目的 通过分析不同元素离子注入对结构钢耐腐蚀能力及力学性能的影响,筛选出最佳注入元素,以改善45CrMoVE结构钢的表面组成,提高其耐腐蚀性能。方法 基于前期研究工艺,开展Mo、Co、Ta、Ti等离子注入技术研究。将注入离子后的结构钢试样放入NaCl溶液中,分析不同元素离子注入对结构钢腐蚀电位的影响,结合盐雾腐蚀试验,研究不同离子注入对结构钢耐腐蚀性能的影响,同时结合X射线衍射技术和力学性能测试,对结构钢试样表面层的物相进行分析,研究离子注入对结构钢力学性能的影响。结果 氯化钠溶液在注入Mo离子后的自然腐蚀电位最高、最正,当基体材料中注入的Mo剂量为3×1017atoms/cm2时,腐蚀电位接近0.5 V,腐蚀电流最小。注入Mo离子后,试片的耐盐雾腐蚀性能最好。Mo离子与结构钢中的C原子相结合,在结构钢表面层形成较多的MoC和Mo2C等碳化物,提高了结构钢的耐腐蚀性能。离子注入层厚度尺寸小,注入离子后基本不改变基体材料的表面形貌和宏观力学性能。结论 离子注入能够有效改善结构钢的耐腐蚀性能,对于45CrMoVE结构钢试样,当注入3×1017atoms/cm2剂量的Mo离子、注入能量为130 keV时,离子注入对45CrMoVE结构钢耐腐蚀能力的改善效果最佳。  相似文献

以L-苯丙氨酸、长链烷基(C12/C14/C16/C18)酰氯和聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG,Mn=350,550,750,1 000 g/mol)为原料,合成了一系列新型非离子型表面活性剂N-长链碳酰基-L-苯丙氨酸单甲基聚乙二醇酯(Rn-L-MPEG),系统研究了表面张力、界面张力和土壤吸附性与其结构之间的关系。结果表明:随着MPEG分子量的增大,Rn-L-MPEG的表面张力逐渐下降;随着酰氯中烷基链的增长,Rn-L-MPEG的表面张力呈现增大趋势,系列表面活性剂中R12-L-MPEG1000具有最低的表面张力28.11 mN/m;Rn-L-MPEG的界面张力随分子结构变化的规律同表面张力;随着MPEG分子量的增大,Rn-L-MPEG的饱和吸附量逐渐增大,随着酰氯中烷基链的增长,Rn-L-MPEG的饱和吸附量呈现下降趋势。  相似文献

The contribution of aliphatic-rich plant biopolymer to sorption of hydrophobic organic compounds is significantly important because of their preservation and accumulation in the soil environment,but sorption mechanism is still not fully understood.In this study, sorption of 1-naphthol by plant cuticular fractions was examined to better understand the contributions of respective fraction.Toward this end,cuticular materials were isolated from the fruits of tomato by chemical method.The tomato cuticle sheet consisted of waxes (6.5 wt%),cuticular monomer (69.5 wt%),and polysaccharide (24.0 wt%).Isotherms of l-naphthol to the cuticular fractions were nonlinear (N value (0.82-0.90)) at the whole tested concentration ranges.The KodKow ratios for bulk cuticle (TC1),dewaxed cuticle (TC2),cutin (TC4),and desugared cuticle (TC5) were larger than unity,suggested that tomato bulk cuticle and cutin are much powerful solption medium.Sorption capability of cutin (TC4) was 2.4 times higher than the nonsaponifiable fraction (TC3).The 1-naphthol interactions with tomato cuticular materials were governed by both hydrophobic-type interactions and polar (H-bonding) interactions. Removal of the wax and polysaccharide materials from the bulk tomato cuticle caused a significant increase in the sorption ability of the cuticular material.There was a linear negative trend between K_(oc) values and the amount of polysaccharides or fraction's polarities ((N O)/C);while a linear positive relationship between K_(oc) values and the content of cutin monomer (linear R~2=0.993) was observed for present in the cuticular fractions.Predominant sorbent of the hydrophobic organic compounds (HOCs) in the plant cuticular fraction was the cutin monomer,contributing to 91.7% of the total sorption of tomato bulk cuticle.  相似文献

