臭氧由于具有强氧化性,在众多领域已经得到了广泛的应用。本文通过试验研究了介质阻挡放电产生臭氧的特性。结果表明:外加电压增大时,臭氧浓度和产速都不断增大,臭氧产率则是先增长,达到最大值后又开始略微下降;气体流速增大时,臭氧浓度不断减小,而臭氧产速和产率都是先增长,达到最大值后又开始下降;电源频率在5.0~9.9kHz范围内改变时,臭氧浓度、产速和产率变化不明显;当电介质厚度不变时,在0.3~0.5mm范围内改变间隙厚度,小间隙厚度优势不明显。  相似文献

采用凋落物分解袋法, 以川西高山森林典型乔木(四川红杉Larix mastersiana、岷江冷杉Abies faxoniana、红桦Betula albo-sinensis和方枝柏Sabina saltuaria)和灌木(高山杜鹃Rhododendron lapponicum和康定柳Salix paraplesia)凋落物为研究对象, 研究了林窗中心到郁闭林下不同生境(林窗中心、林冠林窗、扩展林窗和郁闭林下)中凋落物第一年分解不同关键时期(雪被形成期、雪被覆盖期、雪被融化期和生长季节)可溶性碳的动态特征。结果表明:6种凋落物可溶性碳和可溶性有机碳在冬季含量增加而在生长季节含量降低, 而可溶性无机碳含量在全年呈降低趋势;雪被形成期, 6种凋落物可溶性碳和可溶性有机碳在郁闭林下达到最大值, 而雪被覆盖期在林窗中心和林冠林窗达到最大值, 生长季节6种凋落物可溶性碳含量均低于初始含量。这表明全球气候变暖情景下, 冬季林内雪被覆盖时间和厚度降低且生长季节延长将减少凋落物可溶性碳含量, 且变化程度受到凋落物质量控制。  相似文献

A polyaniline Zr(IV) selenotungstophosphate nanocomposite was prepared via sol-gel method and characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The combined sorptional–photocatalytic activity of the nanocomposite for degradation of methylene blue and malachite green was investigated and was found to be more efficient than separate adsorption in the dark followed by photocatalysis. The dyes were degraded in 3 h by 96% and 89% by the combined process, as compared to 86% and 72% by the two-step process in 5 h. The nanocomposite material showed antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.  相似文献

Scholars have recognised a climate gap, wherein poor communities face disproportionate impacts of climate change. Others have noted that climate change and economic globalisation may mutually affect a region or social group, leading to double exposure. This paper investigates how current and changing patterns of neighbourhood demographics are associated with extreme heat in the border city of Juárez, Mexico. Many Juárez neighbourhoods are at-risk to triple exposures, in which residents suffer due to the conjoined effects of the global recession, drug war violence, and extreme heat. Due to impacts of the recession on maquiladora employment and the explosion of drug violence (2008–2012), over 75% of neighbourhoods experienced decreasing population density between 2000 and 2010 and the average neighbourhood saw a 40% increase in the proportion of older adults. Neighbourhoods with greater drops in population density and increases in the proportion of older residents over the decade are at significantly higher risk to extreme heat, as are neighbourhoods with lower population density and lower levels of education. In this context, triple exposures are associated with a climate gap that most endangers lower socio-economic status and increasingly older-aged populations remaining in neighbourhoods from which high proportions of residents have departed.  相似文献

