辽宁省环境区划方法和分区系统

根据全省自然环境和社会环境结构特征、分异规律、所存在的主要环境问题,依据区内相似性与区间差异性的基本原则,进行了三个层次的三级环境区划。研究各环境区的环境结构、环境特征与环境灾害、环境污染等问题之间的内在联系;揭示生态环境失调与人类生产活动之间的相互关系;探讨各环境区经济发展的环境负荷以及今后发展方向与途径;提出各环境区主要环境问题及其相应的防治、管理对策。     

天然气压缩机站的安全生产管理

天然气压缩机组目前在油田的注气采油，增压外输等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。在压缩机站的生产管理中，安全管理非常重要，建立健全安全规范将对压缩机站的安全运行提供保证。本文主要从油水管理，操作规程，容器管网，安全教育等方面进行阐述。     

CLIMATE CHANGE AND NATURAL HAZARDS IN NORTHERN CANADA: INTEGRATING INDIGENOUS PERSPECTIVES WITH GOVERNMENT POLICY

A study of the relationship between natural hazards and climate change in the international context provides the background for a discussion of the expected changes. In the context of this global discussion, this paper reviews the current perspectives of those natural hazards that are likely to be influenced by climate change, using northern Canada as a regional case study. The northern implications of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change are examined, including the status of climate change action by the northern territorial governments, the evolving role of indigenous people, and the responsibility for climate change impacts. The difficulties surrounding natural hazards research in remote locations, and the approaches of indigenous people to natural hazards are then presented. The paper concludes with a suggested policy approach for climate change and natural hazards in northern Canada, underscoring the need for more comprehensive adaptive strategies to complement the current tendency to focus on the mitigation of greenhouse gases produced in this region.     

自然降尘与常规气象因子的相关分析

笔者整理统计了１９９２年至１９９４年逐月自然降水和与之相应的常规气象因子监测数据，找到了自然降尘的季节性分布规律。在此基础上，求得了自然降尘分别与月平均气温、月平均气压、月平均风速、月平均温度、月降水量、月蒸发量的相关系数，并进行了检验，为污染预报工作提供了科学依据。     

基于多媒体技术的<中国自然灾害>教育软件开发

根据社会公众对中国自然灾害信息的需求，开发了《中国自然灾害》多媒体教育软件。软件以区域灾害系统理论为指导，设计了内容框架、基本体系。通过声音、影像、动画和文本等媒体形式可向社会深层次、多角度地介绍中国自然灾害信息，普及减灾知识，增强社会防灾减灾意识。     

矿产资源的开发利用与环境保护

作者论述了人口、资源、环境三者之间的辩证关系，提出环境保护是矿产资源开发利用的前提，不能以牺牲环境为代价来开发利用矿产资源。以此为基点，作者概述了我国矿产资源开发利用对环境的影响，以及我国矿山环境保护工作的现状，提出了加强矿产资源开发利用中环境保护的五项建议。     

利用天然资源开发食用色素

介绍了天然食用色素的新品种、制备方法、纯化方法和改性研究的进展，分析了天然食用色素的发展趋势。     

The economics of tire remanufacturing

The world market for tires is described to identify the current material flow from raw materials to tires and the used tire disposal problem. Then, I describe the value-adding operations in the tire production process and in the tire retreading process. Once retreading is identified as the only recovery alternative that maximizes tire utilization, I explain why heat generation is the only recovery alternative, when retreading is not technically feasible. The economic values of heat generation in electric plants and in cement kilns are discussed. The paper culminates with the case of retreading, the tire remanufacturing process and the recommendation of a simple decision rule for selecting the number of times a tire should be retreaded to maximize its utilization.
