为解决现行的传统城市地区控制性详细规划(简称控规,后同)对山水风景地区控制不力的现象,以千岛湖地区为例,对山水风景地区控规进行了探讨,对控规指标体系的内容和赋值方法进行了有针对性的扩展和改进。借助GIS等技术手段,对地方性特色元素进行分析,并以此为基础,建立了以”分区控制和分类引导”为核心的控制指标体系。将单一地块进一步划分为亚区域进行分别控制,同时通过图示的方式对不同的建设类型进行引导。根据山水风景地区的建设特征,进一步引入、明确了地表改变率、建筑绝对高度、建筑投影面积等指标的赋值方法,增加了城市设计导引等内容,丰富、强化了山水风景地区控规的内容和可操作性。 相似文献

In this paper, we examined the interactive effects of two contexts—participation and intellectual stimulation, and promotion focus on creativity. On the basis of a multi‐organization sample of 213 employees, we tested and found that although promotion focus was positively related to creativity, the relationship between promotion focus and creativity was most positive when both participation and leader intellectual stimulation were high. We discuss the way contexts in combination influence employee creativity for promotion‐oriented individuals, through increasing decision latitude as well as stimulating and promoting creativity. 为研究水体壬基酚(Nonylphenol,NP)污染对两栖动物精巢中类固醇生成急性调节蛋白(StAR)的影响,将雄性成体中国林蛙(Rana chensinensis)分别暴露于c(NP)为10-7,10-6和10-5 mol/L的水体中10,20和30 d.取其精巢组织,在成功扩增获得273 bp的StAR cDNA片段后合成探针,用原位杂交方法检测StAR mRNA在精巢的表达,用免疫组织化学方法检测StAR蛋白的表达.结果在对照组和各NP处理组中均检测到StAR mRNA和蛋白的阳性表达,阳性反应主要在精巢的Leydig细胞.StAR表达相对值的检测结果表明,c(NP)为10-5 mol/L 的水体对StAR表达有抑制趋势,c(NP)为10-7和10-6 mol/L 的水体可上调StAR的表达,表明NP对StAR表达由抑制转向诱导的临界浓度在c(NP)为10-6 mol/L与10-5 mol/L 之间.在c(NP)为10-7和10-6 mol/L 处理组,StAR表达值随c(NP)的增高而增加.在c(NP)为10-6 mol/L 处理组,暴露30 d后StAR表达相对值最大,呈现NP对StAR表达具有累积效应.c(NP)为10-7 mol/L对StAR表达不随时间延长显示累积效应.提示一定剂量范围的NP可通过调控StAR的表达干扰动物类固醇激素的合成. 相似文献

Environmental models are often too large and cumbersome for effective use in regulatory decision making or in the characterization of uncertainty. This paper describes and compares four response surfaces that could complement a large-scale water quality model, the U.S. National Water Pollution Control Assessment Model (NWPCAM), in simulation and regulatory decision support applications. Results show that a physically based reduced-form model that exploits the mathematical structure of the underlying water quality model is a better predictor of policy-relevant outputs than the polynomial expansions that are frequently used in response surface studies. 相似文献

Alberta is the province with the largest CO2 emissions in Canada, with approximately two-thirds of emissions originating from large stationary sources. Due to the fortuitous association of large CO2 sources with the storage capacity offered by the underlying Alberta basin, it is expected that large-scale CO2 geological storage in Canada will occur in Alberta first, and both levels of governments are contemplating measures to facilitate implementation. A review of the current provincial and federal legislation and regulations presented in this paper indicates that the existing legal and regulatory regime is reasonably sufficient, with some modifications, to accommodate the active injection phase of CO2 capture and storage (CCS) operations, and the early takers of this new technology. However, governments in Alberta and Canada, and likely everywhere, need to address several pressing issues dealing mainly with the CCS post-operational phase. These issues, reviewed in this paper from an Alberta and Canadian perspective, fall into several categories: jurisdictional, property (ownership), regulatory and liability. Because Alberta is a landlocked province, matters relating to CO2 storage under the seabed will not be addressed here except when discussing matters of jurisdiction and CO2 classification. Possible models for post-injection liability transfer to the state are also presented. Although this review is focused on western Canada conditions, the issues are broad enough to be of interest in other jurisdictions, which may also adopt parts of the legal and regulatory framework that is quite well developed in Alberta. 相似文献

为研究邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)是否通过sirt1/pgc-1a通路对细胞产生损伤效应, 通过体外培养HepG2细胞,在1.6, 8, 40, 200, 1000mmol/L DEHP处理24或48h后,采用CCK-8测定细胞活力,ATP试剂盒检测细胞内ATP含量,NO试剂盒检测细胞上清NO含量,ELISA试剂盒检测细胞上清炎症因子TNF-a、IL-6的含量;同时在DEHP作用于HepG2细胞24或48h后,用Western blot检测线粒体调控基因sirt1、pgc-1a,nrf1、tfam的蛋白表达.结果表明:不同浓度的DEHP处理24, 48h后,细胞活力在高剂量都呈显著下降趋势.DEHP能引起ATP含量的显著下降、炎症因子含量的显著提高,但NO含量无显著变化.4种线粒体调控基因的蛋白表达水平sirt1、pgc-1a,nrf1、tfam在24h时无显著变化.而在48h时,随着剂量增加蛋白含量呈上升后下降趋势,并且sirt1在8mmol/L呈显著上升趋势,随后每个蛋白都在1000mmol/L显著下降(P < 0.05).DEHP能引起HepG2细胞氧化应激,并通过影响sirt1/pgc-1a信号通路表达来影响线粒体生物合成从而造成细胞损伤. 相似文献
