采用实验室小型堆肥系统对3种典型废弃物牛粪、食物残渣及污泥堆肥过程的物理化学及微生物特性进行了研究和比较.研究表明不同原料堆肥pH都能升到8以上,C/N在堆肥过程中有降低的趋势。不同水分调整材料稻秸(RS)、蛭石(V)、废纸(WP)及锯屑(SD)对堆肥过程的影响与不同堆肥原料相比要小的多.在3种不同原料中,食物残渣堆肥活性最高,14 d有机物降解率为47.2%~56.8%,代表微生物量的醌含量在堆肥后期可增加到359.7~472.3 μmol·kg-1,但微生物群体的多样性较低,醌多样性指数DQ在堆肥后期增加到6.1~6.7.牛粪堆肥只在初始阶段活性较高,之后很快降低,其醌含量较低.在堆肥中期达到最大值为36.3~117.0 μmol·kg-1,醌多样性指数DQ初始期为10.3~12.8,堆肥过程中逐渐升高至后期达18.1~22.7.污泥堆肥的各项特性介于食物残渣和牛粪之间.堆肥过程的不同主要是由于原料中各种有机成分的不同而导致.根据研究结果提出了对堆肥过程进行合理控制的建议.  相似文献

基于北京市挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放清单和下一阶段VOCs减排的需求,针对汽车整车制造、木质家具制造和出版物印刷这3个主要溶剂使用行业,分别选取典型企业作为研究对象,采用负压法对重点排放环节进行采样,以GC-MS/FID系统测定样品中VOCs组分构成,从而获取了北京市典型溶剂使用行业VOCs成分谱.结果表明,汽车整车制造主要排放环节排放的VOCs组分存在明显差异,色漆涂装工序以含氧VOCs和芳香烃为主,分别占比71. 26%和27. 14%,罩光工序芳香烃达到84. 10%;木质家具制造业不同排放环节的VOCs组分差异不大,均以含氧VOCs和芳香烃为主,分别占55. 08%和18. 98%;出版物印刷业不同排放环节无法单独监测,其混合废气VOCs组分以烷烃和含氧VOCs为主,分别占比47. 29%和44. 57%.  相似文献

The urinary acylcarnitine profiles of two mothers whose first children were diagnosed to have glutaric aciduria type 2 (multiple acyl-CoA dehydrogenation deficiency, electron transfer flavoprotein (ETF) deficiency) were analysed in the second pregnancy. Large volumes of tigrylcarnitine and isovalerylcarnitine and a little glutarylcarnitine were detected. Each fetus was also diagnosed to be abnormal by enzyme activity and immunoassay of ETF protein. The acylcarnitines in the mothers' urine disappeared in 1 week after labour or artificial abortion. Acylcarnitines were never detected in the urine of controls.  相似文献

对上海市滨岸带(北起浏河口,南至杭州湾的金丝娘桥)18个柱状沉积物中酸挥发性硫化物(AVS)质量分数及其垂直分布特征进行了研究. 结果表明:沉积物中w(AVS)为0.38~317.60 mg/kg,底层沉积物中w(AVS)平均值最高,是表层和中层的2倍左右. 各采样点沉积物中底层w(AVS)空间变化差异最大,表层w(AVS)变化较小. 人类活动干扰(滨岸带围垦、工业排污和生活排污和畜禽养殖等)显著改变了潮滩原有的自然环境特征〔w(有机碳)、含水率、粒度组成以及氧化还原电位等〕,可能成为控制上海市滨岸带沉积物中w(AVS)空间变化差异的决定性因素.   相似文献

The Central Niger Delta is made up of a network of rivers and creeks that constitute the inland surface waters. These surface waters have historically influenced settlement patterns and are of diverse use to residents of the Central Niger Delta. Surface water like many ecological system are complex, whose complexity has been associated with seasonal variability. Traditional knowledge (TK), traditional ecological knowledge (TEK) and the traditional eco-livelihood knowledge (TELK) of residents of four rural communities in the Central Niger Delta have been explored in developing a river use profile of rural communities of the Central Niger Delta. A questionnaire survey has been carried out in four communities, two each from the Otuoke and Kolo Creeks. The result shows that river use varies across seasons and affected by: physico-chemical water quality and characteristics of surface water; the hydrological characteristics; the biological/ecological characteristics; cultural use and demand; need for development projects; and access to this vital resource. Fishing constitute one of the major livelihood source in the Central Niger Delta and the TELK of fishers in the sample communities have specifically been explored to understanding fishing patterns across seasons. The five seasons identified from this study are: flood season; flood recession season; dry season; early rainy season; and rainy season. Therefore, the thesis of this paper is that there is the need to balance the current usage of surface water in the developing world such as the Central Niger Delta with the demand for development as well as future use if development is to meet the criteria for equitable development. The river use profile could be a promising tool in planning for equitable development.

Anthropogenic radionuclides in seawater have been used as transient tracers of processes in the marine environment. Especially, plutonium in seawater is considered to be a valuable tracer of biogeochemical processes due to its particle-reactive properties. However, its behavior in the ocean is also affected by physical processes such as advection, mixing and diffusion. Here we introduce Pu/137Cs ratio as a proxy of biogeochemical processes and discuss its trends in the water column of the North Pacific Ocean. We observed that the 239,240Pu/137Cs ratio in seawater exponentially increased with increasing depth (depth range: 100–1000 m). This finding suggests that the profiles of the 239,240Pu/137Cs ratios in shallower waters directly reflect biogeochemical processes in the water column. A half-regeneration depth deduced from the curve fitting the observed data, showed latitudinal and longitudinal distributions, also related to biogeochemical processes in the water column.  相似文献

This is the first detailed characterization of the airborne bacterial profiles in indoor environments. Two restaurants were selected for this study. Fifteen genera of bacteria were isolated from each restaurant and identified by three different bacterial identification systems including MIDI, Biolog and Riboprinter®. The dominant bacteria of both restaurants were Gram-positive bacteria in which Micrococcus and Bacillus species were the most abundant. Most bacteria identified were representative species of skin and respiratory tract of human, and soil. Although the bacterial levels in these two restaurants were below the limit of the Hong Kong Indoor Air Quality Objective (HKIAQO) Level 1 standard (i.e., < 500 cfu/m3), the majority of these bacteria were opportunistic pathogens. These results suggested that the identity of airborne bacteria should also be included in the IAQ to ensure there is a safety guideline for the public.  相似文献

选取四川省12家典型餐饮单位开展了NMHCs浓度和VOCs组分监测,结合已有数据,综合建立了含117种VOCs组分的餐饮源组分谱,获得本地化NMHCs排放因子,基于自下而上的研究方法,建立了四川省餐饮源挥发性有机物排放清单.结果表明,含氧和烷烃两类组分为川菜、烧烤和食堂餐饮的最主要的组分,二者合计质量分数在75%以上,主要VOCs物种为乙醇、甲醛、乙烷、己醛、乙烯、 1,3-丁二烯和丙烯醛等;含氧组分对OFP的贡献最大,其次是烯烃,主要OFP贡献物种为甲醛、乙烯、乙醇、 1,3-丁二烯、丙烯醛和己醛等. 2019年四川省餐饮源VOCs排放量和OFP值分别为32 kt和141 kt,分别占四川省人为源VOCs排放量和OFP值的5%左右,餐饮源对臭氧生成可能有重要贡献,应加大餐饮源挥发性有机物管控力度.  相似文献
