A field-based system used to quantify the response of acid grassland to reduced atmospheric nitrogen and sulphur deposition, and to investigate the effects of elevated soil temperature on acid grassland development is described. The system is based on 12 retractable roofs, covering undisturbed experimental plots of acid grassland and three controls. Nine roofs are used to exclude natural precipitation and three roofs used to retain emitted IR radiation at night. An irrigation system has been developed to simulate natural precipitation, allowing for the application of specific treatment regimes of ambient, reduced nitrogen and reduced nitrogen/sulphur deposition beneath the nine rain exclusion plots. Plant, soil parameters, leachate chemistry and gaseous fluxes are being monitored and initial results on soil water chemistry are described. Warming appeared to enhance nitrate concentrations in soil water but this was not sustained beyond the first year of treatment. In contrast, the deposition reduction treatments decreased soil water nitrate concentrations within a few weeks of reducing deposition. This was not observed for other solutes such as sulphate or ammonium suggesting a more direct link between deposition of nitrate and leaching losses.  相似文献

以马来酸酐和乙酸铵为原料,在微波条件下用自催化法合成了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)。通过正交实验确定了最佳合成条件:n(乙酸铵):n(马来酸酐)=1.2,微波功率为1200W,反应时间为10min。在最佳合成条件下,PASP的收率为91.6%,PASP的黏均相对分子质量约为1.5×10^4。经红外光谱表征和核磁共振氢谱测试结果表明,PASP的各种主要官能团表现明显。当Ca^2+质量浓度为250mg/L、PASP加入量为3mg/L时,PASP的阻垢率达到95%,表明PASP具有较好的阻垢性能。  相似文献

In this study the degradation of polylactic acid (PLA) plastic films in Costa Rican soil and in a leaf composting environment was investigated. Three types of PLA films were used: Ch-I, (PLA monolayer plastic films from Chronopol, Golden, CO), GII (PLA trilayer plastic films from Cargill Dow Polymers LLC, Minnetonka, MN), and Ca-I (PLA monolayer plastic films from Cargill Dow Polymers LLC). The average soil temperature and moisture content in Costa Rica were 27°C and 80%, respectively. The average degradation rate of PLA plastic films in the soil of the banana field was 7675 M w/week. Two compost rows were set up at the Iowa State University (ISU) (Ames) compost site. Temperature and relative humidity of the compost rows were kept at 55 ± 5°C and 50 ± 10% RH, respectively. The degradation rates of GII and Ca-I in the compost rows were 113,290 and 71,283 M w/week, respectively. Therefore, it was estimated that in Costa Rican soil and in compost rows, PLA would be visibly degraded in 6 months and in 3 weeks, respectively.  相似文献

用改进聚乙烯醇-硼酸法将活性污泥制成固定化颗粒,考察了改进聚乙烯醇-硼酸法的最佳条件及固定化颗粒的性能。实验结果表明:改进聚乙烯醇-硼酸法的最佳条件为聚乙烯醇质量分数6.5%、包泥比(包埋剂与活性污泥质量比)1.2:1、二氧化硅质量分数1.5%、活性炭质量分数0.3%、海藻酸钠质量分数0.6%;用最佳条件下制得的固定化颗粒处理模拟化工废水,连续运行15d后的COD去除率达90%以上,且固定化颗粒耐冲击负荷和pH变化能力强;固定化颗粒对模拟化工废水的COD去除速率随进水COD的变化曲线类似于米氏方程所描述的反应初速度随底物浓度的变化规律。  相似文献

采用溶剂萃取、水法提取等方法从6-氨基青霉烷酸和7-氨基-3-去乙酰氧基头孢烷酸生产废液(简称废液)中回收苯乙酸(PAA),考察了各种因素对回收效果的影响。实验结果表明:以甲苯为萃取剂,在萃取温度30℃、萃取时间15m in、500mL废液中萃取剂加入量130mL的最佳条件下,萃取率为96.5%;在提取温度为65℃左右、结晶温度低于10℃的条件下,PAA收率大于89%,纯度大于99%;所得PAA产品质量好,可用于青霉素G等医药产品的生产。  相似文献

The analysis of 224 wet-only precipitation samples included pH and electrical conductivity, as well as major ions (Na+, , K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl, , ) and carboxylic acids (acetic, formic and oxalic) using ion chromatography. The volume weighted mean, VWM, of the anions , and Cl was, respectively, 20.3, 12.1 and 10.7 μmol l−1. Rainwater in S?o Paulo was acidic, with 55% of the samples exhibiting a pH below 5.6. The VWM of the free H+ was 6.27 μmol l−1), corresponding to a pH of 5.20. Ammonia (NH3), determined as (VWM = 32.8 μmol l−1), was the main acidity neutralizing agent. Considering that the H+ ion is the only counter ion produced from the non-sea-salt fraction of the dissociated anions, the contribution of each anion to the free acidity potential has the following profile: (31.1%), (26.0%), CH3COO (22.0%), Cl (13.7%), HCOO (5.4%) and (1.8%). The precipitation chemistry showed seasonal differences, with higher concentrations of ammonium and calcium during autumn and winter (dry period). The marine contribution was not significant, while the direct vehicular emission showed to be relevant in the ionic composition of precipitation.  相似文献

In this paper, we study empirically whether uncertainty has an influence on trade in the US sulfur dioxide allowances market. In particular, we investigate the role of uncertainty on banking behavior. To do this, we introduce a tractable, structural model of trading permits under uncertainty. The model establishes a relation between banking behavior and risk preferences, especially prudence in the Kimball (1990) sense. We then test this model using data on allowances, for utilities submitted to the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Acid Rain Program, carried over from one year to the next. Evidence is found of imprudence, namely, utilities bank permits in order to favor higher profits. Another finding is that larger utilities do not adopt behavior significantly different from that of smaller ones. 采用微生物筛选、纯化技术,获得了降解对苯二甲酸(TA)的YPC—TA1,YPC—TA2,YPC-TA3,YPC—TA44株菌株。将筛选出的TA降解菌固定化,处理初始TA质量浓度为2650mg/L的模拟废水,降解36h后TA去除率达100%。用TA降解芮在生物流化床反应器中处理PTA废水,最佳容积负荷为6.7kg/(m^3·d)。生物流化床反应器可在容积负荷为6.0~6.5kg/(m^3·d)的较佳条件下长周期稳定运行,COD去除率保持在91%左右,TA去除率保持在94%左右。低pH废水冲击和高容积负荷废水冲击时COD,TA去除率均明显下降,恢复正常讲水后3~4d,COD,TA去除率均恢复正常。  相似文献
