一株受二噁英类化合物诱导表达绿色荧光蛋白的胃癌细胞系的建立

将人工合成的5个相连的XRE(Xeobiotic response element)和minimal CMV(Human cytomegalovirus)启动子,插入载体pEGFP-1,构建得到载体pXRE5-EGFP.以pXRE5-EGFP转染人胃癌细胞SGC-7901,经过筛选得到一株受2,3,7,8-四氯代二苯并二英(2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin,TCDD)诱导表达绿色荧光蛋白的细胞系XRE5-SGC-7901.将XRE5-SGC-7901细胞株暴露于不同浓度TCDD(0、250、500pg·mL-1)中,发现TCDD暴露组XRE5-SGC-7901细胞中绿色荧光蛋白的表达量显著升高,且与TCDD暴露浓度呈正相关.新构建的细胞株具有二英类化合物诱导表达绿色荧光蛋白的功能.     

利用味精厂米渣生产发泡粉和蛋白质灭火剂

将米渣清洗、过滤以除去液化液、糖液,再加水调至130Be,用石灰调为不同pH,在不同时间下进行水解,结果表明当pH为11.5,在蒸气压为0.1MPa条件下,经过3h水解后蛋白质含量最高,可达到6.0%(水解液含量),再过滤、浓缩成为30%的蛋白质液,经过适当配制可成为蛋白质泡沫灭火剂,经过武汉市科威消防材料厂进行灭火测试,结果表明,粘度、沉淀物、发泡倍数、90%火焰控制时间、灭火时间、抗烧时间等指标均达到中华人民共和国公共安全行业标准(GA2191999);将30%的蛋白质液喷雾干燥后,可制备成为食用蛋白质发泡剂。     

Toxicity of abamectin and doramectin to soil invertebrates

This study aimed at determining the toxicity of avermectins to soil invertebrates in soil and in faeces from recently treated sheep. Abamectin was more toxic than doramectin. In soil, earthworms (Eisenia andrei) were most affected with LC50s of 18 and 228 mg/kg dry soil, respectively, while LC50s were 67-111 and >300 mg/kg for springtails (Folsomia candida), isopods (Porcellio scaber) and enchytraeids (Enchytraeus crypticus). EC50s for the effect on reproduction of springtails and enchytraeids were 13 and 38 mg/kg, respectively for abamectin, and 42 and 170 mg/kg for doramectin. For earthworms, NOEC was 10 and 8.4 mg/kg for abamectin and doramectin effects on body weight. When exposed in faeces, springtails and enchytraeids gave LC50s and EC50s of 1.0-1.4 and 0.94-1.1 mg/kg dry faeces for abamectin and 2.2->2.4 mg/kg for doramectin. Earthworm reproduction was not affected. This study indicates a potential risk of avermectins for soil invertebrates colonizing faeces from recently treated sheep.     

小麦在与水杨酸诱导的应答过程中PGIP的积累

以ＳＷ８９－２５８９小麦品系为材料,利用自制的小麦抗ＰＧＩＰ血清和ｄｏｔ－ｉｍｍｕｎｏｂｉｎｄｉｎｇ ａｓｓａｙ,并结合ＰＧＩＰ粗提液对ｅｎｄｏ－ＰＧ的抑制实验,研究了小麦内源多聚半乳糖醛酸酶抑制蛋白（ＰＧＩＰ）水平与水杨酸之间的应答关系。发现用水杨酸处理过的ＰＧＩＰ粗提液在ＮＣ膜上的显色斑点颜色均较Ｈ２Ｏ处理的ＰＧＩＰ粗提液深,而且对ｅｎ－ｄｏ－ＰＧ的抑制程度也高于未用水杨酸处理的ＰＧＩＰ粗提液     

Edible Invertebrates Among Amazonian Indians: A Critical Review of Disappearing Knowledge

For the indigenous populations of Amazonia, invertebrates constitute an important component of the diet. We have information on entomophagy for 39 ethnic groups, about 21,4 per cent of the 182 groups known in the Amazon Basin, but the use of this non conventional food resource is probably much more widespread. We present here a data-base of all the information available for each ethnic group regarding the species included in the diet, the scientific and the ethno name if known, the stage of life-cycle consumed, the manner of preparation and, when known, the host plant. This data-base lists 115 species scientifically identified and 131 ethno names. In addition, we have information about other 384 ethno names, with unsecure link to the Linnean taxonomy suggesting that local knowledge is very extensive. The data-base represents not only an easy to consult resource, but also a support for further research. The knowledge of the relations between indigenous populations and ecosystem is indeed the base for the natural and cultural biodiversity preservation.     

