利用磷钼酸铵、聚乙烯醇和正硅酸四乙酯合成一种新型复合材料(AMP-PVA),运用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和热重分析仪(TG-DSC)等对AMP-PVA进行结构和形貌表征.同时,探究了不同初始浓度、pH、时间等因素对AMP-PVA特异性吸附Cs+性能的影响,并结合等温吸附曲线、吸附动力学等对AMP-PVA的吸附机制进行探讨.结果表明,AMP-PVA可在pH=2~11范围内使用,耐酸性能良好,且在35 ℃、pH=7.7、初始Cs+浓度为200 mg·L-1的条件下达到最大吸附量109.56 mg·g-1;吸附过程以自发的、吸热的、可持续的化学吸附为主,符合Freundlich等温吸附模型和准二级动力学模型,并伴随着内扩散和Boyd模型的特征;AMP-PVA主要作用机制为Cs+与AMP中的NH4+发生离子交换. 相似文献

Fixed-bed column sorption of borate onto pomegranate seed powder-PVA beads: a response surface methodology approach 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Pomegranate seed powder (PS) was functionalized with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and utilized for boron removal from the aqueous system. Results of Brunauer--Emmett--Teller (BET) surface area analysis and Boehm titration indicated notable decrease in total surface area and increase in acidic surface functional groups of PS after PVA modification. Enhanced sorption is indicative of complex formation between diol groups of the pomegranate seed powder--polyvinyl alcohol (PS–PVA) and borate ions. Under column test, the saturated sorption capacity of boron was noted to be dependent on flow rate and bed height. The developed central composite design (CCD) was adequate to elucidate the sorption mechanism. Mathematical modeling of the column data was conducted, and a modified-dose-response model was the most suitable to describe the breakthrough curve and observed to be consistent with CCD analysis. 生命周期评价是对产品、生产工艺以及活动对环境的压力进行评价的客观过程.运用生命周期评价方法,对我国南方某公司废旧聚氯乙烯再生过程的资源消耗和环境影响进行量化估算.结果表明:1 t废旧聚氯乙烯再生的总能源消耗量为6 287 MJ,其中石油消耗量为6 000 MJ,煤消耗量为287 MJ,总的资源耗竭系数为5.77×10-3 a;废旧聚氯乙烯再生的环境影响负荷为0.428 a-1,其中废塑料运输过程主要引起光化学臭氧合成问题,其环境影响潜值为0.190 a-1;工艺过程中主要引起固体废物污染,其环境影响潜值为0.110 a-1.废旧聚氯乙烯再生的主要环境影响为光化学臭氧合成、固体废物、大气颗粒物污染和酸化. 相似文献

将废环氧树脂与聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混,采用模压工艺制备复合材料。通过正交实验,讨论废环氧树脂添加量、硅烷偶联剂KH-550用量、模压时间3个因素对复合材料力学性能的影响大小,得到其优化条件。在正交实验所得优化条件基础之上,研究单因素对复合材料的影响,最终确定实验的最优方案。结果表明:当模压时间10 min,废环氧树脂添加量70%,硅烷偶联剂用量2份时,复合材料的力学性能达到最优,冲击强度为10.49 kJ/m2,拉伸强度为62.24 MPa。 相似文献

The performance of SBRs treating two kinds of wastewater(synthetic wastewater containing polyvinyl alcohol and effluent from a coke-plant wastewater treatment system)was investigated in this study,in order to examine the exact function of anaerobic portion in a conventional SBR.The set up of 4-or 8-hour anaerobic mixing period in a SBR's cycle did not benefit for PVA degradation.While an anaerobic reactor seeded with anaerobic sludge could partly hydrolyse and acidify PVA into readily-degradable intermediates.During the anaerobic fill period of an SBR treating the effluent from a coke-plant wastewater treatment system,the organic concentration was reduced to certain extent due to the adsorption of activated sludge and dilution of the mixed liquor from the previous cycle.Parts of readily-degradable organics in the influent were utilised by denitrifiers as carbon source.The biomass in a conventional SBR was alternatively imposed to aerobic and anaerobic conditions in its operating cycle,the environmental conditions needed for anaerobic hydrolization and acidification of refractory organics could not occur in such an SBR. 相似文献

This article investigates available environmental data from measurements of the everywhere present contaminants polychlorinated dibenzo‐p‐dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/F) in dated trends in sediment, soil and herbage from locales in Europe and North America. The PCDD/F data are examined in relation to potential major PCDD/F sources based on volume: wood and coal, example of natural combustion; pentachlorophenol (PnCP), example of chlorinated aro‐matics; and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pyrolysis, example of chlorinated aliphatic. Collected PCDD/F data of congener sums and 2, 3, 7, 8‐substituted congener (PCDD/F profiles) have been investigated with multivariate methods: principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares projection to latent structures model (PLS). The results show that PCDD/F data from 12 locales can be separated in one to three independent profiles. Normally one profile is related to the PCDD/F found in PnCP and another to combustion. A subtype of the ‘PnCP’ and ‘combustion’ profiles indicates PCDD/F contributions from PVC‐related combustions. The environmental profiles exhibit some differences from the suggested sources. The relatively unprotected PCDD/F related to PnCP is suggested to have passed photolytic and/or thermal dechlorinations. Lower‐chlorinated congeners in environmental profiles related to combustion appear to have been influenced by environmental distribution processes. PCDD/F data before industrial production of chlorinated organics have only limited similarity to PCDD/F in technical PnCP profiles; an average 4.6% of the PCDD/F is related to PnCP. This suggests that PnCP similarity in recent deposition profiles cannot be a result of environmental transformation. The average proportion of PnCP‐related PCDD/F profile in recent depositions is 35% with North America high (average 57%) and Europe low (average 24%). 相似文献

以锌粉为还原剂进行了聚氯乙烯(PVC)的机械化学还原脱氯(简称脱氯)探索研究,考察了球磨转速、球料比(磨球与试样的质量比)、锌粉与PVC质量比等对脱氯率的影响,并对脱氯产物进行了X射线衍射、红外光谱等分析。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为球料比33、球磨转速528r/min、锌粉与PVC质量比9;产物中未形成结晶性氯化锌,且锌粉被氧化成ZnO;行星球磨比搅拌球磨对PVC的脱氯效果好,球磨时间超过3h,PVC的脱氯率可接近100%。 相似文献
