国土空间规划体系构建工作已经全面展开,清晰详实的现状图和数据是摸清自然资源家底的重要基础,也是编制国土空间规划的重要支撑。而当前国土空间现状数据的用地分类标准、数据精度和应用目标等尚不统一。基于遥感影像、地理国情和互联网POI等多源数据进行国土空间现状一张图研究,综合现有用地分类标准和数据精度,构建青岛市国土空间规划现状一张图。在此基础上,探讨国土空间规划一张图应用方向,包括青岛市“三生空间”和资源环境研判分析,以及城镇建设适宜性、生态服务功能重要性和农业生产适宜性分析等内容。国土空间规划现状一张图的构建,对于明确资源利用上限与环境质量底线,规范国土空间规划数据,以及支撑国土空间规划编制和管理具有重要作用。  相似文献

Abstract:  Central America is exceptionally rich in biodiversity, but varies widely in the attention its countries devote to conservation. Protected areas, widely considered the cornerstone of conservation, were not always created with the intent of conserving that biodiversity. We assessed how well the protected-area system of Central America includes the region's mammal diversity. This first required a refinement of existing range maps to reduce their extensive errors of commission (i.e., predicted presences in places where species do not occur). For this refinement, we used the ecological limits of each species to identify and remove unsuitable areas from the range. We then compared these maps with the locations of protected areas to measure the habitat protected for each of the region's 250 endemic mammals. The species most vulnerable to extinction—those with small ranges—were largely outside protected areas. Nevertheless, the most strictly protected areas tended toward areas with many small-ranged species. To improve the protection coverage of mammal diversity in the region, we identified a set of priority sites that would best complement the existing protected areas. Protecting these new sites would require a relatively small increase in the total area protected, but could greatly enhance mammal conservation.  相似文献

为研究烟气羽流的时空混沌行为,本文从烟气羽流的N-S动量方程出发,根据浮力羽流的半经验公式,对方程中相应的项进行替代、化简,然后无量纲化,得到了以烟气羽流的动量通量m为系统状态矢量的单向耦合映象格子模型.计算了不同参数变化时,耦合周期窗口的时空行为发展,并且进行了李雅普诺夫指数λ计算.分析表明,开放系统中的烟气羽流会出现形态的多重性,包括时空混沌行为.这是由于烟气羽流系统内各种非线性作用的相互影响,也就是方程粘性项、浮力项和惯性项作用强弱对比的变化,以及系统行为发展的不可逆性所导致.  相似文献

建立符合通用航空发展规律的通用航空安全管理理论体系,是通用航空发展的前提.本文以通用航空发展特点为基础,应用自组织理论对通用航空发展的组织特性进行了分析,研究了通用航空安全体系自组织生成模式的前提条件和动因,剖析了通用航空安全体系自组织演化的内外部动力因素,以及其相互作用方式和过程,从而解构出通用航空安全体系自组织演化的动力学机制—涨落机制、创新机制、选择机制和学习机制,在此基础上,构建了通用航空安全体系自组织演化动力学模型.最后,结合实际对我国通用航空安全管理体系建设提出了相应的建议.  相似文献

