在日处理200t进口流化床垃圾焚烧炉上,进行烟气喷水降温加上喷消石灰粉末脱除尾气中的酸性气体HCl和SO2的试验研究,HCl和SO2浓度由布袋除尘器出口的在线气体分析仪测得,结果表明HCl和SO2的去除率在Ca/Cl摩尔比等于9时分别为80%和20%,说明该法消石灰利用率较低,宜改为半干法脱除HCl和SO2酸性气体,以便降低吸收剂用量,提高运行的经济性. 相似文献

Background The management of its available water resources has become a key issue for Iran. During the last few decades, the water quality
of Siahroud River in the coastal plain of the Caspian Sea in Gilan Province in Northern Iran has significantly degraded. The
scarcity of water has been compounded by rapid population growth and increasing pollution from fertilizers, pesticides, and
municipal and industrial wastes. One of the sources of this degradation is the movement of heavy metals from the river's watershed
into the various water systems supported by the river, including the water system for Rasht City.
Methods To study the magnitude of heavy metal pollution in the Siahroud River, seven heavy metals including Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd, Mn, Fe,
and Ni were measured in duplicate from replicated water samples collected over five consecutive seasons and analyzed by Atomic
Absorption Spectrometry. In situ measurements of pH were taken with the samples and total organic carbon (TOC) was analyzed
by IR gas measurement.
Results The results demonstrated that four of the seven heavy metals including Pb, Fe, Cd, and Mn exceeded permissible safe levels
as established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Multivariate factor analysis suggested that industrial
land-use was the main contributing factor for the high levels of Fe and Mn in the Siahroud River, whereas, Cd was principly
from agricultural activities in the watershed. The data also suggested that pH and TOC had an important role in the behaviour
of Pb and Mn, and that the elevated levels of these two heavy metals in Siahroud River was the consequence of other anthropogenic
sources. Only negligible levels of Zn, Cu and Ni were detected. Finally, all the sampling stations were subjected to cluster
analysis. The results indicated that three different zones could be distinguished according to the levels of pollution. In
addition, it was shown that the urban areas did not have a significant impact on the heavy metal pollution in the river. This
observation stems from the fact that the data from the sampling stations before and after Rasht City were not significantly
different.
Recommendation . Preventive measures need to be undertaken in the land-use systems and watersheds of the Siahroud River to reduce the pollution
levels of Pb, Cd, Mn and Fe. 相似文献

We analyzed 13 years of hourly measurements of SO2, NOx, and O3, at forest ecosystem research sites in SE Germany. A quasi-continuous data record was obtained by combining data sets from
two locations. Before interpreting trends in the combined data set, we analyzed if the change of location introduced a systematic
bias. We employed autocorrelation functions, Hurst statistics, complexity analysis, and recurrence quantification and found
that the partial data sets exhibited no indication of the presence of any bias. For SO2, we also compared the data from the forest sites with data obtained in nearby cities and also found no indications for any
systematic effects. Applying nonparametric trend statistics we found a significant decrease of the SO2. Most of the observed decrease is due to the reductions of SO2 emissions in eastern Germany, but reductions in western Germany and the Czech Republic also played important roles. For O3, we observed a significant increase, the causes of which are unclear from our data alone. No trend was identified for NOx. 相似文献

Self-ignition of solid fuels storage is one of the main causes of human and economic losses. Additionally, each fire caused by this phenomenon emits an amount of toxic gases that contributes on the development of climate change. Nowadays, several methodologies are used in order to detect the self-ignition tendency of solid fuels, but they have as main disadvantages the amount of money and time that they require. The aim of this study is to propose a methodology of detection of incipient self-ignition of solid fuels through the measurement of gas emissions. This study compares existing methodologies to detect self-ignition tendency, such as TG, DSC or susceptibility, and to combustion related gas emission results. Different methods have been used to evaluate the results from the gas emission test, showing that interval and inflexion methods provide early detection of the self-heating process. With this methodology, it is possible to determine this process in advance with the equipment currently available in every industrial facility, reducing costs and improving efficiency. 相似文献

以OPMSE仿真计算啤酒行业排放污水中COD,BOD,NH3-N质量浓度为研究对象,查询及调研清河流域典型啤酒行业产生污水中COD,BOD,NH3-N质量浓度范围,经BAT处理后通过OPMSE的仿真计算,得出排放污水中污染物质量浓度正态分布置信区间、最佳出水及最差出水质量浓度。结果表明:置信水平为99%时,COD,BOD,NH3-N的置信区间分别为(75.83,95.95),(19.30,25.88),(5.68,6.85);最佳出水质量浓度分别为4.14 mg/L,5.36 mg/L,2.71 mg/L;最差出水质量浓度分别为20.64 mg/L,20.70 mg/L,10.86mg/L。将仿真结果与现有排放标准对比,拟定啤酒行业的污染物直接排放限值为COD=100 mg/L,BOD=30mg/L,NH3-N=8 mg/L;间接排放限值为COD=400 mg/L,BOD=80 mg/L,NH3-N=25 mg/L。 相似文献

张集矿属于煤与瓦斯突出矿井,针对目前所开采的17266工作面地质构造条件复杂、瓦斯涌出量大、处于突出危险区等瓦斯治理难题,采取"风排瓦斯、高抽巷穿层钻孔抽采、运输巷、回风巷顺层钻孔抽采和上隅角埋管抽采"等瓦斯综合治理措施,用分源预测法得出工作面绝对瓦斯涌出量为30.3 m3/min。结果表明,工作面的主要瓦斯涌出来源为本煤层瓦斯涌出。工作面风排瓦斯量11.0 m3/min,工作面瓦斯抽采率达63.0%以上。 相似文献

针对时间因素对钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1测定结果的影响,采用恒温瓦斯放散试验深入分析钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1测定理论的准确性,总结因时间因素导致K1值测定误差所带来的现场问题。研究结果表明:K1值的测定误差与时间关系密切,测定启动时间越晚,误差越大;测定启动时间由第1 min延后至第2 min,绝对误差和相对误差最大值分别增加0.081 cm3/(g·min1/2)和2.20%;高瓦斯压力条件矿井或煤层的局部高瓦斯压力区域、构造煤发育区的钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1值测定结果偏低,测定误差偏大。研究结果可为煤与瓦斯突出预测水平的提升提供技术支撑。 相似文献
