海洋环境下飞机典型接地柱防腐蚀设计研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
目的研究海洋环境对典型接地柱防腐蚀安装设计的影响。方法以×型飞机某半封闭关键部位安装的接地柱为研究对象,设计三种防腐蚀安装方法,并在实验室环境谱下开展加速腐蚀试验,借助宏观、微观检测及接触电阻测试,对不同类型的试验件开展检测与测试。结果两周期实验室加速试验结束后,采用直接安装模式的接地柱因底座腐蚀而无法检测接触电阻;采用填角安装模式的接地柱外观腐蚀严重,但其内部仍为电接触;采用封包安装模式的接地柱其内部被密封剂保护完好。结论三种接地柱防腐蚀安装设计方法各有利弊,可根据结构的局部环境特点视情选择。 相似文献

Inherent safety is well known as the best technique of risk management, but its implementation is a challenge when there is a conflict with other factors, in particular with the process dynamic performance when the application of the minimization principle is considered. In this work, a combined safety-controllability index applicable during the design stage of a process is presented. The index accounts for the process controllability and the risk of the chemical inventory inside the process. The condition number is used to assess controllability, and the quantitative risk analysis technique is carried out to obtain a distance of affectation as a metric for individual risk. The index, based on a combination of normalized values of metrics for controllability and risk, was applied to three case studies dealing with distillation processes that separate flammable and toxic chemicals. The effect of relevant design variables such as column diameter and residence time was analyzed. It is shown how conflicts between safety and controllability exist for different values of those design variables and how a proper controllability-risk compromise can be identified with the use of the proposed index. 相似文献

API standard 521 guidance on mixing of hot/cold liquids and prevention of superheat limit explosions
American Petroleum Institute (API) standards and recommended practices have identified inadvertent mixing of hot and cold liquids as a potential cause for equipment overpressure since 1955. The limited guidance has been informative but provides minimal if any details on conditions that could cause an overpressure and its potential severity. Therefore, the user must interpret how and when to prevent and/or mitigate the scenario. This guidance has changed little over the years. In June 2020, API published the 7th Edition of API Standard 521 which now provides specific guidance as to conditions whereby pressure relief devices can be considered for protection and conditions where prevention remains as the only recourse. 面对数量较多需要及时处理的突发事故,为了满足最短应急时间限制,最低应急资源数和最少的出救点等目标,在事故应急方案选择时给出一个反映决策者对时间和费用偏好的折中方案十分必要.从实际应用出发,运用模糊优化方法研究时间与资源限制条件下的多出救点组合模型求解问题.给出了限制期条件下,应急时间最短的资源调度方法以及限制期条件下出救点数目最少的应急模型,从理论上证明了模型求解方法的正确性.在给定限制期条件下,救援网络中最优路线的求解,即通过分析得出超时风险最小的出救路径,并求出了应急路径的可信度.通过算例说明该计算方法的具体应用,为突发事故处理资源调度的智能化提供参考. 相似文献

This study contributes to current knowledge of sustainability in textile and clothing production and consumption. When the textile and clothing industry aims to promote sustainability, the main change factors have been linked to eco-materials and ethical issues in production. At present, however, business models are mainly linked with a large volume of sales and production. Although industrial development has moved toward smaller environmental impact, production as well as consumption has increased to levels where the benefits of technological development are reduced. A change is thus needed to reach a systemic transformation, not only in production but also in consumption. The aim of this paper is to open up the discussion on opportunities for radical change in this industry. The paper presents ways to rethink and redesign business in the textile and clothing field by offering an overview on several design strategies that exist today in niche markets. Furthermore we evaluate how interested consumers are in these design strategies and discuss the opportunities these design approaches offer to sustainable development through new value creation. 相似文献

Products are produced by a series of energy-intensive transformations of raw materials such as crude oil. The life cycle inventory (LCI) of mass and energy usage in these supply chains is one measure of overall environmental performance. In this paper, we present a methodology to examine the life cycle choices available for a product and optimize these choices based on criteria derived from mass and energy efficiency. A two-phase framework for production path construction followed by optimal path selection was developed. This framework can be applied to improve the overall LCI energy characteristic of a product when there are different production and recycling options for different product constituents. The scope of the life cycle is from raw material extraction through the production system and does not include the use and disposal phases. The approach is illustrated in a case study of the EcoWorx™ carpet system of Shaw Industries, which includes the inclusion of several recycled material options. 相似文献
