茚虫威对斑马鱼的急性毒性及遗传毒性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
茚虫威属噁二嗪类新型广谱高效杀虫剂,在农业生产中有着重要作用,近年来随着用量的增加,由此产生的对水生生物的影响越来越受到重视。使用斑马鱼进行茚虫威的急性毒性作用实验,并采用微核试验、彗星试验、Annexin V-FITC/PI双染色检测观察染毒后的斑马鱼是否被诱导产生遗传毒性。结果表明:在24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h,茚虫威LC50值分别为2.263mg·L-1、2.184 mg·L-1、2.184 mg·L-1、2.133 mg·L-1。茚虫威对斑马鱼急性毒性属中等毒性。96 h茚虫威浓度为1.98 mg·L-1和2.16 mg·L-1时,斑马鱼的微核率与对照组相比达差异极显著水平(P0.01)。采用彗星试验检测斑马鱼肝脏DNA损伤,结果显示斑马鱼暴露于高浓度1.98 mg·L-1和2.16 mg·L-1茚虫威后,与对照组相比,斑马鱼的DNA损伤均表现为极显著差异(P0.01)。采用Annexin V-FITC/PI双染色流式细胞仪法检测,结果表明染毒后24 h斑马鱼肝细胞出现细胞凋亡现象。实验结果进一步表明,茚虫威对斑马鱼短期染毒后诱导细胞凋亡,表现出遗传毒性。  相似文献

In this study, palladium-loaded titania nanotubes was fabricated on a titanium plate (Pd/TiO2NTs/Ti) for efficient electrodechlorination of 2,4-chlorophenol with a mild pH condition. The nature of Pd/TiO2NTs/Ti electrodes was characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and cyclic voltammetry (CV) techniques. The characterization results indicated the generation of Pd0 nanoparticles which were evenly dispersed on titania nanotubes arrays on the Pd/TiO2NTs/Ti surface. An effective degradation efficiency of up to 91% was achieved within 60 min at cathode potential of −0.7 V (vs. SCE) and initial pH of 5.5. The effects of the applied cathode potential and initial pH on the degradation efficiency were studied. A near neutral condition was more favorable since very low and very high pHs were not conducive to the dechlorination process. Furthermore, the intermediates analysis showed that the Pd/TiO2NTs/Ti electrode could completely remove chlorine from 2, 4-dichlorophenol since only phenol was detected as the byproduct and the concentration of released chlorine ions indicated near-complete dechlorination. This work presents a good alternative technique for eliminating persistent chlorophenols in polluted wastewater without maintaining strong acidic environment.  相似文献

探讨了不同改性阳极对微生物燃料电池(microbial fuel cell,MFC)产电性能及其对MFC处理难降解废水能力的影响.以单室空气阴极为基础,利用0.1 g电气石、质量分数75%二氧化锰/埃洛石纳米管(manganese bioxide/halloysite nanotube,MnO_2/HNT)和多壁碳纳米管-羧基(multi-walled carbon nanotube-carboxyl,MWCNT-COOH)对MFC阳极进行修饰.结果表明,不同改性阳极的MFC对含精对苯二甲酸(purified terephthalic acid,PTA)废水的去除率均高于70%,且化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,COD)去除率在79%以上.相较于其他几种改性阳极,以MWCNT-COOH改性材料作阳极的MFC产生的最大输出电压最高,获得的最大功率密度最高,分别为529 mV和252.73 mW·m~(-2).  相似文献

The spatial concentrations, seasonal trends, profiles and congener pairs of ambient polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs) and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs) were investigated within a seasonally active sampling scheme during Jun 2008 and Jan 2009 in Tianjin City, northern China. The PCDD/F concentrations ranged 14.2-172 fg I-TEQ/m3 (average 69.3 fg I-TEQ/m3) in summer and (89.8-1.01) × 103 fg I-TEQ/m3 (average 509 fg I-TEQ/m3) in winter, respectively, except for the E-waste dismantling site where much higher values were observed (1.04 × 103 fg I-TEQ/m3 in summer and 7.123 × 103 fg I-TEQ/m3 in winter). The results indicated a significantly seasonal trend with higher TEQ values in winter as compared with summer, which could be related to increased emission sources and seasonal variations of the atmospheric boundary layer height. 2,3,4,7,8-PeCDF was the dominant contributor to the total PCDD/F toxic equivalents, and 2,3,7,8-TCDD was detected at almost all the sampling sites in winter. Most of the similarly substituted PCDD/F congener pairs exhibited high correlations, suggesting that they might have similar environmental fate or sources. But different seasonal and spatial distributions of PCDD/F concentrations indicated that the emission sources might be intermittent.  相似文献

