目的:了解临床药师对临床药学教育的建议与意见.方法:采用信函邮寄的方式,问卷调查医院临床药学的开展情况、临床药师对临床药学教育的看法和建议,并对结果进行统计分析.结果:42家三级医院及大型综合性医院对问卷作出了应答,他们均开展了临床药学工作,都认为应改变原来偏化学的药学教育模式,加重生物医学和临床药学课程的比例,延长药学实践时间.结论:临床药学教育需进一步改革,以培养能满足临床需求的临床药学人才. 相似文献

Elemental analysis has played an important role in the characterization of soils since inception of the soil survey in the
US. Recent efforts in analysis of trace and major elements (geochemistry) have provided necessary data to soil survey users
in a variety of areas. The first part of this paper provides a brief overview of elemental sources, forms, mobility, and bioavailability;
critical aspects important to users of soil survey geochemical data for appropriate use and interpretations. Examples are
provided based on data gathered as part of the US soil survey program. The second part addresses the organization of sample
collection in soil survey and how soil surveys are ideally suited as a sampling strategy for soil geochemical studies. Geochemistry
is functional in characterization of soil types, determining soil processes, ecological evaluation, or issues related to soil
quality and health, such as evaluating suitability of soils for urban or agricultural land use. Applications of geochemistry
are on-going across the US and are documented herein. This analytical direction of soil survey complements historic efforts
of the National Cooperative Soil Survey Program and addresses the increasing need of soil survey users for data that assists

Previous studies have combined random-site hierarchical sampling designs with analysis of variance techniques, and grid sampling with spatial autocorrelation analysis. We illustrate that analysis techniques and sampling designs are interchangeable using densities of an infaunal bivalve from a study in Poverty Bay, New Zealand. Hierarchical designs allow the estimation of variances associated with each level, but high-level factors are imprecisely estimated, and they are inefficient for describing spatial pattern. Grid designs are efficient for describing spatial pattern, and are amenable to conventional analysis. Our example deals with a continuous spatial habitat, but our conclusions also apply in disjunct or patchy habitats. The influence of errors in positioning is also assessed. The advantages of systematic sampling are reviewed, and more efficient hierarchical approaches are identified. The distinction between biological and statisticalsignificance in all analyses is emphasised. 相似文献

In natural ecological communities, most species are rare and thus susceptible to extinction. Consequently, the prediction and identification of rare species are of enormous value for conservation purposes. How many newly found species will be rare in the next field survey? We took a Bayesian viewpoint and used observed species abundance information in an ecological sample to develop an accurate way to estimate the number of new rare species (e.g., singletons, doubletons, and tripletons) in an additional unknown sample. A similar method has been developed for incidence-based data sets. Five seminumerical tests (3 abundance cases and 2 incidence cases) showed that our proposed Bayesian-weight estimator accurately predicted the number of new rare species with low relative bias and low relative root mean squared error and, accordingly, high accuracy. Finally, we applied the proposed estimator to 6 conservation-directed empirical data sets (3 abundance cases and 3 incidence cases) and found the prediction of new rare species was quite accurate; the 95% CI covered the true observed value very well in most cases. Our estimator performed similarly to or better than an unweighted estimator derived from Chao et al. and performed consistently better than the naïve unweighted estimator. We recommend our Bayesian-weight estimator for conservation applications, although the unweighted estimator of Chao et al. may be better under some circumstances. A cytogenetic survey and follow-up studies were made of 14 cases with supernumerary marker chromosomes, identified among 12 699 prenatal samples, investigated at our institution over a 10-year period from 1980 to 1990. FISH (fluorescence in situ hybridization) techniques were employed to identify the chromosomal origin of the marker chromosomes. Five cases were familial, all derived from acrocentric chromosomes, and all without apparent phenotypic effects in the children. Nine cases represented de novo aberrations. In two cases (one with a marker from chromosome 14 or 22, the other with a ring-like marker derived from chromosome 17), the pregnancies continued and apparently normal babies were delivered at term, but the child with a marker derived from chromosome 17 showed slight psychomotor retardation at 2 years of age. All other pregnancies with de novo markers were terminated. In three cases, significant abnormalities were found at autopsy. One of these had an isochromosome 12p and the phenotype was consistent with Pallister-Killian syndrome. In conclusion, marker chromosome identification, as well as clinical follow-up, is essential for the purpose of improving genetic counselling. 相似文献

