电解金属锰渣是锰矿石采用电解法生成电解金属锰时产生的浸出渣,其理化性质证实了其资源化利用的潜力。建立了电解金属锰渣-水泥-飞灰-细砂胶凝体系,经蒸压制备成超轻泡沫混凝土。主要探讨了水泥、石灰、石膏的添加对泡沫混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果显示,当凝结体系的配方为电解金属锰渣35.6%、水泥14.1%、细砂34.3%、石灰16.0%、石膏0.05%,在1.2MPa的蒸汽压下保养6h时的抗压强度最佳。中试实验生产出来的泡沫混凝土满足国家标准DBJ 50-055—2006中B07等级,可为电解金属锰渣资源化利用提供了一种创新的技术途径。  相似文献

RnAlZrX3改性酚醛活性炭泡沫脱硫脱硝研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研发了改性酚醛活性炭泡沫用于燃煤烟气的脱硫脱硝。以偶联剂RnAlZrX3作为改性剂,对酚醛炭泡沫进行金属负载改性。研究了外改性法及内改性法对酚醛活性炭泡沫表面物理结构和化学性质的影响,并进行模拟烟气脱硫脱硝实验。结果表明:样品的比表面积CFZr-n >CFZr >CF0(酚醛炭泡沫的比表面积对比结果为铝锆偶联剂内改性大于铝锆偶联剂外改性大于未改性泡沫);改性后的酚醛活性炭泡沫均保留了CF0的苯环结构;改性后Zr金属主要以单质和氧化物形式存在。通过内改性后,CFZr-n的脱硫效率提高8.8%,脱硝效率提高79%,而采用外改性后的CFZr的脱硫效率降低7.8%,脱硝效率降低10.3%,CFZr-n的脱硫脱硝效率最高。说明RnAlZrX3内改性有利于酚醛活性炭泡沫脱硫脱硝。  相似文献

The interaction between a cationic dye Methylene Blue (MB) and an anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) with the presence of Cd2+ was investigated spectrophotometrically in a certain concentration range. The spectrophotometric measurements of dye-metal ion-surfactant system were carried out. The results indicated that the SDS concentration had a significant influence on the dye spectrum, while the addition of Cd2+ hardly caused change of the maximum value of absorbance. According to this observation, we concluded that electrostatic and hydrophobic interaction between dye and surfactant occurred up to a certain level, and the homo-ions Cd2+ almost exerted no effect on the dye-surfactant complexation, establishing a theoretical foundation for simultaneous removal of organic dye and heavy metal using foam fractionation. Meanwhile, the effects of their interaction on foam performance were investigated. The results showed that the addition of Cd2+ favored the tendency to ameliorate foam properties just contrary to MB. The feasibility of foam separation for dye and heavy metal removal from simulated wastewater was also confirmed using a continuous foam fractionator. In the simultaneous removal process, with the initial SDS concentration ranging from 0.5 to 5.0 mmol/L, the maximum removal efficiencies of MB and Cd2+ were obtained as 99.69% and 99.61%, respectively. The enrichment ratios were reduced from 24.34 to 7.65 for MB and from 22.01 to 3.35 for Cd2+.  相似文献

Hexachlorobenzene (HCB) is a chlorinated aromatic hydrocarbon that was widely used for seed dressing in prevention of fungal growth on crops, and also as a component of fireworks, ammunition, and synthetic rubbers. Because of its resistance to degradation and mobility, HCB is widely distributed throughout the environment and is accumulated through food chains in different ecosystems. In this study, a preliminary investigation was carried out on the bioaccumulation and the toxic effects of HCB in the microbial (protozoan in particular) communities in the Fuhe River, Wuhan, a water body receiving industrial wastewaters containing HCB and other pollutants, using the standardized polyurethane foam units (PFU) method. Field samples were taken from eight stations established along the Fuhe River in January and August 2006. The concentration ratios of HCB in microbial communities and in water were 9.66-18.64, and the microbial communities accumulated 13.29-56.88 μg/L of HCB in January and 0.82-10.25 μg/L HCB in August. Correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between the HCB contents in the microbial assemblage, and the number of species and the diversity index of the protozoan communities. This study demonstrated the applicability of the PFU method in monitoring the effects of HCB on the level of microbial communities.  相似文献

为提高泡沫的充填堵漏风效果,选取有机强酸A,有机磺酸B,无机强酸C等3种固化剂,通过测定泡沫的发泡时间、发泡温度、承压强度和氧指数等参数,分析不同组合固化剂对矿用充填泡沫固化行为的影响。结果表明:乳化时间、起泡时间和表干时间随固化剂用量的增加而明显缩短;泡沫的发泡倍数和发泡温度随固化剂用量的增加而增加;单独使用有机强酸A或有机磺酸B时,泡沫都存在不同程度的收缩,当添加较高量的无机强酸C时,泡沫的尺寸稳定性变好。当复合固化剂有机强酸A用量∶有机磺酸B用量∶无机强酸C用量=1.2∶1∶1时,泡沫的固化效果最优。  相似文献

