电厂温排水对水库生态环境的影响

本文报告了电厂温排水对陡河水库生态环境的影响。结果表明,陡河水库年均水温比对照水体洋河水库提高2.8～4.8℃。溶解氧随着水温而变化,但从未低于5.0mg/l,增温后水体中各种营养盐类含量呈增加趋势,水体富营养化明显。     

小型污水处理工艺及其应用展望

小型沁水处理设施作为投资省见效快的方法对我国今后污水厂建设具有重要指导意义，需要给予更多的关注，文中探讨了小型污水处理工艺的类型及其应用，并对我国小型污水处理厂的建设谈了几点看法。     

焦化废水中有害物质的回收及破坏处理

对焦化厂废水的综合治理进行了讨论，介绍了当前几种先进有效的治理技术。生化处理法需对焦化废水中高浓度的酚、氰、氨先回收利用，之后与其它有害物含量较低的废水汇合进行破坏性处理；催化湿式氧化法净化效率高，流程简单；烟道气治理焦化废水可实现以废治废的目的。     

瓜尔豆胶废水预处理的方法研究

根据瓜尔豆胶在生产食品添加剂的过程中产生的废水COD的值高迭216000mg/l的特点,分别用如下方法进行处理①调pH=6.84,按0.5%质量比加入活性炭吸附剂,静止20天,此时去除率为87.7%;②用饱和硫酸铝2mL 适量的聚丙烯酰胺絮凝,去除率为36.5%;③原液先蒸馏出1/4体积后在釜液中按3%的质量比加入Ca(OH)2,计算去除率为89.6%④利用铁炭屑以5:1的质量比形成微电池的方法作用两小时后再按3%的质量比加Ca(OH)2絮凝,此条件下去除率高达91.7%.经过比较得出第四种方法是最经济有效的,对该特种废水起到了很好的预处理作用.     

Detection of Escherichia coli in wastewater based on enzyme immunoassay

This research describes a fast detection method on the basis of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for Escherichia coli in drainage of wastewater treatment plants. Optimized conditions such as the reaction format (sandwich or direct), the concentrations of diluted horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-E. coli conjugate, and anti-HPR antibody and pretreatment of E. coli were studied. Those results showed that the linear range of detection for E. coli was 10 cfu/mL-6 × 10⁴ cfu/mL. Compared with conventional methods, it is a convenient and sensitive detection method with low cost. CLIMATE CHANGE AND NATURAL HAZARDS IN NORTHERN CANADA: INTEGRATING INDIGENOUS PERSPECTIVES WITH GOVERNMENT POLICY

A study of the relationship between natural hazards and climate change in the international context provides the background for a discussion of the expected changes. In the context of this global discussion, this paper reviews the current perspectives of those natural hazards that are likely to be influenced by climate change, using northern Canada as a regional case study. The northern implications of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change are examined, including the status of climate change action by the northern territorial governments, the evolving role of indigenous people, and the responsibility for climate change impacts. The difficulties surrounding natural hazards research in remote locations, and the approaches of indigenous people to natural hazards are then presented. The paper concludes with a suggested policy approach for climate change and natural hazards in northern Canada, underscoring the need for more comprehensive adaptive strategies to complement the current tendency to focus on the mitigation of greenhouse gases produced in this region.     

计算机辅助安全性评价系统

针对安全性评价过程评价周期长，工作量大，手段落后等问题，依据安全检查表法及评价理论，以Microsoft Visual Basic6.0为开发工具，开发了火力发电厂安全性评价计算机辅助系统，在企业局域网中实现，可以减少安全评价过程中大量重复工作，提高效率，其它行业也可以基于此方法，开发相应的计算机辅助评价系统。     

关于改善石家庄市空气质量的建议

针对电力和供热导致石家庄市空气污染严重的问题，结合该市目前的电力和供热现状，提出了减少污染的措施及建议，希望对改善该市空气质量起到促进作用。     

齐鲁石化热电厂废水回用方案的实施及问题分析

针对目前水资源短缺状况，以齐鲁石化热电厂为例提出了利用生活污水，养鱼场排水、锅炉排污水以及化学反洗水作循环冷却水补充水的优化方案，并就废水田用方案的实施及运行中发现的问题进行了分析与探讨。     

浙江省火电厂废水处理系统运行现状及建议

在综合调查省内各火电厂废水处理系统运行现状的基础上，总结了各类废水处理系统的特点及其运行中存在的问题，提出了改进意见。
