素以钴氧化物形式存在,比表面达到772 m.2g-1.将Co/MCM-41分子筛用于催化臭氧氧化水中对氯苯甲酸(p-CBA)的研究,结果表明,在优化条件下(2%负载量和25℃反应温度),催化剂的加入显著改善了TOC去除率,达到84.6%,是单独臭氧氧化的1.6倍.  相似文献

采用Fenton溶液对TiO2纳米管电极进行预处理,研究其对TiO2纳米管催化活性的影响,考察了Fenton溶液的浓度、配比和处理时间等影响因素,研究了Fenton预处理过程中溶液中二价铁和总铁的含量变化,运用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)对TiO2纳米管电极进行了表征,初步探讨了经处理后TiO2纳米管催化活性再生或增强的机理.结果表明,经Fenton溶液处理后的TiO2纳米管催化活性有明显地提高,Fenton溶液浓度越高,TCs降解率越大(相应于TiO2纳米管催化活性的增强);在一定浓度范围内,H2O2的配比高低对TCs降解率影响较大,其所占比例高,则降解率高,而Fe2+配比高低对TCs降解率影响相对较小.在Fenton溶液处理过程中,溶液中剩余的Fe2+含量较为恒定,总铁的含量呈下降趋势.XPS分析表明,经Fenton溶液处理后,TiO2纳米管电极表面C1s含量降低,O1s、Fe2p含量增大;部分含碳官能团含量明显降低,O1s的电子结合能向高能端位移.  相似文献
