The total concentration of toxic elements (aluminum, cadmium, chromium and lead) and selected macro and micro elements (iron, manganese, copper and zinc) are reported in six leafy edible vegetation species, namely lettuce, spinach, cabbage, chards and green and red types of Amaranth herbs. Although spinach and chards had greater than 125 mv of iron, both the amaranthus herbs recorded > than 320 μ g g? 1 dry weight. In both the spinach and chard species, the Mn and Zn levels were appreciable recording > 225 μ g g? 1 and 150 μ g g? 1 dry weight, respectively. Aluminum concentrations were (in μ g g? 1 dry weight) lettuce (10), cabbage (11), spinach (167), chards (65), amaranthus green (293) and amaranthus red (233). All the micro and macro elements and the toxic elements (Ni, Cr, Cd and Pb) elements analyzed, were below the recommended maximum permitted levels (RMI) in vegetables. Further the elemental uptake and distribution of the nine elements, at three growth stages of the lettuce plant grown on soil bed under controlled conditions are detailed. In the soil, except for iron (16%), greater than 33% of the other cations were in exchangeable form. Generally in the lettuce plant, roots retained much of the iron (> 224 μ g g? 1) and aluminum (> 360 μ g g? 1), while leaves had less than 200 μ g g? 1 of iron and 165 μ g g? 1 of Al. Although the concentrations of elements marginally decreased with growth, the lettuce leaves had significant amounts of Mn (30 μ g g? 1), Zn (50 μ g g? 1) and Cu (3.6 μ g g? 1). Some presence of lead in leaves (2.0 μ g g? 1) was noticed, but all the toxic and other elements analyzed were well below the RMI values for the vegetables.  相似文献

喀斯特坡耕地浅层地下孔(裂)隙发育过程中径流产污特征   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
降雨径流产生的非点源污染是地下水污染的重要来源,喀斯特坡耕地浅层地下孔(裂)隙养分流失是造成该地区地下水污染的关键因素.通过模拟喀斯特坡耕地地下孔(裂)隙特征,采用人工模拟降雨和室内分析相结合的方法,研究浅层地下孔(裂)隙发育过程中降雨径流产污特征.结果表明:喀斯特坡耕地地下径流产污是一个极其复杂的过程,微度(1%)孔(裂)隙发育的坡耕地径流全氮、全磷和全钾流失量随雨强变化不明显,全氮和全磷流失量均在70 mm·h-1雨强达到最大值;轻度(3%)孔(裂)隙发育的坡耕地全氮、全磷流失量在雨强50 mm·h-1时达到最大值;中度(5%)孔(裂)隙发育的坡耕地全氮、全磷、全钾流失量则在雨强为90 mm·h-1时达到最大值;各孔(裂)隙发育条件下的全氮、全磷、全钾养分流失量对坡度的响应不明显,轻度发育下的全氮和全磷流失量最大,在中度发育条件下,坡耕地土壤中全钾流失总量最大;不同雨强、坡度条件下的地下径流全氮、全磷和全钾次产污模数随地下孔(裂)隙度变化亦不明显,其中全氮次产污模数在4.38~58.72 mg·h-1·m-2,全磷在0.16~3.15 mg·h-1·m-2,全钾在0.16~3.03 mg·h-1·m-2范围变化.  相似文献

通过对泾河中游将军村全新世黄土地层中钾素、低频质量磁化率、频率磁化率、Rb/Sr与年代学综合分析,着重探讨了黄土中钾素的地球化学特征及其所揭示的古气候变化。研究表明:(1)速效钾、缓效钾具有很明显的古气候指示意义,可作为衡量东亚夏季风强弱的一种敏感参数或代用指标,并且对微弱的古气侯波动反映更灵敏。(2)近万年来将军村剖面所经历的古气候变化特征:早全新世(11.20—8.05 ka BP)气候逐渐趋于相对暖湿,但气候冷干/暖湿波动频繁交替;中全新世(8.05—3.10 ka BP)气候适宜;晚全新世前期(3.10—2.00 ka BP)气候偏凉干;晚全新世后期(2.00 ka BP—至今)气候再度转为偏暖湿。(3)将军村剖面全新世气候适宜期是渐变形成的,但大暖期却在约3.10 ka BP时以气候突变形式终结。  相似文献

本文结合1999年以来上王地震台咸水渠泉地下流体水氡观测资料,在剔除K值影响的基础上,对水氡及其辅助测项流量、降雨的关系进行分析,得出上王地震台水氡动态变化受流量、降雨影响,呈显著的负相关性,并结合2008年汶川8.O级地震震后出现的显著异常现象得到验证。  相似文献

利用2012年-2016年乐亭国家基本气象站气象观测资料,分析了乐亭酸雨变化特征和降水量、风向、风速等气象因素对酸雨的影响.结果表明:年平均降水pH值和年酸雨频率呈下降趋势、平均K值呈上升趋势;秋季酸雨程度在四季中最严重,平均pH值为4.50,酸雨频率为38.4%;月平均pH值和酸雨频率呈现波动;酸雨平均pH值随降水量的增加而下降,酸雨频率随降水量的增加不断上升;月平均风速越大,月平均pH值越大,酸雨频率越小;酸雨发生时地面主导风向为NE、ENE、E,与上游地区燃煤型钢铁企业有一定关系.  相似文献