水稻专用叶面喷剂对水稻幼苗生长的影响

用水稻专用叶面喷剂喷施水稻秧苗,1670~2500mg/L浓度处理可改善秧苗素质,控制株高,秧苗粗壮,假茎宽,干物质增多,促进分蘖．5000mg/L浓度处理抑制秧苗生长．水稻专用叶面喷剂可提高秧苗叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶活性．     

金黄色葡萄球菌的演相培养及A蛋白的提取

对金黄色葡萄球菌（Ｓｔａｐｈｙｌｏｃｏｃｃｕｓａｕｒｅｕｓ）ＣｏｗａｎⅠ的培养及Ａ蛋白提取工艺进行了优化研究．结果表明：在培养基中分别增加牛肉膏和蛋白陈的含量，有利于提高菌体生物量及Ａ蛋白的得率；少量酵母浸膏及葡萄糖对生物量及Ａ蛋白得率有促进作用，但当达到一定浓度时则会产生基质抑制作用；恒定培养过程的ｐＨ值有利于Ａ蛋白得率的增加，０．０３（）／ｍｉｎ通气量、搅拌速度２００ｒ／ｍｉｎ是能满足菌体生长的条件．根据Ａ蛋白耐热性强这一特性，采用加热法除去大部分杂质，然后用ＩｇＧ－琼脂糖凝胶亲和层析实现了Ａ蛋白的提纯．     

四种南京地产栽培野菜蛋白质营养价值的评价研究

4种传统野菜已在南京地区规模栽培利用。采用模糊识别法和氨基酸比值系数法,分别以鸡蛋蛋白质为标准蛋白 ,以WHO/FAO氨基酸参考模式为评价标准 ,对这4种野菜蛋白质营养价值进行了评价 ,并与6种常见蔬菜蛋白进行对照比较。结果表明 ,4种野菜蛋白质含量为2.3 %～5.0 % ,蛋白质中氨基酸种类齐全 ,其含量为77.73 %～89.36 % ,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸量的36.72 %～42.04 % ,第一限制性氨基酸为含硫氨基酸 (Met +Cys)。其蛋白质营养价值分别优于同科的一些常见蔬菜。     

Pregnancy-associated plasma protein A: A possible marker in the classification and prenatal diagnosis of Cornelia de Lange syndrome

The concentration of human placental lactogen (hPL), pregnancy specific beta-1 glycoprotein (SP-1) and pregnancy-associated plasma protein A (PAPP-A) were analysed in consecutive serum samples from a patient who gave birth to a child with Cornelia de Lange syndrome. HPL and SP-1 were present in normal concentrations from week 20 to week 35 of gestation whereas PAPP-A could not be detected in any of the samples examined. Immunohisto-chemical examination of two placentae from Cornelia de Lange syndrome revealed normal localization of hPL and SP-1 but the absence of PAPP-A from the syncytiotrophoblast. The significance of association between Cornelia de Lange syndrome and compromised synthesis of PAPP-A is discussed.     

三唑酮对离体黄瓜子叶过氧化物酶活性及蛋白质含量的影响

20mg/L三唑酮能显著地抑制离体黄瓜子叶叶绿素a、b、可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸含量及叶绿素a/b的下降,表明三唑酮抑制子叶的衰老。与此同时,三唑酮能不同程度地抑制过氧化物酶（POD）活性升高和H2O2的累积。在黄瓜子叶衰老过程中,叶绿素及蛋白质含量均与POD、H2O2成显著的负相关,表明三唑酮可能通过POD－H2O2酶促系统来抑制叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质的降解。