Rewilding has been an increasingly popular tool to restore plant–animal interactions and ecological processes impaired by defaunation. However, the reestablishment of such processes has seldom been assessed. We investigated the restoration of ecological interactions following the reintroduction of the brown howler monkey (Alouatta guariba) to a defaunated Atlantic forest site. We expected the reintroduction to restore plant–animal interactions and interactions between howlers and dung beetles, which promote secondary seed dispersal. We estimated the number of interactions expected to be restored by the reintroduction to provide the baseline interaction richness that could be restored. We followed the reintroduced howler monkeys twice a week for 24 months (337 hours total) to assess their diet. We used howler monkey dung in secondary seed dispersal experiments with 2484 seed mimics to estimate the removal rates by dung beetles and collected the beetles to assess community attributes. We compared the potential future contribution of howler monkeys and other frugivores to seed dispersal based on the seed sizes they disperse in other areas where they occur. In 2 years, howler monkeys consumed 60 animal-dispersed plant species out of the 330 estimated. Twenty-one dung beetle species were attracted to experimentally provided dung; most of them were tunnelers, nocturnal, and large-sized (>10 mm). On average 30% (range 0–100%) of the large seed mimics (14 mm) were moved by dung beetles. About 91% of the species consumed by howlers (size range 0.3–34.3 mm) overlapped in seed size with those removed by dung beetles. In our study area, howler monkeys may consume more large-seeded fruit species than most other frugivores, highlighting their potential to affect forest regeneration. Our results show reintroductions may effectively restore ecological links and enhance ecological processes.  相似文献

以纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳粉、纳米氧化锌、纳米氧化铈、纳米碳化硅和纳米四氧化三铁等纳米颗粒物(NPs)为代表,研究其对肺表面活性物质(PS)界面性质的影响.结果表明,NPs对PS中的磷脂和蛋白组分均有吸附作用,其中纳米二氧化硅和纳米四氧化三铁分别对磷脂和蛋白组分的吸附能力最强,吸附率为89.3%和82.5%.NPs的存在会导致PS溶液的表面张力升高,这当中纳米二氧化硅的效果最为显著.纳米碳化硅和纳米二氧化硅等颗粒物会引起PS膜的π-A等温线的内缩/外扩,且颗粒物浓度越高,表面压力变化越明显.此外,PS也会对NPs的水合动力学直径和Zeta电位产生影响,导致其分散状态变化.由此可见,NPs可通过改变PS的组成和界面性质而具备危害人体健康的潜力.  相似文献

The number of collaborative initiatives between scientists and volunteers (i.e., citizen science) is increasing across many research fields. The promise of societal transformation together with scientific breakthroughs contributes to the current popularity of citizen science (CS) in the policy domain. We examined the transformative capacity of citizen science in particular learning through environmental CS as conservation tool. We reviewed the CS and social‐learning literature and examined 14 conservation projects across Europe that involved collaborative CS. We also developed a template that can be used to explore learning arrangements (i.e., learning events and materials) in CS projects and to explain how the desired outcomes can be achieved through CS learning. We found that recent studies aiming to define CS for analytical purposes often fail to improve the conceptual clarity of CS; CS programs may have transformative potential, especially for the development of individual skills, but such transformation is not necessarily occurring at the organizational and institutional levels; empirical evidence on simple learning outcomes, but the assertion of transformative effects of CS learning is often based on assumptions rather than empirical observation; and it is unanimous that learning in CS is considered important, but in practice it often goes unreported or unevaluated. In conclusion, we point to the need for reliable and transparent measurement of transformative effects for democratization of knowledge production.  相似文献