The present study evaluates the impact of lofts on the development of the navigational system of pigeons. A series of results obtained between 2000 and 2004 were analyzed. The H-loft was placed 10 m above the ground, with a ring format and seven windows all around it as well as three external aviaries that allowed birds to have a wide view of the outdoors and of the sky and knowledge of the wind dynamics. The L-loft was placed at ground level, with a single window transformed into an external aviary. The L-loft was protected from the wind by surrounding trees, reducing the ability of the pigeons to access the wind dynamics and also restricting their access to information regarding the outside area and the sky. In a preliminary analysis, we found the parameter of “vanishing time” to differ significantly between lofts in two of the five age classes. A thorough analysis of this parameter throughout the ontogenetic development of the birds demonstrated a pronounced improvement in the information-processing system with age, with adults vanishing quicker than younger birds, although an impairment of development occurred during the third month of age, perhaps due to a reorganization of the system. This result was obtained when the effect of lofts was considered in the different age classes. Results suggest that loft features are an important factor in the ability of the young pigeons to exploit navigational cues.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Old cadastral maps represent a historical reference dataset for long-term land-use reconstructions. This study presents identification of inconsistencies in the nineteenth century Franziscean cadastre, one of the largest sets of old cadastral maps worldwide, by comparing three versions of the maps and written documents created in the same period. We identified all parcels and their land-use in the four sub-sources in six study areas. The overall share of inconsistencies among 5 771 identified parcels is 7.4%, with the biggest share of inconsistency in agroforestry and forestry classes. The most frequent inconsistencies are of ‘Not differentiable land use’ (n = 212) and ‘Different land-use’ categories across the sub-sources (n = 113). We conclude that the frequency of uncertainties in old cadastral maps may limit the validity of historical land-use reconstructions, affecting the eventual restoration and management efforts based on such data. 通过室外试验的方法、从二维角度入手并将排桩参数与瑞利波波长建立联系研究了几何参数变化时隔振半径的变化。结果表明:单排桩可取得整体性的隔振特点,并且隔振效果最佳的区域在桩后较近的距离;桩长增加可使其隔振效果提升且隔振半径随桩长与波长比值的增加而增加,当桩长与波长比值小于0.320时,隔振半径为0;随比值增加到0.820左右,隔振半径增加到约0.680 m。桩间距的增加可使其隔振效果变差,隔振半径随桩间距与波长比值增加而降低,当比值达到0.300~0.430时,隔振半径长度降为0。振源距离增加可使得排桩隔振效果增强,而隔振半径随振源距与波长比值增加而增加,当比值在0.165~0.305的范围内时,隔振半径为0;随比值增加到0.808左右,隔振半径的长度增加到约0.512 m。  相似文献

To study the effects of the tectonic stress environment on the tectonophysical features of deformed coal, No.8 Mine in the Pingdingshan mine area is used as a study area and the relationship between the development of deformed coal, distribution of fractures, formation of deformed coal and tectonic stress environment are analyzed. The results indicate that the thickness of the bedrock layer should be included in the analysis of the tectonic stress environment for a region of intense tectonic activity. Although the reverse faulting stress regime can control the development of deformed coal, the C seam is extremely sensitive to the stress regime. The most advantageous direction of the deformed coal fractures is consistent with the regional maximum principal stress, and the development of fractures is closely related to the evolution of the tectonic stress environment. The fracture density of the E seam presents a uniform distribution, yet that of the C seam is completely heterogeneous. Superposition and compounding of the tectonic communities evidently increase the fracture density of the deformed coal. There is a relatively apparent boundary between the different types of deformation, which gradually transform from brittle to ductile with a decreasing lateral pressure coefficient. A generalized deformation pattern of the deformed coal is proposed and can be divided into frictional sliding and solid flow.  相似文献

采集吉林省松源农田的黑土样品,研究四溴双酚A在黑土中的吸附动力学特征,并探讨了pH值、离子强度(CaCl_2)、温度等不同环境条件对吸附动力学的影响。结果表明,四溴双酚A在黑土中的吸附过程可以分为快速吸附阶段(0~4 h)和慢速吸附阶段(4~48h),并于48 h达到吸附平衡。黑土对四溴双酚A的吸附符合拉格朗日准二级动力学方程和内扩散模型,表明该吸附过程以化学吸附为主,而吸附过程的限速步骤为颗粒间扩散。pH值等环境条件对吸附有明显影响,当pH值在6~9时,随pH值降低,黑土对四溴双酚A的吸附速率加快且平衡吸附量增加;离子强度(CaCl_2)为0.001 mol/L、0.01 mol/L、0.1 mol/L时,离子强度增大,黑土对四溴双酚A的吸附速率加快但平衡吸附量减小;温度为15℃、25℃、35℃时,随着温度升高,黑土对四溴双酚A的吸附速率加快且平衡吸附量增加。  相似文献
