以主产地云南省文山州三七及其种植土壤为研究对象,测定土壤和三七地上和地下部重金属镉(Cd)、砷(As)、铅(Pb)含量,揭示三七对重金属的吸收转运特征,通过分析重金属日摄入量(ADI)和靶标危害商数(THQ),评估三七中Cd、As、Pb的食品安全风险和人体健康风险.结果表明:种植土壤Cd、As含量为0.07~4.1和13.9~310mg/kg,超标率为63.2%和79%,Pb未超标;综合污染指数P>3,均值3.52,表明达重度污染等级;Cd、As单因子污染指数PCd/As>1的土壤样品占比为63.2%和84.2%,表明土壤Cd、As达轻度污染等级.三七地上和地下部Cd、As、Pb含量分别为0.05~0.69、0.07~0.73,0.25~1.06、0.09~1.73和0.12~1.13、0.07~0.66mg/kg dw,Cd超标率为26.3%~36.8%,As、Pb无超标,表明三七易吸收Cd且存在超标现象,需重点关注.三七Cd含量与土壤Cd含量呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),As、Pb表现为负相关,生物浓缩因子BCFCd=... 相似文献

Urbanization has appropriated millions of hectares of cropland, and this trend will persist as cities continue to expand. We estimate the impact of this conversion as the amount of land needed elsewhere to give the same yield potential as determined by differences in climate and soil properties. Robust spatial upscaling techniques, well-validated crop simulation models, and soil, climate, and cropping system databases are employed with a focus on populous countries with high rates of land conversion. We find that converted cropland is 30–40% more productive than new cropland, which means that projection of food production potential must account for expected cropland loss to urbanization. Trifolium species, commonly known as clover species, have a cosmopolitan distribution and, as such, are used in many different traditional systems of medicine and consumed by many communities all over the world. In this study, the elemental distribution and nutritional value of five edible Trifolium species, namely, Trifolium africanum, Trifolium burchellianum, Trifolium repens, Trifolium dubium and Trifolium pratense were investigated to evaluate the potential of these plant species to alleviate malnutrition, thereby contributing toward the fight against food insecurity. Trifolium species were found to be a rich alternate source of essential nutrients with concentrations of elements being in decreasing order of Ca > Mg > Fe > Mn > Zn > Se > Cu > Cr > Pb > Ni > Co > Cd > As and with adequate levels of lipids (4.2 to 8.6%), proteins (35.1 to 45.4%) and carbohydrates (26.7 to 47.0%). Trifolium species were found to be rich in Se (contributing greater than 516% toward its RDA) with T. dubium having a concentration of 0.53 mg 10 g?1, dry mass, which is higher than Brazil nuts. T. pratense was found to be the most suitable species for human consumption due to it having low levels of toxic metals (As, Cd and Pb) while being rich in macro- and micro-elements, especially Fe (7.84 mg 10 g?1, dry mass) and Se (0.36 mg 10 g?1, dry mass). 相似文献

In the early 2000s, the development of local food systems in advanced industrial countries has expanded beyond creation and
support of farmers’ markets and community supported agriculture farms and projects to include targeted Buy Local Food campaigns.
Non-governmental groups in many U.S. places and regions have launched such campaigns with the intent of motivating and directing
consumers toward more local food purchasing in general. This article examines the current manifestations and possibilities
for social justice concerns in Buy Local Food campaigns, by considering them within the more general category of “selective
patronage“ campaigns. Historical campaign examples, such as Buy Union, Buy American, and Buy Black campaigns, offer instructive
comparisons to contemporary consumer campaigns promoting local food. Through examining the construction of threats, intended
beneficiaries, products to be avoided, and those to be preferentially selected, the paper demonstrates how selective patronage
campaigns have emphasized social justice needs and concerns for designated groups in ways that have been potentially exclusionary
of other disadvantaged groups and thus undermining of social justice more broadly. As a contemporary instance of “selective
patronage,“ Buy Local Food campaigns exhibit similar contradictory impulses, which are intensified by the conceptual and practical
pitfalls in designating “local.“ The article concludes by considering how the challenges and prospects for commitments to
social justice in local food consumer campaigns reinforce the importance of emerging initiatives centered on domestic fair

Levels of glyphosate were determined in water, soil and sediment samples from a transgenic soybean cultivation area located near to tributaries streams of the Pergamino-Arrecifes system in the north of the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Field work took into account both the pesticide application and the rains occurring after applications. The pesticide was analysed by HPLC-UV detection, previous derivatization with 9-fluorenylmethylchloroformate (FMOC-Cl). In addition, SoilFug multimedia model was used to analyse the environmental distribution of the pesticides. In the field, levels of glyphosate in waters ranged from 0.10 to 0.70mg/L, while in sediments and soils values were between 0.5 and 5.0mg/Kg. Temporal variation of glyphosate levels depended directly on the time of application and the rain events. The results obtained from the application of the model are in accordance with the values found in the field. 相似文献

Meaningful human–nature interactions can counteract the extinction of experience and positively influence people’s nature relatedness, health and wellbeing. In this study, we explored urban wild food foraging to understand how best to enable human-nature interactions in cities by means of foraging. Using a structured questionnaire, a total of 458 residents of Vienna, Austria were surveyed. Sixty-four percent of visitors of public urban green spaces previously foraged for wild food species, whereas foraging frequencies were related to the targeted plant species and their life forms. People who foraged more frequently had greater nature relatedness, more childhood foraging experiences and lived on the outskirts of the city, but their socio-demographic backgrounds were heterogeneous. Social acceptance and lack of access to wild foods were perceived to be barriers.