Two horizontal-flow anaerobic immobilized biomass reactors (HAIB) were used to study the degradation of the LAS surfactant: one filled with charcoal (HAIB1) and the other with a mixed bed of expanded clay and polyurethane foam (HAIB2). The reactors were fed with synthetic substrate supplemented with 14 mg l(-1)of LAS, kept at 30+/-2 degrees C and operated with a hydraulic retention time (HRT) of 12h. The surfactant was quantified by HPLC. Spatial variation analyses were done to quantify organic matter and LAS consumption along the reactor length. The presence of the surfactant in the load did not affect the removal of organic matter (COD), which was close to 90% in both reactors for an influent COD of 550 mg l(-1). The results of a mass balance indicated that 28% of all LAS added to HAIB1 was removed by degradation. HAIB2 presented 27% degradation. Molecular biology techniques revealed microorganisms belonging the uncultured Holophaga sp., uncultured delta Proteobacterium, uncultured Verrucomicrobium sp., Bacteroides sp. and uncultured gamma Proteobacterium sp. The reactor with biomass immobilized on charcoal presented lower adsorption and a higher kinetic degradation coefficient. So, it was the most suitable support for LAS anaerobic treatment.  相似文献

以涂有CeO2-ZrO2固溶体的堇青石蜂窝状陶瓷为载体,用浸渍法制备堇青石蜂窝陶瓷型整体La0.8Sr0.2MnO3催化剂,测试了该催化剂催化燃烧各类VOCs的特性。研究表明,VOCs催化燃烧的难易程度为:含氯烃烷烃酸芳烃酮酯醇醛。La0.8Sr0.2MnO3催化剂对含氧有机化合物具有较好的催化活性,完全燃烧温度均在280℃之内。通过关联VOCs的理化性质,发现VOCs在La0.8Sr0.2MnO3催化剂上的反应活性与VOCs分子中最弱C—H键键能和VOCs分子极性密切联系。  相似文献

采用非电沉积法制备了钯负载泡沫镍电极,运用SEM技术对其进行了表征,并以其阴极、铂丝为阳极进行了电化学还原三氯乙酸的研究,考察了工艺条件对三氯乙酸降解效果的影响,并对反应动力学和反应机理和进行了探讨。结果表明:钯负载泡沫镍电极具有较高的比表面积和良好的储氢性能;以20 mmol/L硫酸钠为电解质,在电解温度为20℃、钯负载量为4.5 mg/cm~2的条件下恒流(10 mA)电解240 min,三氯乙酸降解率达99.76%,氯原子脱除率达73.86%;三氯乙酸的电化学还原反应过程以及三氯乙酸上未脱除氯原子浓度的变化均符合拟一级反应动力学方程;三氯乙酸在电化学还原过程中逐个脱除氯原子。  相似文献

Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants are added at percent levels to many polymers and textiles abundant in human spaces and vehicles, wherein they have been long assumed to be tightly sequestered. However, the mg kg−1 burdens recently detected in indoor dust testify to substantial releases. The bulk of released PBDEs remain in the terrestrial environment, yet comparatively little research focuses on this compartment. There, insects/arthropods, such as crickets, are the most abundant invertebrate organisms and facilitate the trophic transfer of contaminants by breaking down complex organic matter (including discarded polymers) and serving as food for other organisms. Our experiments revealed that house crickets (Acheta domesticus) provided uncontaminated food and free access to PUF containing Penta-BDE (8.7% dry wt) for 28 d accumulated substantial PBDE body burdens. Crickets allowed to depurate gut contents exhibited whole body burdens of up to 13.4 mg kg−1 lipid ΣPenta-BDE, 1000-fold higher than typically reported in humans. Non-depurated crickets and molted exoskeletons incurred even higher ΣPenta-BDE, up to 80.6 and 63.3 mg kg−1 lipid, respectively. Congener patterns of whole crickets and molts resembled those of PUF and the commercial Penta-BDE formulation, DE-71, indicative of minimal discrimination or biotransformation. Accumulation factor (AF) calculations were hampered by uncertainties in determining actual PUF ingestion. However, estimated AFs were low, in the range of 10−4-10−3, suggesting that polymer-PBDE interactions limited uptake. Nonetheless, results indicate that substantial PBDE burdens may be incurred by insects in contact with current-use and derelict treated polymers within human spaces and solid waste disposal sites (e.g. landfills, automotive dumps, etc.). Once ingested, even burdens not absorbed across the gut wall may be dispersed within proximate terrestrial food webs via the insect’s movements and/or predation.  相似文献
