基于光合色素的化学分类法在淡水藻类研究中的应用

采用反相高效液相色谱技术(RP HPLC)系统研究了我国主要淡水藻类--蓝藻、绿藻、硅藻、甲藻、金藻、裸藻和隐藻等的光合色素,在8种纯培养藻类中共确定类胡萝卜素、叶绿素及其衍生物19种。分离到的主要标志性色素按洗脱时间分别为脱植基叶绿素a、19′ 丁酰氧岩藻黄素、叶绿素c、脱镁叶绿素a、多甲藻素、甲基脱植基叶绿素a、岩藻黄素、新黄质、紫黄质、蓝藻叶黄素、硅甲藻黄素、硅藻黄质、叶黄素、玉米黄素、叶绿素b异构体、叶绿素b、叶绿素a异构体、叶绿素a和β 胡萝卜素;其中在纯培养的铜绿微囊藻中首次鉴定到19′ 丁酰氧岩藻黄素;通过官桥基地的实际监测,证实了该技术应用的可行性,为基于HPLC分析技术的浮游植物化学分类法提供了理论依据。     

生态渔业养殖模式下汤逊湖鱼产力估算及对内源污染的影响

通过汤逊湖天然饵料生物量的调查,评估在不投肥、不投饵条件下汤逊湖的鱼产力情况;根据主要鱼产力生长代谢参数评估生态渔业养殖模式下由鱼的排泄和排粪作用产生的污染负荷量及由生长增重存储在鱼体内的营养盐量。结果表明:汤逊湖天然鱼产力约为2 975.49 t/a,生态渔业养殖模式下养殖密度可控制在29 g/m³左右;排泄和排粪产生的营养盐氮、磷量分别为309.28、13.06 t/a,其中氮量高于鱼类生长增重存储的营养盐量(73.10 t/a),磷量低于鱼类生长增重存储的营养盐量(15.90 t/a)。生态渔业养殖产生一定量的内源污染物氮,但能削减水体中内源污染物磷,可作为控制湖泊富营养化的措施之一。

哑铃湾网箱养殖环境容量研究Ⅱ.网箱养殖环境容量计算

根据作者自己建立的网箱养殖污染负荷模型，结合二维水动力和水质数学模型，对哑铃湾网箱养殖环境容量进行了计算。结果表明，随着养殖时间的增加，该海域养殖容量不断地变小，当预计只养1a时，它的容量为54100箱，10a以后，它的容量就变为34500箱。而目前该海域只有4000箱左右的网箱，还远远没有达到它的环境限制容量。     

Trisomy 20 mosaicism

A further case of trisomy 20 mosaicism found at amniocentesis is presented. Pregnancy was terminated, the fetus showed facial dysmorphia and minor cardial and renal anomalies. 19 published reports of true trisomy 20 mosaicism at amniocentesis are reviewed. Five pregnancies resulted in obviously normal newborns. The significance of mostly minor anomalies found at autopsy of 7 fetuses remains unclear. With regard to genetic counselling the significance of trisomy 20 mosaicism is summarized as follows: (1) true trisomy 20 mosaicism in amniotic fluid cells reflects mosaicism of the fetus; (2) severe malformation is not a major feature of trisomy 20 mosaicism; (3) the risk of mental retardation is still undetermined, due to limited experience. However, there is no definite proof that the condition is harmful at all.
