臭氧对有机物混凝的影响 总被引:3,自引:2,他引:3
采用PDA(Photometric Disperse Analysis)和有机物表观分子量分级、有机物化学极性分级技术从絮体形成过程、絮体表现、有机物分子水平变化等方面研究了臭氧预氧化对混凝过程的影响;并对比了不同混凝剂在预臭氧条件下的混凝过程和效率.结果表明:臭氧预氧化对混凝过程有复杂的影响,其剂量和水体有机物特征决定了其对混凝的整体影响效果.有机物分级显示,臭氧化对有机物结构有重要影响,导致有机物极性、亲水性组分含量大幅提高(36.7%),小分子量组分(<10×103)大幅增高(100%左右);但总的DOC去除率不高(3.28%).对PACl而言,在中、低剂量(O3/TOC<0.7)下,臭氧对絮体形成过程影响较小,但对絮体沉降性和浊度去除已经有阻碍作用.在中、高剂量下(O3/TOC>0.7),对絮体形成有显著滞后,浊度、有机物去除效率下降.AlCl3对臭氧化作用反应敏感,臭氧化在试验剂量条件下,对絮体形成和浊度、有机物去除都有明显的阻碍作用. 相似文献

测定了舟山高浊度海水悬浮物的粒度分布,分析了高浊度海水自由沉降特性,选用氯化铁(FeCl)3、聚合氯化铁(PFC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)3种混凝剂,利用正交试验方法对高浊度海水进行混凝沉淀对比试验,采用极差分析方法研究了影响混凝效果的因素。试验结果表明:舟山海域悬浮物组成以粉砂为主,用自然沉降的方法是很难去除;各因素对浊度去除率影响的主次顺序均为:慢搅时间>慢搅速度>快搅时间>快搅速度;对于高浊度海水混凝除浊最佳水力条件为:快搅时间为2 min,快搅速度为300 r/min,慢搅时间为15 min,慢搅速度为60 r/min;聚合硫酸铁是较理想的絮凝剂,最佳投药量范围在15~25 mg/L,对浊度去除率高达99%以上。 相似文献

To find a simple and economical way for treating the domestic wastewater in small counties and towns, a process combining chemically enhanced primary treatment and a trickling filter (CEPT-TF, representing the physical and biological effects) was constructed and operated in laboratory conditions. The characteristic behaviors of dissolved organic matter in raw wastewater and effluents were examined during steady-state operation. Experimental results showed that the process of CEPT and TF in series was beneficial for the removal of hydrophobic and hydrophilic organics. Specially, the hydrophobic and aromatic materials could be preferentially removed in the CEPT unit, and the hydrophilic fraction in the TF. Structural changes of the organic fractions during the operation of the different units were also characterized via spectrum analysis. 相似文献

A polyaluminum containing a high concentration of Al13 polymer and active chlorine (PACC) was successfully synthesized by a new electrochemical reactor using Ti/RuO2-TiO2 anodes. PACC can potentially be used as a dual-function chemical reagent for water treatment. The obtained results indicated that the formation of Al13 polymer and active chlorine, were the most active components in PACC responsible for coagulation and disinfection respectively. These components were significantly influenced by electrolyte temperature, current density, and stirring rate. It was observed that high electrolyte temperature favored the formation of Al13. Increasing current density and stirring rate resulted in high current efficiency of chlorine evolution, thus favoring the generation of Al13 and active chlorine in PACC. When the PACC (AlT = 0.5 mol/L, basicity = 2.3) was prepared at the optimum conditions by electrolysis process, the Al13 polymer and active chlorine in product reached above 70% of AlT and 4000 mg/L, respectively. In the pilot scale experiment with raw polyaluminum chloride used as an electrolyte, PACC was successfully prepared and produced a high content of Al13 and active chlorine products. A coagulation-flocculation process is typically employed to treat the industrial wastewater generated by the consumer products
industry manufacturing detergents, soaps, and others. The expenditure of chemicals including coagulants and chemicals for pH
adjustment is costly for treating this wastewater. The objective of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of reusing the aluminum
sulfate (alum) sludge as a coagulant or as a coagulation aid so that the fresh alum dosage can be minimized or the removal e ciency can
be enhanced. The experiments were conducted in a jar-test apparatus simulating the coagulation-flocculation process for simultaneous
removals of organic matters, anionic surfactants, suspended solids, and turbidity. At the optimum initial pH value of 10 and the fresh
alum concentration of 400 mg/L, the total suspended solids (TSS), total chemical oxygen demand (TCOD), total anionic surfactants,
and turbidity removal e ciencies were 71.5%, 76.4%, 95.4%, and 98.2%, respectively. The addition of alum sludge as a coagulant
alone without any fresh alum addition could significantly remove the turbidity, TCOD, and anionic surfactants. The TSS was left in the
supernatants after the settling period, but would subsequently be removed by adding the fresh alum. The TSS, TCOD, and turbidity
removal e ciencies were also enhanced when both the alum sludge and the fresh alum were employed. The TCOD removal e ciency
over 80% has been accomplished, which has never fulfilled by using the fresh alum alone. It is concluded that the alum sludge could