为探明纳米零价铁(nZVI)对反硝化颗粒污泥(DGS)潜在的胁迫效应,本研究通过连续多批次实验,考察了经历n ZVI短期冲击后,DGS反硝化活性在不同C/N比条件下的恢复情况.结果表明,当nZVI投加量高于5 mg·L~(-1)时,DGS比反硝化速率(μ)会出现下降,对应的比反硝化抑制率(IR)与基质C/N比、nZVI投加量呈现正相关.当nZVI投加量达到100 mg·L~(-1)时,胞外蛋白与多糖含量均明显降低.此时,充足的外加碳源(C/N≥4)将有助于促进DGS反硝化活性的恢复和减少去除单位硝态氮所消耗的COD值.由Freundlich和Langmuir吸附等温线的拟合结果可知,基质C/N比越高,DGS对n ZVI的吸附能力就越强.在恢复期内,泥相中总铁含量(Qe)的持续削减为高C/N比条件下,DGS反硝化活性的提升创造了有利条件.当Qe降至0.4 mg·g~(-1)以下时,μ值可达到或接近对照组的水平.  相似文献

研究了国内3家再生金属企业排放烟气和飞灰中PCDD/Fs排放浓度和同系物分布特征,其中两家再生铝企业?一家再生铅企业.研究结果显示:两家再生铝企业排放烟气中PCDD/Fs毒性当量浓度( I-TEQ)分别为2.14和0.88ng TEQ/Nm3,飞灰中分别为33.90和0.77ng TEQ/g;再生铅企业排放烟气和飞灰中PCDD/Fs毒性当量浓度分别为0.037ng TEQ/Nm3和0.014ng TEQ/g;两家再生铝企业排放烟气中PCDD/Fs同族体分布存在较大差异,而飞灰中PCDD/Fs同族体分布却十分相似;再生铅?铝企业排放的PCDD/Fs同系物分布特征差异较明显;且根据PCDFs与PCDDs总浓度比值大于1可以判断,二者排放PCDD/Fs的形成机理都以从头合成为主.  相似文献

The sunlight photodegradation half-lives of 20 mg/L acetochlor were 151, 154 and 169 days in de-ionized water, river water and paddy water, respectively. When exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light, acetochlor in aqueous solution was rapidly degraded. The half-lives were7.1, 10.1, and 11.5 min in de-ionized water, river water and paddy water, respectively. Photopreduets of acetochlor were identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS) and found at least twelve photoproducts resulted from dechlorination with subsequent hydrtrxylation and cyclization processes. The chemical structures of ten photoproducts were presumed on the basis of mass spectrum interpretation and literature data. Photoproducts are identified as 2-ethyl-6-methylaniline; N, N-diethylaniline ; 4, 8-dimethyl-2-oxo- 1,2,3,4- tetrahydroquino-line; 2-oxo-N-(2-ethyl-6-methylphenyl)-N-(ethoxymethyl) acetamide; N-(ethoxymethyl)-2‘-ethyl-6‘-methylformanilide; 1-hydroxyaeetyl-2-ethoxyl-7-ethylind ole; 8-ethyl-l-ethoxymethyl-2-oxo-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroquinoline; 4, 8-dimethyl-l-ethoxymethyl-2-oxo-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroquinoline; 2-hydroxy-2‘-ethyl-6‘-methyl-N-(ethoxymethyl) acetanilide and a compound related to acetochlor. The other two photoproducts were detected by GC/MS although their chemical structure was unknown.  相似文献

• UV/O3 process had higher TAIC mineralization rate than O3 process. • Four possible degradation pathways were proposed during TAIC degradation. • pH impacted oxidation processes with pH of 9 achieving maximum efficiency. • CO32– negatively impacted TAIC degradation while HCO3 not. • Cl can be radicals scavenger only at high concentration (over 500 mg/L Cl). Triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC, C12H15N3O3) has featured in wastewater treatment as a refractory organic compound due to the significant production capability and negative environmental impact. TAIC degradation was enhanced when an ozone(O3)/ultraviolet(UV) process was applied compared with the application of an independent O3 process. Although 99% of TAIC could be degraded in 5 min during both processes, the O3/UV process had a 70%mineralization rate that was much higher than that of the independent O3 process (9%) in 30 min. Four possible degradation pathways were proposed based on the organic compounds of intermediate products identified during TAIC degradation through the application of independent O3 and O3/UV processes. pH impacted both the direct and indirect oxidation processes. Acidic and alkaline conditions preferred direct and indirect reactions respectively, with a pH of 9 achieving maximum Total Organic Carbon (TOC) removal. Both CO32– and HCO3 decreased TOC removal, however only CO32– negatively impacted TAIC degradation. Effects of Cl as a radical scavenger became more marked only at high concentrations (over 500 mg/L Cl). Particulate and suspended matter could hinder the transmission of ultraviolet light and reduce the production of HO· accordingly.  相似文献