DOI: 10.1111/j.1752‐1688.2011.00621.x Abstract: Bankfull regional curves that relate channel dimensions and discharge to watershed drainage area are useful tools for assisting in the correct identification of bankfull elevation and in stream restoration and reconstruction. This study assessed 28 stable streams located in two physiographic regions of Kentucky: the Inner Bluegrass and the Outer Bluegrass. Bankfull channel dimensions, discharge, and return period as well as average channel slope, median bed material size, sinuosity, Rosgen stream classification, and percent impervious area were determined. Significant relationships were found between drainage area and the bankfull characteristics of cross‐sectional area, width, mean depth, and discharge for both the Inner Bluegrass and Outer Bluegrass regions (α = 0.05). It was also found that the percent impervious area in a watershed had minimal effect on bankfull dimensions, which is attributed to the well‐vegetated nature of the streambanks, cohesive streambank materials, and bedrock control. No significant differences between any of the Inner Bluegrass and Outer Bluegrass regional curves were found (α = 0.05). Comparisons were made between the Inner Bluegrass and Outer Bluegrass curves and others developed in karst‐influenced areas in the Eastern United States. Although few significant differences were found between the regional curves for bankfull discharge and width, a number of the curves differed with regards to bankfull cross‐sectional area and mean depth.  相似文献

目的 研究沉积温度对SiC界面涂层微观形貌、结构和成分的影响,探讨SiC界面涂层的沉积动力学和沉积机理.方法 采用Factsage软件计算MTS-H2反应物体系热力学平衡后产物组成,采用化学气相渗透法(CVI)在碳化硅纤维上制备SiC界面涂层,采用SEM、TEM、XRD等分析测试技术对SiC涂层形貌、结构和成分进行分析.结果 在860~1060℃温度范围内,MTS-H2体系平衡后的主要产物有SiC、C等,并在该温度范围采用CVI工艺制备出了SiC界面涂层.结论 在860~1060℃温度范围内,提高沉积温度有利于增加SiC的产率.温度低于960℃时,制备的SiC界面涂层表面光滑;高于1060℃时,得到了表面具有团簇结构的涂层,并且随着沉积温度的升高,涂层的结晶度提高.沉积动力学计算结果表明,温度低于1060℃时,SiC的沉积过程受表面反应控制;温度高于1060℃时,沉积过程受扩散控制.采用CVI工艺制备出了单一立方相的SiC界面涂层,并且(111)晶面为SiC颗粒的优先生长晶面.  相似文献

A signal (nonlethal) increase in ambient temperature (to 26 and 31°C for the oligochaetes Enchytraeus albidus and Tubifex tubifex, respectively) induces intraspecific interactions mediated by the release of pheromones into the medium. Emigration in small mammals may be strongly related to social factors, but direct observations of emigrants are rare. Feral house mice (Mus domesticus) were studied using a population cage system that allowed continuous observation of individually marked animals. Mice that left their natal cage and took up residence in cages that could only be reached by crossing a water barrier were defined as emigrants. Six pairs of house mice with their litters were placed in the system, and data on aggressive interactions, body weight, reproduction, mortality and emigration were collected daily. Both sexes emigrated, but males did so twice as often as females. Population density was not correlated with the frequency of aggression, and had no effect on the weight of emigrating individuals. Male emigrants suffered more aggression before emigration than their non-emigrant brothers of the same age; they were aggressively driven out by other males, predominantly by the father. Female emigration depended on the female’s chances of reproduction. The probability of a female reproducing decreased with increasing birth order. Females born in a late litter, who therefore had only a low chance of reproduction, dispersed earlier than those of early litters. Resident males were reproductively suppressed. Male offspring had two different strategies for attaining top rank. They could develop rapidly and reach sexual maturity early on, but face competition with the father, risking being forced to emigrate. Alternatively, they could develop slowly, stay within their family and wait for a chance to take over the dominant position.