为了提高水处理效率,保证出水水质,需要开发新型高效混凝剂.本实验采用经过Ca2+改性的混凝剂针对不同水样进行混凝实验,考察了浊度、有机物去除、余铝和形成絮体性质.结果表明在纯颗粒物体系中,PACl(聚合氯化铝)和Al Cl3中加入的Ca2+对于浊度去除率无明显影响,在低投加量下能够有效降低沉后水中余铝浓度,Al Cl3做混凝剂,投加量0.10mmol·L~(-1)时,沉后水余铝浓度从0.15 mg·L~(-1)降低到0.10 mg·L~(-1).在腐殖酸体系中,混凝剂中的钙离子可明显降低腐殖酸分子的负电荷,降低沉后水余铝浓度以及增大絮体粒径.对于腐殖酸与蛋白质体系,当投加量为0.16 mmol·L~(-1)时,使用含有Ca2+的PACl做混凝剂时,钙离子的存在使得平衡时絮体粒径增加了大约50μm,可明显改善絮体的沉降性.碱性条件(pH=8.5)下改性混凝剂沉后水中DOC浓度降低0.2~0.6 mg·L~(-1),余铝降低0.4~0.7 mg·L~(-1).酸性条件(pH=5.5)下改性混凝剂沉后水DOC、余铝浓度无明显变化. 相似文献

An aluminum fractionation study was conducted for a surface reservoir water treatment to understand the performance of poly-aluminum-silicate-chloride (PASiC) in terms of the residual Al fractions as a function of initial pH. The coagulation performance expressed as turbidity and organic matter removal was established as supporting data. Some extra data were evaluated in terms of the residual Al ratio of the composite PASiC coagulant. The main residual Al sources were the Al fractions derived from the use of PASiC. The turbidity and organic matter removal ability was optimal at initial pH 6.00-7.00, while the concentrations of various residual Al species and the residual Al ratio of PASiC were minimal at an initial pH range of 7.00-8.00. Under the conditions of OH/Al molar ratio = 2.00 and Si/Al molar ratio = 0.05, PASiC had superior coagulation performance and comparatively low residual Al concentrations. The Al fraction in the composite PASiC coagulant seldom remained under such conditions. Experimental data also indicated that the suspended (filterable) Al fraction was the dominant species, and organic-bound or organo-Al complex Al was considered to be the major species of dissolved Al in water treated by PASiC coagulation. 对壳聚糖与天然粘土矿物海泡石复配凝聚水体中铜绿微囊藻进行了研究 ,结果表明 :在壳聚糖用量为0 5 6mg L、海泡石用量为 32mg L的情况下 ,藻个数由 1 94 4× 10 6 个 mL降为 1 38× 10 3个 mL ,去除率达到 99 93% ;浊度由 6 5NTU降到 0 1NTU ,去除率达 99 6 % ;叶绿素a去除率达 10 0 % (用常规方法无法检测到 )。实验还确定了最佳pH值范围是 4~ 8;并且探讨了壳聚糖的絮凝机理。 相似文献
