接种前的杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)针叶中,苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)比活力与抗感病性之间不呈规律性相关。不同抗病性的杉木接种炭疽菌(Glomerella cingulata)后,PAL比活力均上升,接种5d后,抗病性强的杉木PAL比活力比抗病性弱的杉木高,接种前以及接种后的各个时间段内,木质素含量都是抗病杉木比感病杉木高。绿原酸的含量与杉木的抗病性之间不呈规律性的相关,从绿原酸对炭疽菌菌丝生长影响的测定结果可知,杉木针叶的绿原酸浓度不足以构成对炭疽菌的影响。可见,接种后针叶的PAL比活力以及接种前、后针叶的木质素含量可作为衡量杉木抗病性的指标。图3表2参14 相似文献

In order to mitigate the strong microbial resistance of benz(a)anthracene [B(a)A] in soil, a hybrid treatment of Fenton oxidation followed microbial culture was carried out. Based on optimal Fenton oxidation, i.e., 1.0 ml of ethanol, 0.2 ml of 0.5 M Fe2+, and 0.3 ml of 30% H2O2 per 1 g of 500 mg B(a)A/kg soil, about 43% of B(a)A-7,12-dione was generated during oxidation of 97% B(a)A. When the comparative biodegradability between B(a)A-contaminated soil and B(a)A-contaminated soil after Fenton oxidation was examined, it was found that 98% of B(a)A-7,12-dione degraded after 63 d in comparison with only 12% of B(a)A over the same period; results demonstrating that Fenton oxidation enhances biodegradability of B(a)A through B(a)A-7,12-dione. 相似文献

The fetal behaviour of asymmetrical growth retarded fetuses was compared with that of a control group of healthy fetuses. Fetuses underwent simultaneous cardiotocographic and echographic examinations for two consecutive hours at 36–38 weeks of gestation. The distribution of gross fetal body movements, fetal breathing movements and fetal eye movements was analysed during the different fetal heart rate patterns. Furthermore, the incidence and organization of fetal behavioural states was investigated. The degree of vascular peripheral resistance was also evaluated by means of pulsed doppler ultrasonic equipmznt. Growth retarded fetuses were divided into two groups on the basis of the presence or absence of end diastolic flow in the fetal thoracic descending aorta. Growth retarded fetuses showed a delay in the integration of behavioural patterns and a lower coincidence of behavioural states. These findings are particularly evident in the fetuses with a severe increase of peripheral vascular resistance (absence of end diastolic flow in descending aorta). Thus, we suggest that a delay in central nervous system development is present in asymmetrical growth retarded fetuses and that there is a possible relationship of this delay to the degree of peripheral vascular resistance. 相似文献

Pharmaceutical wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) are thought to be a "seedbed" and reservoirs for multi-antibiotic resistant pathogenic bacteria which can be transmitted to the air environment through aeration. We quantified airborne multi-antibiotic resistance in a full-scale plant to treat antibiotics-producing wastewater by collecting bioaerosol samples from December2014 to July 2015. Gram-negative opportunistic pathogenic bacteria(GNOPB) were isolated, and antibiotic susceptibility tests against 18 commonly used antibiotics, including 11 β-lactam antibiotics, 3 aminoglycosides, 2 fluoroquinolones, 1 furan and 1 sulfonamide, were conducted.More than 45% of airborne bacteria isolated from the pharmaceutical WWTP were resistant to three or more antibiotics, and some opportunistic pathogenic strains were resistant to 16 antibiotics, whereas 45.3% and 50.3% of the strains isolated from residential community and municipal WWTP showed resistance to three or more antibiotics. The calculation of the multiple antibiotic resistance(MAR) index demonstrated that the air environment in the pharmaceutical WWTP was highly impacted by antibiotic resistance, while the residential community and municipal WWTP was less impacted by antibiotic resistance. In addition, we determined that the dominant genera of opportunistic pathogenic bacteria isolated from all bioaerosol samples were Acinetobacter, Alcaligenes, Citrobacter, Enterobacter, Escherichia, Klebsiella, Pantoea, Pseudomonas and Sphingomonas. Collectively, these results indicate the proliferations and spread of antibiotic resistance through bioaerosols in WWTP treating cephalosporin-producing wastewater, which imposed a potential health risk for the staff and residents in the neighborhood, calling for administrative measures to minimize the air-transmission hazard. 相似文献

好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器运行了75 d,其COD、氨氮和总氮去除率分别为91%~95%、89.57%~100%和48.25%~90.84%;运行过程中颗粒污泥出现了一定程度的解体,污泥沉降性能出现了恶化,污泥比阻由起始的1.085×1013m/kg上升到反应末期的2.712×1013m/kg;胞外聚合物维持在44.71~72.23 mg/g之间.对膜组件污染特性进行研究,发现膜表面滤饼层阻力和膜孔堵塞阻力分别为5.32×1011m-1和2.34×1011m-1,占到总阻力的67.42%和29.66%.通过对膜污染物质进行红外光谱分析,发现膜污染的主要物质为蛋白质和糖类物质. 相似文献

为了解珠江口水域细菌耐药性分布情况,将海水中细菌分离鉴定并进行细菌药敏实验.结果检出细菌22种120株,检测得120株细菌的抗生素谱,具有较高细菌耐药性的抗生素为:青霉素G耐药菌株的百分比为43.30%、氨苄青霉素AM的为 51.70%、头孢唑啉CI的为44.20%、卡那霉素K的为 46.70%、阿米卡星AN 的为50.80%、新生霉素NOV的为 60.00%、四环素TE 的为60.80%、复方新诺明SX的为 43.30%.细菌对链霉素S、诺氟沙星NOR、氯霉素C、环丙沙星CIP的耐药性比较低,分别为16.70%、16.70%、14.20%、13.30%.本实验对海洋微生物的研究、抗生素的安全使用以及环境保护均具有一定的指导意义. 相似文献

根据动力学特性,振动试验往往要求夹具有较高的固有频率和阻尼;根据振动台的使用情况,要求夹具质量尽可能轻;制作工艺要求夹具尽可能地保持整体性。但是,对于影响试验安全的疲劳问题,一般都不进行夹具疲劳验算。通过实例,说明夹具会在振动试验中出现疲劳破坏。对于某些特殊情况下的振动试验,对夹具的疲劳验算是必不可少的。 相似文献
