为解决现有基坑施工风险评价方法过于单一、客观性不足的问题,从勘察设计与监测、支护结构、土方施工、排水与降水、周围环境5个方面选取19个基坑施工安全影响因素;利用引入C-OWA算子的相互作用矩阵对其进行交互耦合分析,考虑各因素的单独作用效果的同时,在削弱专家主观偏好和综合考虑各因素相关性的基础上,研究其协同作用效果;最后用实例验证方法的实用性,结果表明:该项目整体风险偏高,其中排水系统能力、地下水水位和地下管线埋布是影响该基坑施工安全的主要风险因素,需重点防控。  相似文献

通过急性动物实验观察不同剂量羰基镍(Ni(CO)4)染毒对大鼠淋巴细胞DNA的损伤程度。采用静态方式对SD大鼠染毒30 min,以羰基镍20 mg·m~(-3)、135 mg·m~(-3)和250 mg·m~(-3)为低、中和高剂量染毒组,250 mg·m~(-3)氯气染毒组为阳性对照组,未染毒组为正常对照组。大鼠染毒后1 d、2 d、3 d和7 d分别收集样本。采用单细胞凝胶电泳测量淋巴细胞DNA的损伤程度。通过对所得彗星图像的尾长和Olive尾距(OTM)指标结果分析发现,大鼠淋巴细胞损伤程度随着羰基镍染毒剂量的增加而增加,4个时间点各剂量组间均有显著差异(P0.05),4个剂量组各时间点均有显著差异(P0.05),且随时间变化有一定的变化规律,损伤程度在3 d时达最大,而后缓慢下降;在高剂量组染毒和染毒后3 d,损伤程度达到最大。急性羰基镍染毒可致淋巴细胞DNA显著损伤,且存在明显的剂量、时间和交互效应。  相似文献

基于分子对接方法探讨了多溴二苯醚(PBDEs)类化合物与人雌激素受体α亚型间的分子作用机理.对多溴二苯醚类化合物是否具有拟雌激素功能的研究得出:可通过对接打分值和化合物结构特征来推测PBDEs母体化合物是否具有拟雌激素活性;对HO-PBDEs,与氨基酸残基GLU53和/或ARG394形成氢键可能是影响其拟雌激素活性的重要因素;对MeO-PBDEs,疏水MeO-位于结合腔的疏水中部有利于拟雌激素活性.从结构及构象分析得出,邻位疏水基(Br-、MeO-)有利于PBDEs类化合物的拟雌激素活性.同时对多溴二苯醚类化合物是否具有抗雌激素功能的结合特征研究发现,表现出抗雌激素活性的部分PBDEs类化合物伸进通常被雌激素受体拮抗剂雷洛昔芬和4-羟基它莫西芬的烷基胺侧链占据的通道,而大多数未表现出抗雌激素活性的PBDEs类化合物的结合模式类似雌激素受体激动剂17β-雌二醇,位于结合腔,没有伸进通道.本研究从化合物结构及化合物在受体内结合的构象特征上解释化合物活性不同的原因,以期能够利用构象分析得到的结果进行筛选.  相似文献

The effect of light and temperature on the growth of Microcystis ichthyoblabe and Anabaena aphanizomenoides, isolated from the subtropical Oued Mellah lake, Morocco (33°30′N–07°20′W), were investigated in batch culture. Growth rates at 66 light–temperature combinations were determined and fitted with different mathematical models. The results show that the two Cyanobacteria grow at all light intensities and temperatures, except at 10 °C for A. aphanizomenoides, where the growth was strongly limited. The μmax of M. ichthyoblabe increased with temperature from 0.56 d?1 at 10 °C to 1.32 d?1 at 35 °C. At all tested temperatures, a relative photoinhibition within the studied range of irradiance was observed and the photosensitivity was thermodependent. For Anabaena, the obtained μmax ranged between 0.07 d?1 at 10 °C and 1.46 d?1 at 35 °C, and a weak photoinhibition was observed at 15 °C. The positive correlation between μmax and Iopt (r2≥0.93) indicates a close interaction between light and temperature on the cyanobacteria growth. The results obtained in this work suggest that the growth of these two species is possible under low light and low temperature.  相似文献

