皮革和毛皮加工废水处理技术

采用混凝沉淀-酸化水解-悬挂链曝气-生物接触氧化组合工艺处理皮革和毛皮加工生产废水。实验结果表明;进水COD为2400mg/L,处理后出水COD≤100mg/L,去除率≥95.8%。各项水质指标均稳定地达到了GB8978-96污水综合排放一级标准。

关于建设(开发)项目环境影响评价报告书编制两个版本的思考

为充分发挥环境影响评价报告书的作用，提出应在环境影响报告书技术版的基础上编制一个面向领导决策者和公众的参考版。并就参考版的主要内容及编制应注意的问题进行了概述。     

丹东市区段鸭绿江水体中铅、镉的含量

利用生物指示物（鳙鱼）对丹东地区鸭绿江水体中的铅、镉污染进行监测，采具鳙鱼-碳化酸溶-电热原子光谱法对丹东鸭绿江流域鳙鱼体内的铅、镉的含量进行了相关检测，在相同的实验条件下对该地区的水体中的铅、镉的含量进行对比，并对该地区的铅、镉污染进行了相关的评价，通过一年的监测未见超标。铅、镉含量分别为6．53±0．07（ng/g）、4．60±0．03（ng/g）；回收率分别为98.9％、103.5％；RSD分别为5．3％、4．1％。     

Detection of Escherichia coli in wastewater based on enzyme immunoassay

This research describes a fast detection method on the basis of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for Escherichia coli in drainage of wastewater treatment plants. Optimized conditions such as the reaction format (sandwich or direct), the concentrations of diluted horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-E. coli conjugate, and anti-HPR antibody and pretreatment of E. coli were studied. Those results showed that the linear range of detection for E. coli was 10 cfu/mL-6 × 10⁴ cfu/mL. Compared with conventional methods, it is a convenient and sensitive detection method with low cost. X射线晶体学对造岩矿物研究的应用

本文主要叙述XRD（X射线衍射）及单晶X射线回摆图在选岩矿物研究中的应用，不涉及X射线晶体结构分析。     

应用线性和非线性法求解有机物生物降解动力学参数

根据苯甲酸类化合物在水体中不同时间的生化需氧量，用线性和非线性合法对化合物生物降解随时间变化的动力学过程进行曲线拟合，得到各化合物2个数值不同的安全生化需氧量、生物降解速率常数和生物降解滞后期。根据各化合物2种不同的生物降解动力学模型所得到的生化需氧量拟合值与实测值的误差相比较，发现用非线性法拟合得到的有机物生物降解动力学模型，更符合化合物真实生物降解规律，因此用非线性法拟合化合物的生物降解动态变化，比用线性方法更精确。     

抚顺市空气可吸入颗粒物特征的研究

于2002年1～7月份在抚顺市区四个点位采集了环境空气中的可吸入颗粒物样品，经分析后获得了可吸入颗粒物组分的时间分布和空间分布特征，即采暖期PM10样品中有机碳（OC）、元素碳（EC）的绝对含量和相对含量均高于非采暖期，工业区PM10样品中的Fe、Zn、Pb的绝对含量和相对含量均明显高于其它点位，反映了其工业区的特点。     

Evaluation of the biodegradability of copolyesters containing aromatic compounds by investigations of model oligomers

Model oligo esters of terephthalic acid with 1,2-ethanediol, 1,3-propanediol, and 1,4-butanediol have been investigated with regard to their biodegradability in different biological environments. Well-characterized oligomers with weight-average molar masses of from 600 to 2600 g/mol exhibit biodegradation in aqueous systems, soil, and compost at 60°C. SEC investigations showed a fast biological degradation of the oligomer fraction consisting of 1 or 2 repeating units, independent of the diol component used for polycondensation, while polyester oligomers with degrees of polymerization higher than 2 were stable against microbial attack at room temperature in a time frame of 2 months. At 60°C in a compost environment chemical hydrolysis also degrades chains longer than two repeating units, resulting in enhanced degradability of the oligomers. Metabolization of the monomers and the dimers as well by the microorganisms could be confirmed by comparing SEC measurements and carbon balances in a Sturm test experiment. Based on these results degradation characteristics of potential oligomer intermediates resulting from a primary chain scission from copolyesters consisting of aromatic and aliphatic dicarbonic acids can be predicted depending on their composition. These results will have an evident influence on the evaluation of the biodegradability of commercially interesting copolyesters and lead to new ways of tailor-made designing of new biodegradable materials as well.     

钼磷酸氧化萜烯醇光度法测定矿山废水中松脂油（二号油）

在文献的基础上，利用钼磷酸在浓硫酸作用下于乙醇介质中优先氧化萜烯酸及其衍生物，而本身被还原为钼兰的性质，本文建立了测定矿山废水中松脂油的方法，方法检出限为０．００６ｍｇ／５ｍｌ，回收率在８８％—１０７％之间，相对标准偏差为５．０５％。本文还对钼磷酸的溶剂选择，钼磷酸和浓硫酸的用量对吸光度的影响，以及浓盐酸的用量对萃取效率影响做了详细研究。