Data on the location and extent of protected areas, ecosystems, and species’ distributions are essential for determining gaps in biodiversity protection and identifying future conservation priorities. However, these data sets always come with errors in the maps and associated metadata. Errors are often overlooked in conservation studies, despite their potential negative effects on the reported extent of protection of species and ecosystems. We used 3 case studies to illustrate the implications of 3 sources of errors in reporting progress toward conservation objectives: protected areas with unknown boundaries that are replaced by buffered centroids, propagation of multiple errors in spatial data, and incomplete protected‐area data sets. As of 2010, the frequency of protected areas with unknown boundaries in the World Database on Protected Areas (WDPA) caused the estimated extent of protection of 37.1% of the terrestrial Neotropical mammals to be overestimated by an average 402.8% and of 62.6% of species to be underestimated by an average 10.9%. Estimated level of protection of the world's coral reefs was 25% higher when using recent finer‐resolution data on coral reefs as opposed to globally available coarse‐resolution data. Accounting for additional data sets not yet incorporated into WDPA contributed up to 6.7% of additional protection to marine ecosystems in the Philippines. We suggest ways for data providers to reduce the errors in spatial and ancillary data and ways for data users to mitigate the effects of these errors on biodiversity assessments. Abstract: To understand how a highly contentious policy process influenced a major conservation effort, I examined the origins, compromises, and outcomes of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act of 1980 (ANILCA) for the Tongass National Forest. Tongass wilderness designation was among the most controversial issues in the ANILCA debate, and it faced strong opposition from influential lawmakers, land managers, and Alaska residents. To investigate the influence of this opposition on Tongass conservation outcomes, I conducted a gap analysis of Tongass reserves and a policy analysis of the ANILCA debate and traced the influence of specific interests through the amendments, negotiations, and resulting compromises needed to enact ANILCA. Overall, I found that Tongass reserves comprise a broadly representative cross‐section of ecosystems and species habitats in southeastern Alaska. Redrawn reserve boundaries, industry subsidies, and special access regulations reflected compromises to minimize the impact of wilderness conservation on mining, timber, and local stakeholder interests, respectively. Fragmentation of the Admiralty Island National Monument—the most ecologically valuable and politically controversial reserve—resulted from compromises with Alaskan Native (indigenous peoples of Alaska) corporations and timber interests. Despite language to accommodate “reasonable access” to wilderness reserves, ongoing access limitations highlight the concerns of Alaska residents that opposed ANILCA several decades ago. More broadly, the Tongass case suggests that early and ambitious conservation action may offset strong political opposition; compromises needed to establish key reserves often exacerbate development impacts in unprotected areas; and efforts to minimize social conflicts are needed to safeguard the long‐term viability of conservation measures.  相似文献

在小间隙静电放电(ESD)中,电极移动速度和气体压强会对测量放电参数出现的低重复离散特性产生影响。基于自主研发的新型测试系统,完成气体压强变化和向放电靶移动电极放电相关参数的测量。静电放电模拟器移动距离控制范围在10cm-40cm。在间隙气体压强变化和放电枪以不同速度向靶移动放电的两种情况下,放电电流峰值和波形产生了显著的差异,证明了电极移动速度和空气压强都对放电参数产生显著影响。本文对放电参数受电极移动速度和气体压强变化而出现显著差异的可能机制进行了初步分析。  相似文献

Abstract

This paper analyzes the impact of income distribution gap on consumption demand from a theoretical view, and draws the conclusion that there is an inverse relationship between income distribution gap and consumption demand. Then, the paper finds that the existing widening income distribution gap in China has a negative impact on consumption demand, but this is not the key factor for the insufficient consumption demand because of the low level of per capital income. At last, it suggests that governments should improve the income level of entire residents and adjust income distribution structure simultaneously.  相似文献

本文从宏观经济学“收入=消费+储蓄”这个恒等式和我国经济、人口的相关数据,动态上测算出不同时期我国城市居民和农村居民的收入,总体上估计了我国城乡收入差距的大小,其结果更接近当前我国社会的现实。由此可以看出我国城乡收入差距将有不断扩大的必然趋势。本文进一步把城乡收入差距分解为消费差距和储蓄差距,并且考察了我国人口和产业的演进,分析了它们各自对现在和今后形成差距的影响,表明我国城乡收入差距不断扩大的原因是:城乡资源占有不均等的制度和由于制度原因形成的存量资产(储蓄)又在市场作用下继续拉大差距的双重因素。所以,政府不仅要使农民“减负”、“增收”,而且要运用法律、财政、税收等手段,多管齐下,改变目前的资源分配格局,方能解决“三农”问题之痼疾。  相似文献
