本文研究了我国铜产业采选、冶炼、加工和再生等环节的演化趋势,构建了铜产业直接碳排放-能源间接排放-其他间接排放相结合的多层级碳排放核算模型,分析了我国铜产业各环节碳排放演变规律及碳中和实现机制。结果表明:①1980-2020年我国铜精矿、精炼铜、铜加工材、再生铜产品分别增长了6.6倍、 25.1倍、 88.5倍、 37.1倍,受碳中和目标实现对电力需求量增加的影响,预计2060年铜资源消费总量将较2020年提升62.3%,铜资源社会存量将达到3.9亿t,再生铜将于2030年超过原生铜成为主导资源类型。②2020年铜产业的碳排放总量达到2968.2万tCO2e,其中,采选环节的吨铜碳排放量最高,达到了3.4tCO2e,是第二位冶炼的2.3倍;冶炼环节的碳排放总量最大,达到铜产业的39.3%;再生环节的降碳效果突出,相较原生采选冶炼环节减少1251.2万tCO2e;进出口贸易则进一步降低了该产业43.7%的碳排放总量。③预计2060年铜产业碳排放总量将达到1499.8万tCO2e,通过促进国际贸易、循环经济、技术创新及环境市场建设等举措,可大幅降低产业的碳排放总量,其中国际贸易及循环经济情景的碳减排效果在2030年前均较显著、随后逐渐下降,技术创新及环境市场建设是该产业碳中和目标实现的根本,在2060年的减排潜力分别达到535.9万t及607.9万t。为了更好地促进该产业可持续发展及“双碳”目标实现,建议依托国内国际双循环格局合理调控铜产业结构,秉持全生命周期理念加快构建铜产业绿色供应链,紧随碳中和发展趋势促进资源循环减污降碳协同增效。 相似文献

The literature on the business case for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has identified possible mechanisms for CSR to increase profits. Other parts of the CSR literature argue that any strategy yielding above‐average profits will be imitated by competitors and profits driven down to industry average; consequently, CSR may only be a strategy for achieving average profits. The empirical research on the relationship between CSR and profits, consisting mostly of quantitative studies, has thus far proved inconclusive and many studies are challenged on methodological grounds. This paper presents the results of interviews with senior executives of 15 of the largest textile companies on the Norwegian market. The aim of the paper is to investigate the relationship between CSR and profits while avoiding the most important methodological pitfalls of the quantitative research and acknowledging the distinction between CSR as a strategy for achieving average profits and as a strategy for achieving above‐average profits. Voluntary environmental governance is a widely used policy approach that has been criticized for its lack of effectiveness. This raises fundamental questions about how to design processes that can advance voluntary programmes in a way that makes them more successful. In this paper, we analyse a government-initiated dialogue process to phase out hazardous chemicals through voluntary action by the Swedish textile industry. The analysis shows that information transfer primarily motivated business participation, while consumer pressure, regulatory threats and traditions of government–business cooperation played minor roles. The institutional design of the dialogue ensured close interaction within a homogeneous group, but collective actions were limited by disagreement about the problems to be addressed, prior unilateral environmental commitments by leading companies, and ambivalent engagement. This case provides valuable insights into the effect of institutional design on the actual interplay between business and government and its effects on voluntary governance. 相似文献

Impacts on industry of Europe's emerging chemicals policy REACh 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
For Europe, a new regime in chemicals regulation is about to start. After the proposal of the European Commission concerning the Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACh) passed its readings in the European Parliament and some differences with the European Council of Ministers were resolved, the regulation will come into force in June 2007. This paper is focused on the question how serious the cost burdens for industry induced by REACh will be, and whether the New European Member States (NMS) which joined the European Union in May 2004 will be able to cope with the regulation. This evaluation has been done by assessing the legislative, administrative and economic framework in New Member States and by analysing real business cases in companies. The empirical showcase business impact studies are at the same time of interest for companies of EU-15 states, other European countries who may implement the regulation, and even for exporters of raw materials and chemicals outside Europe, who will also have to comply with REACh if they market in the European Community. The results give no indications that REACh adoption will bring significant drawbacks to companies in the NMS. The emerging regulation will bring challenges for individual companies, especially for small and medium-sized ones, but for the European chemical industry as a whole, there is no question that it will be able to cope with REACh burdens without losing its global competitiveness. 相似文献

This paper investigates the relationship between female executives and corporate philanthropy in China with a sample of 1,944 listed A‐share Chinese companies selected from the Shanghai and Shenzhen security markets from 2014 to 2016. The results show that regarding corporate philanthropic behavior, existing female executives or top managers (chairperson or CEO) who are female will stimulate philanthropy. In the scale of corporate philanthropy, existing female executives have no significant effect on the scale of philanthropy, whereas the proportion of female executives has a promoting effect on the scale of philanthropy. In addition, the nature of the actual controller of corporations and the degree of industry competition influence female executives' tendency to promote corporate philanthropy. Existing female executives in nonstate‐controlled corporations are more likely to promote philanthropy than those in state‐controlled corporations. Existing female executives in corporations facing a normal degree of industry competition promote philanthropy more than those in corporations with a strong or weak degree of industry competition. 相似文献
