矿区复合生态系统中土壤演替和植被演替的相互影响

在讨论矿区复合生态系统涵义的基础上，以平朔安太堡露天煤矿为例，探讨了大型露天矿区复合生态系统演替与原生态系统演替的不同，即露天矿区复合生态系统演替极大地受着社会--经济--自然三方面的控制，在演替过程中土壤演替与植被演替相互影响、相互协调，共同作用了矿区复合生态系统。同时，还阐述了进行矿区生态重建的两大关键措施：生态环境建设和群落建设。     

居室环境与人体健康

从居室污染的来源和主要污染物、居室污染对健康的危害等几个方面,阐述了居室环境与人体健康的关系.由于化学、物理及生物等多种污染物共同存在,对健康产生的危害往往比单一因素要复杂得多,控制居室环境污染,对于保护人体健康有至关重要的意义.提出了降低居室污染的措施和方法.     

BP网络应用于大气环境监测点的优选

为了对大气环境监测点进行优化选择 ,以大气质量分级标准为训练样本 ,构造BP网络进行训练 ,用训练好的BP网络对某地的大气环境监测采样点进行了优选 ,并与物元分析法优选结果进行比较。结果表明 ,BP网络用于环境测点优选具有较好的客观性和应用性     

Relation between some variations of soil and surface vegetatio and desertization in agriculture-pasture interlacing zone an example from Kangbao County,North Hebei,China

The studied agriculture-pasture interlacing zone has its specific natural conditions,at which the natural systems are unstable ,their self-regulation capability is low and the equilibrium is easily broken, and hence the habitat is fairly vulnerable.During last 20 years the increasing population and livestock ,over-reclamation,over-pasturing,over-deforesting, and other intensified negative human activities in the zone resulted in coarsening of surface soil,decrease of organic mater content in soil, reduction of vegetation coverage ,variation and degradation of flora structure, and hence in desertization of the land, although average of gales and sandstorms some decreased and the climate tended to be better in the region.However, the frequent sandstorms occurring in the springs of last and present years has attracted much attention.Investigations confirmed that the main cause for the phenomena is the unreasonable human activites rater than the natural factors.     

大理生态旅游资源开发的思考与探析

生态旅游是一种符合可持续发展的旅游形式，可持续发展旅游业不仅保护环境，保护旅游资源，还为旅游业的后续开发提供条件。分析了大理生态旅游的现状及其存在的问题，提出了相应的对策措施。     

沈阳张士污灌区土壤重金属元素形态分析

选取沈阳张士污灌区土攘样品,采用欧共体标准局的三步提取法研究土壤中5种重金属元素的形态分布.研究结果表明,在该污灌区土壤中,Cd和zn主要以B1(水溶态、可交换态与碳酸盐结合态)和B2(铁-锰氧化物结合态)为主,分别占总量的49.4%、26.4%和43.9%、44.3%.Cu、Pb主要以B2(铁-锰氧化物结合态)和B3(有机物与硫化物结合态)为主分别占总量的43.4%、66.6%和29.1%、25.3%.Cr以B3(有机物与硫化物结合态)和残渣态为主,分别占总量的40.4%和42.5%.元素总量和形态分析的结果表明该地区土壤污染为单一的镉污染土壤,且镉的可迁移性强,易被植物吸收.     

矿区土地复垦与对策

较系统地总结了从开矿到复垦过程中需要在土地整理方面做的工作，研究借鉴目前国内外土地复垦的方法，讨论土地复垦过程中出现的问题及复垦后所应采取的对策。     

生产型组织初始环境评审中环境因素的识别评价

环境因素的识别与评价是环境管理体系建立和实施的关键，生产型企业在初始环境评审时可以工程分析为重点，结合对正常和异常情况的分析，对生产过程和各部门涉及的环境影响进行全面分析，从而确定环境因素。在评价重要环境因素时，可先根据企业对外环境排放的接口情况、环境影响情况，结合商业方面的考虑制定重要环境因素评价准则，再利用评价准则评价出重要环境因素。     

A strategic design approach to develop sustainable product service systems: examples taken from the ‘environmentally friendly innovation’ Italian prize

The product service systems’ (PSS) sustainability potential is described in the framework of the new types of stakeholder relationships and/or partnerships, producing new convergence of economic interests, and a potential concomitant systemic resources optimization.In this perspective, it is argued that the design competencies should move towards those of the ‘strategic design’, thus introducing the concept of ‘strategic design for sustainability’: the design of an innovation strategy, shifting the business focus from designing (and selling) physical products only, to designing (and selling) a system of products and services which are jointly capable of fulfilling specific client demands, while re-orienting current unsustainable trends in production and consumption practices.Some examples of PSS are presented and discussed using the PSS categories ‘services providing added value to the product life cycle’, ‘services providing final results to customers’, and ‘services providing enabling platforms for customers’. The cases derive from an analysis of the ‘environmental friendly innovation’ yearly endowed prize submissions. The Politecnico di Milano University together with the Bocconi University and Legambiente (an environmental NGO) promotes the initiative in Italy.     

我国环境管理模式法律问题探讨

通过对市场体制下政府在环境管理中职能及我国环境管理现状分析,借鉴国外发达国家环境管理实践经验,认为现代市场经济国家主要通过环境规划的指引作用、环境政策工具及环保制度的推动作用、以及环境法规的扶持规范作用,共同推动环境管理实践.
