本文采用反相高效液相色谱法,在质控条件下,对河水,塘水两种地面水中叶枯灵的检验方法进行了测试,用Shimapck ODS柱为分析柱,以甲醇:水=50:50为流动相,并用冰醋酸调PH至4-5,紫外检测波长281nm,两种水样的平均回收率分别为91.7-96.3%,90-95.8%,相对标准偏差为4.3%,最低检出限为0.0261mg/l,为地面水中叶枯灵卫生标准的实施提供了简便,灵敏,正确的配套测试手段。 相似文献

研究以ClO^-/Cl^-作媒介,间接电化学降解亚甲基蓝模拟废水的可行性。结果表明,亚甲基蓝的电化学降解与电极材料、电流密度以及添加剂种类等因素有关。以石墨为阳极,不锈钢为阴极,在无隔膜的烧杯中放置50ml浓度为1000mg/L的亚甲基蓝模拟废水,在室温25℃,pH6.0-8.0,槽电压10V,电流密度30.0mA/cm^2,Cl^-加入量2g/L的条件下,电解60min后,亚甲基蓝溶液的平均消色率达到98.0%,CODcr降解率为97.0%,BOD5降解率为99.0%;用浸涂过MnO2薄膜的石墨棒作阳极可显著加快其消解速率,而用浸涂过CeO2薄膜的石墨棒作阳极对其消解速率无明显的影响。并初步讨论了其降解机理。 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis article aims to study the influence of the addition of graphene oxide nanoparticles (GO) to diesel/higher alcohols blends on the combustion, emission, and exergy parameters of a CI engine under various engine loads. The higher alcohols mainly n-butanol, n-heptanol, and n-octanol are blended with diesel at a volume fraction of 50%. Then, the 25 and 50 mg/L concentrations of GO are dispersed into diesel/higher alcohols blends using an ultrasonicator. The GO structures are examined using TEM, TGA, XRD and FTIR. The findings show that there is a reduction in pmax. and HRR when adding higher alcohols with diesel fuel. Regarding engine emission, there is a significant improvement in emissions formation with adding higher alcohols. The addition of GO into diesel/higher alcohols blends improves the brake thermal efficiency by 15%. Moreover, the pmax. and HRR are both enhanced by 4%. The CO, UHC and smoke formation are reduced considerably by 40%, 50 and 20%, respectively, while NOx level is increased by 30% with adding GO. Finally, adding high percentages of n-butanol, n-heptanol, and n-octanol with diesel fuel with the presence of GO has the potential to achieve ultra-low CO, UHC, and smoke formation meanwhile keeping high thermal efficiency level. 相似文献

Problem: Safety climate refers to the degree to which employees believe true priority is given to organizational safety performance, and its measurement is thought to provide an “early warning” of potential safety system failure(s). However, researchers have struggled over the last 25 years to find empirical evidence to demonstrate actual links between safety climate and safety performance.Method: A safety climate measure was distributed to manufacturing employees at the beginning of a behavioral safety initiative and redistributed one year later.Results: Multiple regression analysis demonstrated that perceptions of the importance of safety training were predictive of actual levels of safety behavior. The results also demonstrate that the magnitude of change in perceptual safety climate scores will not necessarily match actual changes (r=0.56, n.s.) in employee's safety behavior.Discussion: This study obtained empirical links between safety climate scores and actual safety behavior. Confirming and contradicting findings within the extant safety climate literature, the results strongly suggest that the hypothesized climate-behavior-accident path is not as clear cut as commonly assumed.Summary: A statistical link between safety climate perceptions and safety behavior will be obtained when sufficient behavioral data is collected.Impact on Industry: The study further supports the use of safety climate measures as useful diagnostic tools in ascertaining employee's perceptions of the way that safety is being operationalized. 相似文献

以湖北省为例,基于压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型构建环境绩效评估指标体系,运用空间自相关和标准差椭圆对湖北省各地区绩效指数空间特征及影响因素进行探讨,结果显示:湖北省各地区环境绩效指数(EPI)均高于60,但普遍处于中等水平,良好及优秀所占比例低.EPI较高的地区主要位于湖北省西部和中部,压力和状态指数从西至东递减,响应指数则呈现东部高于西部高于中部的态势.状态指标绩效指数在空间上显著正相关,即环境质量状况较好(或较差)的地区在空间上集聚.EPI及二级指标绩效指数均以西北-东南为布局方向,且EPI椭圆重心较于基准重心偏向于西南方向.各地区环境指数除受到资源禀赋的影响外,还与城镇化率和人口密度显著相关. 相似文献

喷钙脱硫工艺的炉内脱硫率 ,不仅受工艺参数的影响 ,还与石灰石分解生成的新生CaO或直接喷入的CaO的表面结构有关。本研究用同一石灰石经不同方法 (煅烧、过烧、煅烧 -水合 -脱水等 )制备了四种具有不同比表面积和孔结构的生石灰。高温脱硫研究表明 :这四种不同孔结构的生石灰 ,具有不同的脱硫率。通过对高温脱硫前后吸着剂宏观结构变化的对比 ,发现半径小于 30 的孔易被反应产物堵塞 ,因而脱硫能力有限 ,而半径大于 5 0 的孔对脱硫更有效。本研究将为提高炉内喷钙的脱硫率、研制和开发高效脱硫剂提供新的途径。 相似文献

Modern work is frequently characterized by jobs where adaptive performance (AP) is crucial for employees to succeed in light of new or altered task demands. This recognition has fueled growing interest in AP as a dimension of workplace performance. To this point, however, research on AP has evolved from disparate perspectives and methods, resulting in fragmentation and a less than coherent knowledge base. This paper presents a comprehensive review of research studies regarding the nomological network of individual AP. In doing so, we synthesize the current knowledge base surrounding correlates of AP, elucidate current ambiguities, and suggest directions for future research efforts. We conclude that although the extant AP literature has amassed a critical body of studies linking various predictors to successful AP outcomes, much remains unknown, most critically regarding the implications of different methods of assessing AP, the effects of different types of changes in the task environment, the process of AP, and the steps organizations can take to foster AP among their employees.
