南水北调对湖北丹江口水库区土地资源的影响 总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6
湖北省丹江口水库区是南水北调中线工程的水源区。随着调水工程的实施,库区土地资源将受到深远的影响。以丹江口水库及其四周海拔低于200m的区域为研究范围,选用90年代初获取的LandsatTM假彩色合成图像为主信息源,运用目视判读和地理信息系统(GIS)方法,对该区的土地资源利用现状进行了比例尺为25万分之一的遥感制图和计算机面积量算;在此基础上,对工程实施后本区土地资源的淹没损失、土地利用结构的变化进行了宏观分析,进而对区域土地资源的合理利用进行了初步探讨。 相似文献

The impacts of a functional and a demolished copper processing works on the aquatic and terrestrial environment in the vicinity of the works was investigated by determining the levels of selected trace metals in river water, river sediments, channel margin sediments and overbank soils. Samples were taken at five sites within an area of the Churnet Valley in Staffordshire, where the River Churnet flows through the two works. Analysis of river water samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) has shown that only copper is present above background levels considered to typify uncontaminated rivers. Analysis of river sediments, channel margin sediments and overbank soils by nitric-perchloric acid digestion and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-AES) analysis has indicated contamination by arsenic, cadmium and copper in the vicinity of both works. Arsenic and copper are deposited primarily within the aquatic environment, although some contamination of the terrestrial environment by copper is also observed. Cadmium is deposited primarily within the terrestrial environment. The deposition of arsenic and copper in river and channel margin sediments respectively is also related to current and historical contamination. 相似文献

This paper deals with the application of satellite images to characterize some aspects of the circulation dynamics of the
Tinto-Odiel estuary using turbidity patterns as ‘natural tracers’. 15 images (Landsat TM and Spot HRV) were processed to provide
synoptic, instantaneous views of the circulation patterns under different environmental conditions. In addition, a comparison
was made between results of oceanographic field work, using biplanes and fluorescent tracers, and satellite image turbidity
patterns used as ‘ground truth’ data for specific hydroclimatic situations. This approach allowed (1) the identification and
mapping of dynamic processes of interest during a theoretical tidal cycle, (2) the elaboration of additional information on
the ‘flow schemes’ at the mouth of the estuary with improved spatial and temporal resolution, and (3) the supply of basic
data to improve the knowledge of exchange processes between estuarine and coastal waters. The results of this study are considered

In this work, dynamic mathematical model for the prediction of the operational parameter volatile fatty acids/bicarbonate
alkalinity (VFA/ALK) in a UASB reactor was developed. The dynamic modeling technique was applied successfully to a two-year
data record from an industrial wastewater treatment plant of a potato processing industry. The technique used included regression
analysis by residuals. Seventeen parameters were examined including the following: wastewater's flow rate, reactor's temperature
and pH, total and soluble influent COD, wastewater's temperature and pH, total and soluble effluent COD, volatile fatty acids,
alkalinity, biogas production rate and each parameter with a time lag of up to 10 days. Finally, after all parameters and
all time lag trials the best fitted model was developed. The model's adequacy was checked by χ2 test for a data record of the same UASB reactor but at a different time period and proved to be satisfactory. Additionally,
the model's ability to predict and to control the plant's operation via VFA/ALK was examined. Through this model, in contrary
to steady state models, various aspects of the process can be enlighten, such as the fact that the hydrolysis of starch requires

Sustainable hydraulic cements based on alkali aluminosilicate chemistry were developed with market-limited wastes acting as the primary aluminosilicate precursors. Two sets of formulations were developed with waste brick or impounded coal ash used at relatively large volume as aluminosilicate precursors. Supplementary materials were used to produce raw materials of viable chemistry. Blends of raw materials were transformed into hydraulic cements by input of mechanical energy without resorting to elevated temperatures. The resultant hydraulic cements exhibited viable strength development characteristics. FTIR, SEM, EDS and NMR analyses were conducted in order to gain insight into the structure of the hydraulic cements and their hydration products. The results pointed at the prevalence of calcium aluminosilicate hydrates among the products of hydration which thoroughly bound the non-hydrated cores of cement particles. 相似文献
