The primary emphasis of this research was to investigate the foundations of phthalate(PAEs) pollutant source researches and then firstly confirmed the concept of the coefficient of volatile strength, namely phthalate total content in per unit mass and unit surface area of pollutant sources. Through surveying and evaluating the coefficient of volatile strength of PAEs from typical plastic products, this research carried out reasonable classification of PAEs pollutant sources into three categories and then investigated the relationship amongst the coefficient of volatile strength as well as other environmental factors and the concentration level of total PAEs in indoor air measured in environment chambers.Research obtained phthalate concentration results under different temperature, humidity,the coefficient of volatile strength and the closed time through the chamber experiment. In addition, this study further explored the correlation and ratio of influencing factors that affect the concentration level of total PAEs in environment chambers, including environmental factors, the coefficient of volatile strengths of PAEs and contents of total PAEs in plastic products. The research created an improved database system of phthalate the coefficient of volatile strengths of each type of plastic goods, and tentatively revealed that the volatile patterns of PAEs from different typical plastic goods, finally confirmed that the coefficient of volatile strengths of PAEs is a major factor that affects the indoor air total PAEs concentration, which laid a solid foundation for further establishing the volatile equation of PAEs from plastic products. 相似文献

The manufacture and improper disposal of explosives has resulted in a significant amount of land requiring remediation. The compound 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) is the most persistent and toxic of the explosive pollutants with current treatment methods being energy intensive and costly. Bacterial enzymes such as pentaerythritol tetranitrate reductase (PETNR) from Enterobacter cloacae PB2 have been found to have activity against TNT; however, microbes often lack the biomassnecessary for remediation applications. The PETNRgene (onr1) was transformed into tobacco plants in an attempt to combine the metabolic diversity of microbes with the sequestering properties of plants. The resulting transgenic plants were shown to have enhanced tolerance to TNT during germination and as seedlings. Phytoremediation applications with these plants may provide an alternative treatment of TNT contamination. 相似文献

用从活性污泥中分离到的菌种对邻苯二甲酸(PA)和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMPE)进行好氧条件降解研究,检测了分离到的5种细菌降解邻苯二甲酸和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯的能力.结果表明,Comamonas acidovorans Fy-1在48h内将浓度高达2600mg/L的邻苯二甲酸完全矿化;两个细菌的组合(组合Ⅰ包括Pseudomonas fluorescens,P aureofacien 和Sphingomonas paucimobilis;组合Ⅱ包括S. paucimobilis和Xanthomonas maltophilia)能够在48~120h内将邻苯二甲酸二甲酯完全降解,产生的中间产物有邻苯二甲酸一甲酯和邻苯二甲酸.结果表明,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯的微生物降解需要有两种以上细菌才能完成.图4表1参14 相似文献

基于“富集(加速溶剂萃取)+净化+检测”的步骤,进行污泥取样量、萃取条件、净化柱类型、淋洗液极性和洗脱液极性的优化.确定了0.2g污泥取样量、130℃萃取温度、1:1(V/V)的丙酮/二氯甲烷混合溶液为萃取剂、氨基柱净化、2:5(V/V)的二氯甲烷/正己烷混合溶液为淋洗液、二氯甲烷为洗脱液,最后用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱对有机磷酸酯进行定性定量检测.结果表明,各物质的基质加标回收率均在60%~120%之间,基质效应也基本控制在±15%.净化方法同样适用于污水样品,用此方法成功测定了北京市某污水处理厂各工艺单元的水相及固相样品,显示出良好的适用性. 相似文献

采用从城市污水处理场活性污泥中培养的混合菌种,研究了苯甲酸、邻一、间一、对-苯二甲酸的生物降解。考察了在50,200,400和600mg/l四个浓度梯度下,四种化合物的浓度与生物降解性的关系。研究了苯环上不同羧基数量和取代基位置不同所表现出的降解难易程度上的差异。研究结果表明,在试验周期内,上述四种化合物均有不同程度的降解,四种化合物的可降解性为:邻-苯二甲酸>苯甲酸>对-苯二甲酸>间-苯二甲酸,在评价实验体系的降解性时引入了体系中细菌对化合物的负荷(mg·l~(-1)/个·ml~(-1)),使采用不同菌种量、不同化合物浓度的不同实验装置的研究结果有了相对的可比性。 相似文献

Summary Honey bee workers are able to nurse or to destroy and thus to recognize the capped queen cells containing a pupa. Fatty acid esters, especially methyl oleate, methyl palmitate and ethyl oleate were found in significant amounts on the queen pupal cuticle. Methyl oleate, the major component, along with smaller amounts of methyl linoleate and methyl linolenate, were involved in the recognition of queen cells by workers. In natural conditions of the colony, queen cells containing a paraffin pupal lure with methyl oleate were accepted 5.9 days by workers, releasing about 1.8 queen pupa equivalents during that period, when control cells (without ester) were kept only 2.1 days. Although these esters are non specific to honey bees, they are of great importance in social regulation of the honey bee colony. 相似文献
