湄洲湾海水环境质量和水产业发展的关系

通过１９９５ 年１２ 月～１９９６ 年１ 月湄洲湾渔业资源调查和生物体内残毒分析，结合１９８８ ～１９９６ 年的生态环境综合调查资料，探讨以石化工业为主体的开发对湄洲湾水产业的影响。结果表明，工业发展中污染物的排放对湄洲湾生态环境和生物的不良影响正在显现，并对水产业的发展构成威胁，但在严格控制污染物排放，保护并发展水产业的情况下，湄洲湾仍能较长期保持现有的各种使用功能，维护湾内海域的生态平衡。     

世界银行贷款项目中的滇池流域工业污染控制

世界银行贷款项目对滇池流域重点工业污染源控制十分重视，把其列为贷款的重点。本文在对大量基础资料分析研究的基础上，通过对滇池流域重点工业污染源的深入研究，就其治理工艺、技术进行了深入的探讨，提出了一套完整而合适的控制方案，通过实施本项目，可以在相当程度上控制住排入滇池的工业污染物，从而为改善滇池水质作出巨大的贡献。     

Prenatal diagnosis of spinal muscular atrophy in Russia

Ninety-two families with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) applied for genetic counselling and further prenatal diagnosis. To minimize expenses, only one tightly linked informative marker was determined in the course of preliminary examination, and non-radioactive allele detection was preferably used. Four prenatal diagnoses of SMA type I, four of SMA type II, and one of SMA type III were made. This trial programme shows the considerable requirements, importance, and potential effectiveness of prenatal prediction of SMA in Russia.     

试论海南岛经济开发战略构想

海南岛是我国最大的热带宝岛,自然资源丰富,天时地利优势突出,经济开发潜力大,在我国国民经济建设中具有特殊的战略地位。海南岛地处我国开放前哨,应充分利用世界经济中心转移亚太地区的有利形势,发展同外部世界的经济联系,进一步发挥内地的后盾和依托作用。明确经济开发的战略目标,研究对策和措施,加强宏观控制。严格控制人口增长,重视人才培养。设立省级体制。调整产业结构,加强基础建设。引进先进技术。改善交通和通讯。大力开发农业资源、矿产资源和能源。实行比特区更特殊的政策,海南岛的战略蓝图必将实现。     

Neural tube defects in trisomy 18

In a retrospective survey, the incidence of neural tube defects in liveborn trimsomy 18 was found to be 6·2 per cent. Based on these data one would expect to find trisomy 18 in 1 of the 117 patients with myeloidysplasia; the incidence of trisomy 18 in dysraphic fetuses would be anticipated to be higher. These observations underscore the need for amniocentesis karyotyping of fetuses with neural tube defects, and the importance of careful examination of infants born with neural tube defects.     

妨碍国有工业企业推行清洁生产的几个问题

分析不利于国有工业企业推行清洁生产的六方面问题：认识偏差，缺乏激励机制，缺乏足够的资金，技改中新技术含量低，缺乏人才和政府执行力度不够，结合实际情况初步探讨解决办法。     

Technical and theoretical considerations in the HLA typing of amniotic fluid cells for prenatal diagnosis and paternity testing

HLA typing of amniotic fluid cells has been used for the prenatal diagnosis of the HLA linked diseases congenital adrenal hyperplasia (21-OH-deficiency (21-OH-def) type) and complement C4 deficiency and it has also been used for the prenatal de termination of paternity. There are, however, technical difficulties in this test associated with the weak expression of some B locus antigens on amniotic fluid cells, and theoretical difficulties related to associations between particular HLA antigens and the 21-OH-def allele. Since certain HLA-B locus antigens are found in significantly increased frequencies among patients with 21-OH-def, there is a relatively high incidence of HLA-B homozygosity among the patients and over 40 percent of the parents of these patients share one or more HLA-B locus antigens. Results of some prenatal HLA typing tests may thus be difficult to interpret, and supplementary tests should be used whenever possible. HLA typing of amniotic cells is, however, the only available procedure for prenatal diagnosis of C4 deficiency and it is the best available procedure for prenatal determination of paternity. A modification of our original procedure allows HLA typing to be performed with increased numbers of HLA typing sera, and sera with optimum reactivity for amniotic fluid cells have now been selected for the definition of most of the more commonly expressed HLA antigens. Although amniotic fluid cells do not express DR antigens, amniotic fluid cells can be typed for the HLA-linked marker glyoxalase I (GLO) and this may be the informative for prenatal diagnosis in some cases.     

“成型-烧结”碎磷矿的黄磷生产工业性试验

将中小黄磷企业长期堆存的碎磷矿 (粒径 <5mm) ,经过“粘接成型 烧结”及理化指标检测后 ,按烧结矿∶块矿 =1∶1入炉进行工业性试验 ,试验表明该烧结矿可用于黄磷电炉生产 ,该法是降低黄磷生产成本 ,减少环境污染 ,使资源得到合理利用的有效途径之一     

以工业废物制备高效氧化铁系脱硫剂的研究

研究了以硫酸烧渣、转炉赤泥、平炉尘为主要原料制备氧化铁系 (SW型 )脱硫剂的方法及制备工艺。结果表明 :脱硫剂最佳配方为粘结剂 5 %～ 8% ,制孔剂 0 0 8%～ 0 1% ,木屑 8%～ 12 % ,工业废渣 (硫酸烧渣、转炉赤泥、平炉尘等 ) 78%～ 88% ;成型的最佳温度为 15 0℃ ,活化方法应根据主要原料的不同有所差异 ,活化条件以成型活化优于成型前活化