龙门挂架(下称挂架)是线路板生产过程必用的固定支架,生产线路板时挂架表面会附着大量铜,使得挂架需经酸法处理后才能回用,造成大量废液和恶劣的工作环境. 为此,采用环境友好的微生物技术回收挂架表面的Cu,分析了A.f菌(Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans,嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌)脱除挂架表面Cu的效果及9K培养基不同配比(以w计,分别为100%、50%、25%)的影响,并初步解析其浸出过程. 结果表明:①添加100%的9K培养基时,A.f菌浸出挂架及其配件的溶液中ρ(Cu2+)均最高,分别达2.31和1.06 g/L,挂架及其配件表面Cu均已脱除. ②结合浸出液中ρ(Cu2+)、ρ(Fe2+)和pH随时间的变化及三者之间的相互影响关系可知,浸铜过程为A.f菌先将溶液中的Fe2+氧化为Fe3+,Fe3+再将挂架表面的Cu氧化为Cu2+. ③利用一级动力学和二级动力学模型,对3种配比培养基下配件浸出液中的ρ(Cu2+)进行曲线拟合,二级动力学模型的R2(相关系数)分别为0.888 4、0.900 8、0.844 4,均高于一级动力学的R2,表明二级动力学模型更适用于Cu的浸取行为. 该生物浸出方法有望在线路板行业中进行应用.   相似文献

Microbes play an important role in material circulation and pollutant release in urban sediments, and its community structure can provide an important basis for evaluating the pollution load and ecosystem health of an urban river. In this study, bacterial communities in sediments from different locations of Tangxi River in Anhui Province were analyzed and compared, with an objective of evaluating the effects of aquatic environment on spatial characteristics of bacterial communities and the feasibility of using bacterial community composition as an indicator of urban river health. PCR-DGGE was applied to analyze the bacterial communities; fifteen major bands of 16S rDNA genes fragments from DGGE profiles of sediment samples were further eluted from gel, reamplified and sequenced. The sequences of these fragments were compared with the database in GenBank (NCBI). The collected samples were clustered based on UPGM Aanalysis. In addition, relationships between bacterial communities and environmental factors were analyzed by Monte Carlo test and redundancy analysis (RDA). The DGGE profiles indicated that upstream surface sediments had about 30 bands, but the differences in brightness were not significant. Although midstream surface sediments had only 18 bands on average, the brightness of some bands was relatively high, indicating that some dominant species of bacteria existed in these sediments. The amounts of bands in downstream sediments were between those of upstream and midstream, with some bands of high brightness. The NCBI comparison results showed that ten sequences shared 98-100% homology with known sequences, one with 97%, and the other four with uncultured bacteria. Shannon index (H) of bacterial diversity from upstream surface sediments was 3.31 on average, which was significantly (P < 0.05) higher than that of midstream surface sediments, and slightly higher than that of downstream surface sediments. UPGMA results showed both the distribution of bacteria communities and the diversity were strongly related with the sampling locations (Eigenvalue = 0.188, P = 0.134). Monte Carlo test and RDA analysis showed that the ion exchangeable form of nitrogen (IEF-N) was the main factor influencing the spatial characteristics of bacterial communities in the sediments. The aquatic plants had a significant effect on the richness of bacterial communities in the sediments, and the effectiveness of plant species was more notable than that of the vegetation coverage. The above results indicated that bacterial community structure and diversity in the surface sediments can well reflect the degree of urbanization development and effectiveness of ecological restoration in Tangxi River region.  相似文献

An initial inquiry into model‐based numeric nitrogen and phosphorus (nutrient) criteria for large rivers is presented. Field data collection and associated modeling were conducted on a segment of the lower Yellowstone River in the northwestern United States to assess the feasibility of deriving numeric nutrient criteria using mechanistic water‐quality models. The steady‐state one‐dimensional model QUAL2K and a transect‐based companion model AT2K were calibrated and confirmed against low‐flow conditions at a time when river loadings, water column chemistry, and diurnal indicators were approximately steady state. Predictive simulation was then implemented via nutrient perturbation to evaluate the steady‐state and diurnal response of the river to incremental nutrient additions. In this first part of a two‐part series, we detail our modeling approach, model selection, calibration and confirmation, sensitivity analysis, model outcomes, and associated uncertainty. In the second part (Suplee et al., 2015) we describe the criteria development process using the tools described herein. Both articles provide a fundamental understanding of the process required to develop site‐specific numeric nutrient criteria using models in applied regulatory settings.  相似文献

文章探讨了一种无银快速测定废水COD的方法。该方法用CuSO4-MnSO4复合催化剂代替国标法中的Ag2SO4,采用H2SO4-H3PO4代替H2SO4,得到测定COD的最佳条件为:K2Cr2O7浓度为0.25 mol/L,催化剂CuSO4-MnSO4的配比为2:1,CuSO4和MnSO4总量为0.06 g,混酸比H2SO4:H3PO4为6:1,消解温度为160℃,消解时间为12 min。将实验得到的COD值与国标法COD测定结果相比较,准确度和精密度无显著性差异。此方法取样量少,消解速率快,操作简单省时,扩展了COD的测定范围,降低了污染,适用于大批量复杂水样的测定。  相似文献