Selenium (Se), an important micronutrient and antioxidant, also acts as an antagonist of arsenic (As). Se supplementation of diet was investigated in mitigating chronic As toxicity in mammals. Experiments were conducted to determine whether Se supplementation in As-exposed rats might (i) decrease As-induced lipid peroxidation in liver, (ii) increase blood antioxidant status, and (iii) reverse suppression of the secondary antibody response. Male Wistar rats were exposed to As (40 and 80?ppm) in drinking water and received challenge diets with three different levels of Se (deficient: <0.01?ppm, adequate: 0.15 ppm, and fortified: 0.6?ppm) for 16 weeks. Clinical variables including behavior, body weight, and food and water consumption were recorded weekly, and blood sample was collected monthly. Antioxidant status was assessed through glutathione sulfhydryl (GSH) levels in whole blood. Lipid peroxidation in the liver was evaluated using the malondialdehyde (MDA) assay. The antibody response was measured using keyhole limpet hemocyanin as an immunogen. Se deficiency significantly increased hepatic lipid peroxidation and suppressed antibody production relative to the Se-adequate and -fortified groups, confirming that Se deficiency exacerbates the damage produced by As exposure. Se fortification markedly elevated the blood GSH level in both As-exposed groups, indicating protective effects. At adequate Se levels, rats showed signs of counteracting As-mediated toxicity. However, Se fortification produced more pronounced benefits against As-induced toxicity, a pattern that was particularly notable in the 40?ppm As group.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to assess the influence of exposure to strontium on human blood and serum concentrations of magnesium, copper, cobalt, and molybdenum. Inductively coupled plasma–mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to analyze the elemental content of whole blood and blood serum of 97 healthy men including 70 workers in a thermal power plant and 27 control subjects from the rural area of Dragash (Kosovo), an environment without pollution. The results showed that chronic moderate exposure to strontium decreases the levels of copper in blood (BCu) and serum (SCu), of cobalt in blood (BCo) and serum (SCo), and of molybdenum in blood (BMo). All changes in blood and serum concentrations of these essential elements were significant but remained within the normal range. The results suggest that strontium may induce adverse health effects in humans.  相似文献

为探明蜈蚣草修复重金属复合污染土壤的能力,本实验利用水培实验研究Pb、Zn交互作用下蜈蚣草对Pb、Zn积累变化以及蜈蚣草对Pb、Zn的解毒机理.实验结果显示,在Pb、Zn复合污染情况下,重金属Zn在0—10 mg.L-1下可促进蜈蚣草根、茎对Pb的富集能力,降低蜈蚣草对Pb的转运能力;而Pb则促进蜈蚣草对Zn的转运系数,提高蜈蚣草茎、叶对Zn的富集能力,并呈现出蜈蚣草对Pb的富集能力大于对Zn的富集能力.实验结果进一步显示,随着重金属复合暴露浓度增加,蜈蚣草叶绿素含量先上升后下降,丙二醛含量先下降后上升,淀粉、蔗糖、O2-含量则逐渐上升.这说明淀粉、蔗糖、O2-.等具有一定的解毒作用,能增强植物对重金属的抗性.实验结果还显示,蜈蚣草对Pb、Zn具有较强的耐性和富集能力,可利用蜈蚣草修复Pb污染土壤以及低Zn浓度的Pb-Zn复合污染土壤.  相似文献

通过滴涂法制备槲皮素修饰玻碳电极(Qu/GCE,Quercetin/Glassy Carbon Electrode),并对修饰电极进行电化学性能表征;利用槲皮素修饰电极研究了Cu2+离子与牛血清白蛋白(BSA,Bovine Serum Albumin)的结合反应机制.循环伏安法测试结果显示该修饰电极具有准可逆氧化还原反应;将槲皮素修饰电极应用于测试重金属离子-血清白蛋白的结合反应机制,在pH 5.0 HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液体系中,使用槲皮素修饰电极测定Cu2+-BSA相互作用,显示出良好的线性响应关系.根据文献报道结合实验数据,本文建议了结合参数计算理论方程,并利用建议的理论方程计算了Cu2+-BSA的结合常数及结合位点数,相关研究结果可为槲皮素修饰电极研究非共价相互作用提供有益参考.  相似文献

对深床过滤过程中颗粒物与滤料之间的相互作用进行了理论分析,讨论了两者间的相互作用及影响因素对微絮凝深床过滤进行了中试研究,考察了1~l0μm粒径颗粒在500cm滤床中的截留情况,并连续65h监测滤柱水头损失的变化;在滤速为24m/h情况下,计算了1~10μm粒径颗粒所受的水流剪切力;利用理论分析,分别讨论了表面电位为-25mV及-125mV、粒径为1~10μm的颗粒与滤料之间的物理化学作用力.理论计算值对实验结果进行了很好的解释,说明可以通过颗粒与滤料间的作用力分析来研究均质滤料深床过滤运行规律.  相似文献

Analyzing additional data from a longitudinal field experiment, the present research investigate whether pre‐training perceived social self‐efficacy (PSSE) may moderate cross‐cultural training effectiveness. On the basis of the interactionist perspective, we hypothesized that sojourners with high pre‐training PSSE would benefit more from a cross‐cultural coping orientation program, called “Realistic Orientation Program for Entry Stress” (ROPES), than sojourners with low pre‐training PSSE. As a result, the treatment effects (the ROPES program over the control program—a traditional cross‐cultural orientation program) would be more positive for high‐PSSE sojourners than for low‐PSSE sojourners. Seventy‐two incoming graduate students from East Asia entering a large US public university were randomly assigned to either a ROPES program or a control program, and were assessed pre‐entry and multiple times post‐entry. The results strongly supported our predictions, as the hypothesized PSSE × Treatment interactions were observed on a comprehensive set of training outcomes based on multisource data.
