基于空气质量数据、天气图、常规地面气象观测数据、秒探空资料以及高分辨率的降水数据,剖析了2015年12月19—27日发生在我国东部地区的一次大范围重度污染过程的特征及成因.结果表明,此次污染过程中,我国东部地区主要受到东路冷高压、均压场以及西路冷高压的影响,在东路冷空气及均压场的影响下,BTH(Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei)地区污染物不断累积,西路冷空气影响下污染物浓度开始降低,YRD(Yangtze River Delta)地区在稳定的均压场下污染物不断累积.污染期间,BTH及YRD近地层均有逆温现象发生,且逆温层越厚、强度越大,污染越重.此外,较低的近地面风速、较高的相对湿度,亦不利于污染物的扩散稀释,导致此次重度污染事件的发生和持续.YRD地区在重度污染发生时,有降水现象发生,导致YRD地区PM2.5浓度呈现波动性变化.  相似文献

洞庭湖流域是我国高温热浪事件多发地区之一,严重威胁人体健康及农业生产,研究高温热浪特征和风险,对当地防暑减灾具有重要指导意义。基于气象站点气温数据(1960~2013年),综合利用MK检验、概率模型和Copula概率模型,以年最长热浪长度(HWL)、热浪平均高温(HWT)、高温天数(HDL)和高温天内平均高温(HDT)为指数,系统分析了洞庭湖流域高温、热浪的时空规律及风险变化特征。结果表明,流域平均4项高温指数表现出先下降后上升的趋势。总体上,流域东部和东南部高温、热浪强度较大,西部和西南部强度较小, 另外,流域高温、热浪的风险和强度变化有一定的空间差异,但总体上升。此外,基于Copula的分析结果表明,洞庭湖流域东大部地区发生高强度热浪和长期高温的风险上升,而西南部以及南部部分地区有所下降。  相似文献

目的 研究某电子时间引信在?60~140 ℃下电参数的变化规律和失效机理。方法 利用高低温试验机开展步进应力强化试验,增加和细化引信检测参数,在被试引信工作状态下全程记录电参数的变化,开展失效机理分析。结果 得到了引信基准频率、电能损耗率等电参数的温度特性规律和参数变化范围,发现了?60 ℃低温掉电、130 ℃高温短路等故障模式和机理,并提出改进建议。结论 验证了极端温度应力叠加电应力的强化试验方法,获得了引信电性能参数变化规律,发现了极端温度条件下新的失效模式和失效机理。  相似文献

Risk-based inspection for large-scale crude oil tanks   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Periodic Internal Inspection Method often results in under-inspection or over-inspection for large-scale crude oil tank. Therefore, how to determine reasonable internal inspection interval (INTII) has great significance on balancing the safe operation requirement and inspection cost for crude oil tanks. Here, RBI (risk-based inspection) technology is used to quantitatively assess the risk of crude oil tanks in an oil depot in China. The risk comparison between tank shell and bottom shows that the risk of tank depends on the risk of tank bottom. The prediction procedure of INTII for crude oil tanks is also presented. The INTII predicted by RBI method is gradually extended with the increasing of the acceptable risk level. The method to determine the acceptable risk of crude oil tanks is proposed, by which 3.54E+04 are taken as the acceptable risk of the oil depot. The safety factor of 0.8 is proposed to determine the final INTIIs for 18 crude oil tanks. The INTII requirement in China code SY/T 5921, 5-7 years, is very conservative and lower than predicted service life of tanks. The INTIIs predicted by Gumbel method are smaller than by RBI method for tanks with short INTII. Therefore, this paper recommends RBI method to predict the INTII for crude oil tanks.  相似文献

Objective: Intersection crashes account for over 4,500 fatalities in the United States each year. Intersection Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (I-ADAS) are emerging vehicle-based active safety systems that have the potential to help drivers safely navigate across intersections and prevent intersection crashes and injuries. The performance of an I-ADAS is expected to be highly dependent upon driver evasive maneuvering prior to an intersection crash. Little has been published, however, on the detailed evasive kinematics followed by drivers prior to real-world intersection crashes. The objective of this study was to characterize the frequency, timing, and kinematics of driver evasive maneuvers prior to intersection crashes.

Methods: Event data recorders (EDRs) downloaded from vehicles involved in intersection crashes were investigated as part of NASS-CDS years 2001 to 2013. A total of 135 EDRs with precrash vehicle speed and braking application were downloaded to investigate evasive braking. A smaller subset of 59 EDRs that collected vehicle yaw rate was additionally analyzed to investigate evasive steering. Each vehicle was assigned to one of 3 precrash movement classifiers (traveling through the intersection, completely stopped, or rolling stop) based on the vehicle's calculated acceleration and observed velocity profile. To ensure that any significant steering input observed was an attempted evasive maneuver, the analysis excluded vehicles at intersections that were turning, driving on a curved road, or performing a lane change. Braking application at the last EDR-recorded time point was assumed to indicate evasive braking. A vehicle yaw rate greater than 4° per second was assumed to indicate an evasive steering maneuver.

