There is growing interest in solar batteries, especially for photovoltaic (PV) applications. Therefore, an accurate battery model is required for the PV system because of its influence on system efficiency. Several mathematical models of batteries have been described in the scientific literature. However, this paper reviews three electrochemical models most commonly used for PV systems, such as Shepherd, Manegon and Coppetti, in order to define the most appropriate model for PV systems. This paper discusses an application of the pattern search optimization technique to extract the parameters of three battery models derived from experimental test results obtained from sealed gelled lead acid batteries for both charge and discharge modes. A comparative case and regression analysis based on statistical tests and a quantitative method were conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the updated model from the three aforementioned. The simulation results and tests performed on the battery charge and discharge modes lead us as well to approve the algorithm’s accuracy regarding the updated model. 相似文献

株洲城郊农田土壤重金属污染特征与Pb同位素示踪 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
通过采集湖南株洲城郊农田区表层土壤(A层),并分析其Cd、Hg、Pb、Zn等重金属元素含量,研究了土壤中重金属元素的污染特征.为示踪这些金属元素的来源,选择农田区典型土壤样品及湘江沉积物、污染源区土壤样品,进行重金属元素含量和Pb同位素组成测定.结果表明,农田区A层土壤受到不同程度的重金属污染,其中,Cd、Hg、Pb、Zn含量最高,分别为21.71、24.52、261.49、577.94 mg·kg-1,且Cd、Pb、Zn元素之间显著相关,而研究区附近湘江水体和沉积物中这些元素含量没有增高,说明这些重金属不是来自湘江,而是可能主要来自冶炼厂;铅同位素显示,冶炼厂附近A层土壤206Pb/207Pb值(1.150~1.164)低于周边区域A层土壤(1.164~1.169),208Pb/206Pb值(2.108~2.122)高于周边地区(2.106~2.119),说明受到人为污染的影响.从污染区分布空间位置和铅同位素源解析的结果看,农田区土壤中Cd、Hg、Pb、Zn等重金属的主要污染源是冶炼厂的冶炼烟气粉尘及与农耕活动有关的其他人为污染. 相似文献

以硫化钠为硫化剂,机械化学硫化荧光灯管芯柱玻璃中金属铅,实现金属铅向硫化铅快速转化.通过单因素实验,考察了不同机械化学硫化条件,即球磨时间、球磨转速和球料比对硫化率的影响,并通过XRD、SEM和粒度对硫化产物进行表征.结果表明,硫化率随球磨时间和球磨转速的增大而增大,随球料比的增大先增大后减小,当球磨转速为750r/min、球磨时间为120min、球料比为50:1g/g时,荧光灯管芯柱玻璃中金属铅的硫化率可达96.18%.XRD结果表明,荧光灯管芯柱玻璃中金属铅的机械化学硫化产物为PbS、SEM和粒度结果表明,荧光灯管芯柱玻璃的粒径随球磨转速和球磨时间的增加而减小. 相似文献

Levels of heavy metals are usuallyhigher in adult than young birds because they eatlarger, more contaminated prey, or because they havehad longer to accumulate metals in their tissues.Further, levels of contaminants are usually less inbirds nesting on remote, offshore islands than inbirds breeding closer to mainland areas that areurbanized and industrialized. We examined the featherlevels of arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead, manganese,mercury, and selenium in adult sooty terns (Sterna fuscata), gray-backed terns (Sterna lunata), and brown noddy (Anous stolidus, and adult and young white terns (Gygis alba, fromMidway Atoll, and in adult and young sooty terns andadult brown noddy from Manana Island, Hawaii (chicksof other terns were not available). We tested andrejected the null hypotheses that metal levels are notsignificantly different among species, ages, andlocations. Despite their small size, adult white ternshad the highest levels of lead, arsenic and tin. Brownnoddies had the highest levels of cadmium, chromium,manganese, and selenium. Sooty and white terns had thehighest levels of mercury. Sooty tern adults hadsignificantly higher levels of cadmium, mercury, andselenium than young, while young had significantlyhigher levels of arsenic and manganese. White ternadults had significantly higher levels of selenium andtin than young, while young had higher levels ofcadmium and mercury than adults. Except for mercury,there were significant inter-location differenceswithin species in all heavy metals. Contrary toexpectation, where the differences were great, metalsgenerally were higher in the feathers of terns andnoddies from Midway than from Manana. 相似文献

