秋夏季黄河三角洲湿地土壤汞和甲基汞的变化 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
汞在湿地中的行为对湿地水生生物健康具有重要影响.于2011年和2012年分别采集干(夏初)湿(秋季)季节黄河三角洲湿地土壤样品,分析不同季节汞与甲基汞的含量差异和垂直变化.秋季总汞平均含量为0.064 mg·kg-1;夏季为0.027 mg·kg-1,总汞含量平均减少57%,湿地由积水到干旱过程中导致汞的释放.秋季各点位0~10 cm深甲基汞平均含量为0.28μg·kg-1,夏季甲基汞平均含量为0.066μg·kg-1,各点位含量平均减少76%.在秋季受湿地淹水影响,利于甲基汞的形成,水分减少和湿地干旱导致土壤中的甲基汞减少.在垂直方向上,夏季与秋季相比总汞在0~10 cm深度都有减少,土壤中的汞发生释放,因此,湿地在秋季表现为汇,而在春夏季为大气汞的源.硫酸盐还原细菌的含量秋季远高于夏季,在夏季硫酸盐还原菌与甲基汞和甲基化率均显著相关,硫酸盐还原菌、淹水环境、有机物质都会影响甲基汞产生和分布. 相似文献

汞(Hg)元素作为一种全球性循环元素,对环境的影响正逐渐成为人们关注的焦点之一.为揭示寒旱区达里诺尔湖沉积物的Hg污染历史及人类活动对湖泊沉积物中Hg污染的影响,通过采集湖泊沉积物岩芯(编号DL1),在建立DL1岩芯沉积地层年代框架的基础上,结合沉积物粒度特征、总有机质(TOC)含量等指标参数的变化,对DL1岩芯记录的地质历史上的Hg含量变化特征及环境意义进行了综合分析.结果显示,沉积物记录的Hg元素污染具有明显的阶段性变化特征:2400~1400 cal.a BP,Hg含量呈逐渐降低趋势,期间降水量呈逐步减少趋势,区域气候显著干旱;1400~200 cal.a BP,Hg含量相对稳定,呈小幅度波动变化,对应了区域气候的干-湿交替;近200 cal.a BP以来,Hg含量明显增加,这可能是受人类活动影响的结果.整体上,地质历史上DL1沉积物中Hg含量变化受气候干冷-暖湿交替周期性变化影响较大.而近200 cal.a BP来Hg与TOC等指标间显著正相关,则显示了沉积物中有机质可能吸附了大量的Hg元素,使其呈顶端富集趋势,进而对湖泊水生态环境造成影响. 相似文献

以Mg(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O、Zn(NO3)2·6H2O、Bi(NO3)3·5H2O为主要原料,采用水热合成法,制备了Bi OCl/Zn Mg Al-HTLCs光催化剂,对其进行XRD、EDS、SEM、FT-IR、UV-Vis、TGA表征,并通过降解甲基橙(MO)实验,探究催化剂水热合成的p H、溶剂、温度对其光催化性能的影响.结果表明:Zn Mg Al-HTLCs改善了Bi OCl的分散性,Bi OCl/Zn Mg Al-HTLCs能够有效地催化去除水中的甲基橙,在p H=7.5、溶剂为水、T=140℃条件下,可见光催化活性最佳,光照60 min后对10 mg·L-1的甲基橙溶液(MO)的降解率均达到85%以上.综合表明,Bi OCl/Zn Mg Al-HTLCs是一种具有潜在应用前景的光催化剂. 相似文献

2004年4、7、8、11、12月采用微型捕集管-冷原子荧光光谱法对贵阳市一个居民区大气中的痕量颗粒态总汞(TPM)进行了测定。结果表明:TPM日均浓度范围是0.149~4.853 ng.m-3,平均值是1.091 ng.m-3,显著高于背景参考值1~86 pg.m-3;TPM浓度采暖期大于非采暖期,夜间通常大于白昼;TPM与大气气态总汞(TGM)可能具有同源性;燃煤、垃圾焚烧以及周边工厂排放的含尘烟气可能是居民区大气颗粒态汞的主要人为来源。 相似文献

Dissolved gaseous mercury (DGM) and total mercury (TM) concentrations were measured in Juam Reservoir, Korea. DGM concentrations were higher in spring (64+/-13pgL(-1)) and summer (109+/-15pgL(-1)), and lower in fall (20+/-2pgL(-1)) and winter (23+/-6pgL(-1)). In contrast, TM concentrations were higher in fall (3.2+/-0.1ngL(-1)) and winter (3.3+/-0.1ngL(-1)) than in spring (2.3+/-0.1ngL(-1)) and summer (2.2+/-0.4ngL(-1)). DGM concentrations were correlated with water temperature (p<0.0001), ORP (p<0.0001), UV intensity (UV-A: p=0.008; UV-B: p=0.003), and DOC concentration (p=0.0107). DGM concentrations varied diurnally with UV intensity. The average summer DGM (109+/-15pgL(-1)) and TM (2.2+/-0.4ngL(-1)) concentrations in Juam Reservoir were higher than the averages for North American lakes (DGM=38+/-16pgL(-1); TM=1.0+/-1.2ngL(-1)), but lower than levels reported for Baihua Reservoir in China. 相似文献

We compared the effects of natural and anthropogenic watershed disturbances on methyl mercury (MeHg) concentration in bulk
zooplankton from boreal Shield lakes. MeHg in zooplankton was monitored for three years in nine lakes impacted by deforestation,
in nine lakes impacted by wildfire, and in twenty lakes with undisturbed catchments. Lakes were sampled during spring, mid-
and late summer. MeHg in zooplankton showed a seasonal trend: concentrations were the lowest in spring, then peaked in mid-summer
and decreased in late summer. Over the three study years, MeHg concentrations observed in mid-summer in zooplankton from forest
harvested lakes were significantly higher than in reference and fire-impacted lakes, whereas differences between these two
groups of lakes were not significant. The pattern of distribution of MeHg in zooplankton during the different seasons paralleled
that of dissolved organic carbon (DOC), which is known as a vector of Hg from watershed soils to lake water. Besides DOC,
MeHg in zooplankton also showed a positive significant correlation with epilimnetic temperature and sulfate concentrations.
An inter-annual decreasing trend in MeHg was observed in zooplankton from reference and fire-impacted lakes. In forest harvested
lakes, however, MeHg concentrations remained higher and nearly constant over three years following the impact. Overall these
results indicate that the MeHg pulse observed in zooplankton following deforestation by harvesting is relatively long-lived,
and may have repercussions to the accumulation of MeHg along the food chain. Therefore, potential effects of deforestation
on the Hg contamination of fish should be taken into account in forest management practices. 相似文献

The determination of trace amount nitrobenzene in wastewater on a hanging mercury drop electrode was studied. The determination
conditions of pH, supporting electrolyte, accumulation potential, accumulation time, and voltammetric response were optimized.
The sharp peak of the nitrobenzene was appeared at 0.05 V. The peak electric current was proportional to the concentration
of nitrobenzene in the range of 1.47 × 10−5 ∼ 1.0 × 10−3 mol/l with relative standard deviations of 3.99 ∼ 8.94%. The detection limit of the nitrobenzene in water was 5 × 10−6 mol/l. The proposed method offered low limit of determination, easy operation, the use of simple instrumentation, high sensitivity
and good reproducibility. It was applied to the determination of nitrobenzene in wastewater with an average recovery of 94.0%
