根据某印刷电路板企业生产废水的水质特点,对废水进行分类收集处理后,采用微电解/斜板沉淀/生物接触氧化工艺处理综合废水。工程运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定,出水水质符合《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级排放标准。 相似文献

There has been a marked proliferation of local economic development initiatives in recent years. Enterprise Boards have proved one of the most successful of these innovations. In the early 1980s five were established. Two, the Greater London and the West Midlands Enterprise Boards, were initially designed to intervene radically within their local economies, although subsequent events moderated their activities. The remaining three in Lancashire, West Yorkshire and Merseyside, have successfully widened their operations to embrace collaborate projects with the private sector, training, boosting co‐operatives, and research. By many economic evaluations, for example, jobs supported, leverage ratios and investment per job, Enterprise Boards have performed better than other instruments of urban and regional development. In Korea due to rapid economical growth followed by urbanisation, breakage of large traditional families into small nuclear families, continuous changes in equipment features and capabilities causes tremendous increase in sale of new electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) and decrease in sale of used EEE. Subsequently, the ever-increasing quantity of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) has become a serious social problem and threat to the environment. Therefore, the gradual increase in the generation of WEEE intensifies the interest for recycling to conserve the resources and protect the environment. In view of the above, a review has been made related to the present status of the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment in Korea. This paper describes the present status of generation and recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment, namely TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, personal computers and mobile phones in Korea. The commercial processes and the status of developing new technologies for the recycling of metallic values from waste printed circuit boards (PCBs) is also described briefly. Since 1998, three recycling centers are in full operation to recycle WEEE such as refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners, having the total capacity of 880,000 units/year. All waste TVs are recently recycled on commission basis by several private recycling plants. The recycling of waste personal computers and mobile phones is insignificant in comparison with the amount of estimated obsolete those. Korea has adopted and enforced the extended producer responsibility (EPR) system. Korea is making consistent efforts to improve the recycling rate to the standards indicated in the EU directives for WEEE. Especially environmentally friendly and energy-saving technologies are being developed to recycle metal values from PCBs of WEEE. 相似文献

ABSTRACT: During the last 27 years of independence, a large number of inter-state water disputes cropped up over the use of rivers. Surprisingly enough, more disputes developed in this short period than in the earlier 200 years of the development of irrigation and so far none of the disputes has been permanently solved. The major rivers of India are all inter-state rivers and this is one of the more important reasons why some of them are not yet fully developed for irrigation or power production. The Union Government has set up, so far, only three tribunals to adjudicate inter-state disputes. But the problems do not end simply by setting up the tribunals. In practice, it has also proved a dilatory process. None of the tribunals has been successful in settling any dispute in the long years of their existence. There is no codified law prescribing rights and the notion of “equity” has come to prevail restraining the upper states from drawing such quantities of water as would injure the interests of the lower states. Though the general principle of equitable apportionment had been advocated many times, in practice each contending state had given this principle an interpretation that suited it. The basic principle would be to harness the rivers not for the benefit of a particular state but for the maximization of agricultural, industrial, and navigational potential in the areas served by the rivers. 相似文献

ABSTRACT: Small, rural communities (less than 2500 population) in general do not have governmental staffs with the breadth required to satisfactorily implement and enforce a drainage ordinance. This fact has serious implications in rural Planning. Within a six-country rural area of Southwest Virginia, the circuit riding town manager program has been successfully conducted. The circuit riding town manager is a planning staff member who acts in the capacity of a town manager (assistant to the mayor) for five small towns, any one of which alone could not afford to support the services of such a professional. This note recommends that a circuit riding technical ordiance administrator program could be developed along the same lines. In this manner, the technical ordinance program for serveral small communities could be successfully implemented. 相似文献

消费电子产品生产过程中挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放特征的研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
选取塑胶零件、印刷线路板及主板3类消费电子产品部件为研究对象,利用活性炭管采样,样品溶剂解吸后采用GC/MS分析,获得了各排气筒及车间内VOCs含量水平与组分特征.通过计算排放量,得出了分物种VOCs排放系数.结果表明,塑胶零件生产线排气筒总挥发性有机物(TVOCs)浓度为48.01~115.05 mg·m-3,印刷线路板为6.08~11.36 mg·m-3,主板为29.81~30.21 mg·m-3.塑胶零件生产车间内TVOCs浓度为4.23~120.58 mg·m-3,印刷线路板为1.50~2.02 mg·m-3,主板为7.01~9.93 mg·m-3.环烷烃类、酯类、苯类为主要排放物质.对于不同产品生产线的排气筒及车间废气,浓度和物种均有很大差异;对于相同产品,浓度有差异但物种基本相同.按产品分类,共计算得出了36个分物种VOCs排放系数,其中,塑胶零件、印刷线路板及主板TVOCs排放系数分别为0.626 kg·kg-1涂料用量、0.123 kg·kg-1油墨用量、0.028 kg·kg-1印刷线路板用量.通过排放量计算结果分析,3种产品中,塑胶零件生产为VOCs主要排放源,车间内无组织排放为主要排放方式. 相似文献