测定了2002年12月杭州市钱塘江和运河杭州段地面水、底泥和土壤中10种多环芳烃的含量,计算了底泥和土壤中PAHs富集倍数K和有机碳标化表观分配系数KOC*.结果表明,地面水中PAHs总浓度范围为1.104~9.663μg·L-1,底泥中为132.7~7343μg·kg-1(干重),土壤为59.71~219.5μg·kg-1(干重),污染较为严重.钱塘江底泥PAHs的K值随水流而降低,而运河杭州段则增大.钱塘江底泥和土壤的KOC*比值接近1,PAHs主要来自土壤淋溶输入,污染历史不长.运河在城区(如拱宸桥和卖鱼桥)的KKOC*比值远大于1,地面径流输入少,而工业排放输入多,且污染历史较长. 相似文献

以北京、上海、广州、兰州、昆明等5个城市30个中等收入城市家庭为研究对象,探讨了家庭规模、家庭结构对生活污水排放特征的影响.结果表明,城市家庭生活污水中各污染物排放量随家庭规模增大而增大,其中受家庭规模经济影响,COD、BOD的排放强度呈现出较为明显的边际递减规律,而TN、TP主要受家庭居民个体因素影响;综合考虑家庭规模、家庭结构的影响,首次提出家庭污染等效因子,把所考察的家庭转换成“等价(参照)家庭”,相对于参照家庭而言,所考察的家庭的污染排放状况与家庭污染等效因子成正比,由此反映不同家庭类型与生活污水排放之间的特定关系. 相似文献

家庭生活垃圾与公众生活密切相关,是城市固体废弃物的重要组成部分.明确家庭垃圾产量的影响因素对于理解垃圾产生格局和和后续的管理评价有重要意义.社区是家庭生活垃圾管理的最基本单元,而我国的城市化进程引起了城市社区的多样化.因此,本文根据住房制度改革进程中的不同阶段,将社区分为建于20世纪80年代福利分房时代的旧式社区,2000年改革后的后市场力量主导的商业社区和介于上述两种社区之间的过渡社区.通过空间抽样选取厦门市20个居住小区,分别于夏季和冬季进行为期1周的采样.结果发现,家庭生活垃圾产量呈不均衡分布.通过多元回归建立了家庭生活垃圾产量驱动模型,结果表明,旧式社区的家庭生活垃圾产生以经济驱动为主,过渡社区以家庭结构的驱动为主,商业社区以生活习惯的驱动为主.通过社区分类,可以更好地解释家庭生活垃圾产生的机制,有助于进一步对家庭生活垃圾管理和减量引导做出科学决策. 相似文献

中国居民生活碳排放的区域差异及影响因素分析 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2
论文在总结划分居民生活碳排放(HCEs)类别的基础上,以中国HCEs量为测度指标,从时间和空间两个角度对1997-2012年人均HCEs进行分析,同时对2012年人均HCEs的空间格局分布及影响因素进行分析。基本结论如下:根据划分方法,HCEs按照碳排放源可分为直接和间接碳排放;按照基本生活需求可分为基本和发展碳排放;按照人类消费行为可分为交通、居住、食品、商品及服务碳排放五大类。从时间尺度来看,中国各类别人均HCEs均呈现逐年上升趋势。从空间差异来看,1997-2012年,我国各省人均HCEs表现出共同的空间分布特征。从空间格局分布来看,2012年中国人均居民生活碳排放呈现从东到西递减的趋势。从空间计量模型角度看,2012年,人均居民生活基本碳排放比重是影响人均HCEs空间差异的主要驱动因子。此外,各地区人均收入和人均GDP的差异也对人均HCEs的空间差异起到正相关作用。基于对中国人均HCEs的时空格局及影响因素分析,为我国制定碳减排举措提供科学依据并提出有效建议。 相似文献