Results: Drivers executed crash avoidance maneuvers in four-fifths of intersection crashes. A more detailed analysis of evasive braking frequency by precrash maneuver revealed that drivers performing complete or rolling stops (61.3%) braked less often than drivers traveling through the intersection without yielding (79.0%). After accounting for uncertainty in the timing of braking and steering data, the median evasive braking time was found to be between 0.5 to 1.5 s prior to impact, and the median initial evasive steering time was found to occur between 0.5 and 0.9 s prior to impact. The median average evasive braking deceleration for all cases was found to be 0.58 g. The median of the maximum evasive vehicle yaw rates was found to be 8.2° per second. Evasive steering direction was found to be most frequently in the direction of travel of the approaching vehicle.

Conclusions: The majority of drivers involved in intersection crashes were alert enough to perform an evasive action. Most drivers used a combination of steering and braking to avoid a crash. The average driver attempted to steer and brake at approximately the same time prior to the crash.  相似文献

停机坪作业具有范围小,保障单位和人员众多等特点,是航空地面事故的多发环节.对停机坪作业存在风险从作业人员、设备和设施、环境、管理等4方面进行识别,然后用AHP定性和定量结合的方法对各风险因素发生的可能性和严重性进行分析,得出各因素风险值,并根据评估结果提出风险控制措施:1)为作业提供良好的人工条件,如良好灯光照明、整齐设备摆放、清晰标识等;2)引进部分设备设施和采用运筹方式合理安排其运行的方式,来解决设备设施数量不能满足需求的问题;3)对于人员执照管理采取定期检查、抽查,定期复训等方式.  相似文献

Total gaseous mercury (TGM) and carbon monoxide (CO) were measured every 5 min and hourly, respectively, in Seoul, Korea, from February 2005 through December 2006. The mean concentrations of TGM and CO were 3.44 ± 2.13 ng m−3 and 613 ± 323 ppbv, respectively. TGM and CO concentrations were highest during the winter and lowest during the summer. In total, 154 high TGM concentration events were identified: 86 were classified as long-range transport events and 68 were classified as local events. The TGM and CO concentrations were well correlated during all long-range transport events and were weakly correlated during local events. Five-day backward trajectory analysis for long-range transport events showed four potential source regions: China (79%), Japan (13%), the Yellow Sea (6%), and Russia (2%). Our results suggest that measured ΔTGM/ΔCO can be used to identify long-range transported mercury and to estimate mercury emissions from long-range transport.  相似文献

依据本底趋势线理论和1997-2008年统计数据,从更高的时空分辨率上,完成了汶川地震对四川及其周边省区旅游业影响的分析,结果显示:①2008年5-12月地震共使四川入境旅游损失112.1万人,国内旅游损失4 410.7万人,损失率分别为61.4%和22.4%;②四川北部主要旅游景点旅游业损失惨重,各景点游客损失率均达到了67.0%以上,其中,九寨沟、都江堰游客损失量较大,分别为212.2万人和194.7万人;③四川周边省区入境旅游遭受了不同程度的冲击,其中,湖北、甘肃损失量最大,分别为35.1万人和26.9万人;各省区受地震影响时间存在较大差异,地震影响期以甘肃最长,其影响期将超过8个月;④2008年汶川地震对四川及其周边省区旅游业的影响,其游客损失量与客流量基数(本底值)成正比;游客损失率与2008年本底值(基数)成反比;损失量和损失率两者均与汶川地震烈度分布存在一定的正比关系,以汶川为中心大致成同心圆状分布。  相似文献

根据突发事件应急决策的需求,本文结合模型网络法和基于信任筛选器的模型组合方法,提出了动态信任网络的模型组合方法,实现了根据不同的突发事件和不同环境选择适合的模型进行模型组合。在运用动态信任网络模型组合方法的基础上,本文应用Agent技术提出了一种智能化较高的突发事件模型库,不仅增强了模型库的适应性和模型库的自学习功能,而且还可以对耦合灾害和复杂事件链的应急处置提供良好的模型决策支持功能。  相似文献

利用2001—2010年乐亭、秦皇岛大雾监测的252个个例及Micaps3.0常规资料,分析了河北海岸带大雾的时空尺度分布特征,初步建立大雾天气概念模型。研究结果显示:2001—2010年大雾年际变化不大,2005年达到日数最少为17次,2006年达到最多为34次;大雾日具有明显的月变化,一年当中各月均有大雾出现,其中以11~12月大雾日数最多,8~9月次之,其他各月较少;南到东南风、弱的均压场、适宜的海温均有利于产生大雾天气。  相似文献