Abstract The effects of cadmium and lead on chronic mercury accumulation were investigated in O. aureus. After 140 days’ exposure the accumulation of mercury in the liver, brain, gill filaments, intestine, caudal muscle, spleen, trunk kidney and eye was analysed. The exposure concentrations were 0.05, 0.10 and 0.20 mg/L for mercury alone. O. aureus was also exposed to mixtures of 0.05 mg/L mercury with lead (0.05 mg/L and 0.50 mg/L or cadmium (0.05 mg/L) and 0.10 mg/L mercury with 0.10 mg/L cadmium. In food fish, a knowledge of toxic metal accumulation patterns is of great importance because of their contribution to the human diet and, as fishmeal, to the diet of agricultural animals. The trunk kidney consistently accumulated higher concentrations of mercury than any of the other tissues investigated. 相似文献

Pollution is a global problem which affects various human population functions. Despite the decline in plasma lead (Pb) levels among the general population during the past 20 years, this metal continues to be a public health concern for individuals with past and present exposures. The objective of this study was to determine blood lead levels (BPbL) in the staff of Dandy Zinc Company and compare them to control subjects. The test group included 40 staff of Dandy Zinc Company of Zanjan, while controls were selected from general population. Five milliliters of blood and plasma was sent to Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AOEI) reference lab to measure BPbL by Flameless Atomic Absorption. BPbL in test group (16.6 + 8.18 µg dL?1) was significantly higher than control (10.47 + 2.10 µg dL?1). In both groups BPbL was significantly higher in smokers than non-smokers. Blood lead levels in molding workers were significantly higher than other workers. BPbL in exposed workers were directly related to duration of work and age. Data indicate Pb exposure was of significant magnitude to be a public health concern especially in zinc-and Pb-related industries. 相似文献

采用盆栽实验,研究外源添加过磷酸钙(SSP)、磷酸二铵(DAP)对于铅胁迫下水稻的生长、铅吸收和铅分布的影响.结果表明:在铅胁迫下,水稻根、茎叶、籽粒的生物量随着两种磷肥浓度的增大而增大,以施加DAP的水稻茎和叶生物量增幅最大,分别增加13.77%和44.17%.水稻体内铅大部分分布在细胞壁中,并随铅浓度的增加,两种磷肥提高了细胞壁对铅的固定能力,有效抑制了水稻对Pb的吸收,Pb在水稻体内的分布表现为根茎叶籽粒,其中SSP的效果大于DAP,施加SSP有效地降低了水稻籽粒Pb的含量. 相似文献

利用发根农杆菌诱导植物毛状根多被利用于药用植物生物技术工程方面.目前植物修复也利用毛状根生长快,侧根分支多与污染源接触表面积大等优点进行污染水体的修复.三叶鬼针草自然植株具有重金属Cd的超富集能力,本文利用发根农杆菌C58C1诱导三叶鬼针草叶片产生毛状根,在1/2MS的液体培养基能稳定、正常生长,并表现对重金属Cd、Pb极强的忍耐和蓄积能力.单一处理时,三叶鬼针草毛状根在Cd≤50μmol·L-1和Pb≤25μmol·L-1时均能正常生长,生物量积累与对照没有明显差异;随处理浓度增加,当Cd≥100μmol·L-1、Pb≥50μmol·L-1时,毛状根生物量积累明显受到抑制.Cd-Pb复合处理时,低浓度Cd(25μmol·L-1)与Pb复合处理,随Pb浓度增加(25、100、200μmol·L-1)三叶鬼针草毛状根生物量逐渐减少,抑制效应随Pb增加而加剧;高浓度Cd(200μmol·L-1)与Pb复合处理,随Pb浓度增加(25、100、200μmol·L-1)生物量逐渐减少,抑制效应随Pb增加而加剧.高浓度Cd与Pb复合处理,毛状根生长受到抑制更严重.单一处理时,当Cd≤50μmol·L-1时,随处理浓度增加Cd蓄积量增加,当Cd≥100μmol·L-1时,重金属蓄积量明显降低,随处理浓度进一步增加,重金属蓄积量已无明显变化.Pb≤100μmol·L-1处理时,毛状根对Pb蓄积量随处理浓度增加微弱降低,但不明显;当Pb≥200μmol·L-1时,随处理浓度增加,毛状根对Pb蓄积量明显降低.Cd-Pb复合胁迫,低、中Pb(Pb≤100μmol·L-1)促进毛状根对Cd富集,高浓度Pb(Pb≥200μmol·L-1)则抑制Cd的富集;低浓度Cd仅对低浓度25μmol·L-1时Pb有微弱促进积累效应,其余均抑制Pb富集.这说明三叶鬼针草毛状根可作为重金属Cd、Pb污染水体潜在的植物修复新材料. 相似文献
