Novel synthesis blends between bacterial polyesters and acrylic rubber: A study on enzymatic biodegradation

The biodegradability of a multicomponent system based on biotechnological occurring polyester (poly(-hydroxybutyrate-co--hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV)) with inclusion of acrylate elastomer (polybutylacrylate) (PBA) was investigated. A bacterium which produced extracellular enzymes that degrades PHBV even when blended with PBA was isolated and tentatively designated asAureobacterium saperdae. It was observed, by morphological investigation, that, while the bacterial degradation was permitted for PBA content of 20% by weight, it was inhibited for PBA content of 30%, owing to the occurrence of a rubbery layer that prevents to the bacteria an easy accessibility in the PHBV-rich regions. In fact, owing the bacterial growth, only PHBV was metabolized, whereas no degradation of PBA was detected for blend samples. It was confirmed that the degradation proceeded via surface erosion of PHBV also in the blends. Finally, mechanical tests on PHBV/PBA specimens as a function of degradation extent have shown different behavior of the blends at different the PBA content. Thermal analysis of blends and PHBV has been reported, too     

透明度作为赤潮预警监测参数的初步研究

调查实验 数据显示，在一定条件下，透明度和浮游植物密度和种类之间有着一定的关系。浮游植物密度低时透明度高，浮游植物密度高时透明度低。认为可以尝试使用透明度作为赤潮预警监测或短期预报的参数。透明度值1.6m可以作为 赤潮预警的标准值进行试点。

可量测三维虚拟地理环境是数字地球应用的基础平台。本文研究了三维虚拟地理环境构建空间几何建模与纹理建模关键技术。提出了一种适用于大规模生产建库的可量测三维虚拟地理环境构建的生产工艺模型和三维虚拟模型数据获取的方法。介绍了三维虚拟地理环境在城市规划、房产经营管理等方面的应用。     

分光光度法测定雨水中微量过氧化氢的研究

本文提出了以钛（ＩＶ） 过氧化氢 ２ （３，５ 二溴 ２ 吡啶偶氮） ５ 二乙氨基苯酚（３，５ ｄｉＢｒ ＰＡＤＡＰ）三元配合物体系光度测定雨水中微量过氧化氢的方法，该方法简便，灵敏度和选择性较高，所得结果令人满意     

福建三都湾赤潮监控区的麻痹性贝毒和腹泻性贝毒研究

运用美国分析化学家协会(AOAC)推荐的小白鼠生物测定法，对三都湾赤潮监控区的经济贝类于2003年5月．10月进行每月1次的麻痹性贝毒(PSP)和腹泻性贝毒(DSP)含量检测。结果表明：在此期间均未检测出PSP；DSP于7、8、10月在紫贻贝(Mytilus galloprovincialis)体内检出，其中10月检出DSP含量为10Mu／100g，超标。     

Effects of simulated acid rain on cation release in soils of South China

This paper deals with the release of base cations and Al3+ at the treatment with simulated acid rain (SAR) in main soil types collected from South China. Results showed that the amounts of base cations increased obviously when the pH value of simulated acid rain was lower than 3.0 or 3.5. Compared with the leaching of K+ and Na+, the leaching of Ca2+ and Mg2+ was affected by the pH value of SAR. Only when the amounts of base cations leached from soils exceeded the cation exchange capacity, the pH value of leaching solutions decreased sharply and the amounts of released Al3+ increased. The H+ buffering mechanisms, which were affected notonly by the pH values of SAR, but also by the types and solid components of soils, were proposed for the main soils studied.     

超声与紫外光协同氧化法处理染料废水的工艺研究

对超声波、紫外光协同氧化方法处理碱性红B染料废水进行了研究，探讨了水样初始浓度、初始pH值对其脱色效率的影响。并在各条件下，对超声波、紫外光单独作用和两者协同作用下的结果进行了对比。结果表明，超声波与紫外光的协同作用效果明显，染料的降解过程符合准一级动力学方程，在温度30℃、初始浓度50m/L、pH＝1．5、饱和气体为氧气、紫外光波长为253．7nm时，酸性工B经协同处理60min，脱色率可达99．1％。     

3S技术在古日格斯台自然保护区研究中的应用

利用"3S"技术对古日格斯台自然保护区植被类型的空间分布进行了分析,绘制了古日格斯台自然保护区植被图,讨论了其生态多样性和脆弱性,以此作为植被监测与管理的依据,进而对古日格斯台自然保护区的植被进行有效的保护.     

毛细管气相色谱法分析1,3—丁二烯中炔烃杂质含量

介绍了一种毛细管毛相谱法测定１，３－丁烯中炔烃质含量的新试验方法，该方法以氮气为载气，采用氢火焰离子化检测器，样品经分离后，采用外标法定量，操作简便，准确。该方法还可用于１，３－丁二烯纯度分析 。
