大气中氯化氢常以气体或盐酸雾状态存在,氯化氢气体和大气中的水蒸气作用形成盐酸雾,具有强酸性,能刺激上呼吸粘膜,可引起气管炎,出现咳嗽、胸闷、头晕等症状。在硫氰酸汞分光光度法测定空气中氯化氢时,其方法灵敏、简便,但选择性差,影响因素较多,本文通过对氯化氢测定中硫氰酸汞浓度、试剂配制的方法、全程序空白测定及操作方法、采样过程等因素进行总结、探讨和分析,确定适合的测定条件,提高测定结果的准确度和精密度。  相似文献

在硫酸介质中,在非离子表面活性剂乳化剂OP和邻菲啉共同存在下,铁(Ⅲ)与硫氰酸钾形成红色配合物,其最大吸收波长为522nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.07…10 ̄4L/mol.cm,铁(Ⅲ)含量在0—50μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律.该法操作简便、快速.选择性好,应用于土壤有效铁和植物中铁的测定.结果令人满意.  相似文献

研究了恩诺沙星、硫氰酸红霉素暴露对铜绿微囊藻生长和生理的影响.结果显示恩诺沙星、硫氰酸红霉素对铜绿微囊藻的生长有抑制作用,且96h-EC50分别为84.6,48.2mg/L;对铜绿微囊藻的叶绿素荧光和光合色素含量的影响一致,表现为浓度-效应关系;对可溶性蛋白含量的影响表现为低促高抑的现象;丙二醛含量随着抗生素浓度的增加显著增加.可见,恩诺沙星和硫氰酸红霉素能够阻碍铜绿微囊藻的光合作用,抑制可溶性蛋白的合成,从而影响铜绿微囊藻的正常生长.  相似文献

采用硫氰酸盐沉铜法回收铜基钯镍退镀液中的铜。沉铜的优化工艺条件为初始Cu~(2+)质量浓度3.84 g/L、Cu~(2+)与Na SCN及Na_2SO_3摩尔比1∶4∶0.6、沉铜反应温度30℃,陈化时间24 h,沉铜反应后退镀液中Cu~(2+)残留量仅为0.025 mg/L。在此条件下加入聚乙二醇1.5 g/L,并提高分散液温度至50℃,可制得平均粒径为0.472μm的CuSCN超细粉体。CuSCN粉体为类球形,为含α、β两种晶型的混晶。  相似文献

In acidic solution, thiocyanate molecules reacted with ferric ions to produce red complexes. The concentration of thiocyanate could be determined by spectrophotometer. The effects of wavelength, volume of color reagent, acidity and color time on absorbance were investigated. The interferences of co-existing ion were discussed as well. Results showed that the relation between absorbance and the concentration of thiocyanate was in accord with Beer's law when the concentration of thiocyanate was 2-20 mg/L. The linear regression equation was Absorbance = 0.0523 Concentration-0.0156, with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The average recovery rates of two kinds of vacuum carbonate desulfurization wastewater were 100.95% and 99.62%, and relative standard deviations were 0.79% and 0.14% respectively. It shows that the method was quick, high precision, accurate and easy to handle.  相似文献

A hydrotalcite with Mg/AI molar ratio 2 was prepared by co-precipitation method and was characterized by XRD, TG/DTA, Zeta potential and BET surface area. The hydrotalcite was calcined at 500℃, with the dehydration from interlayer, the dehydroxilation from the brucite-like layer and the decomposition of carbonate successively, transformed into the mixed oxide type. The removal of thiocyanate from aqueous solution by using the original hydrotalcite and calcined hydrotalcite (HTC-500) was investigated. The results showed that the thiocyanate adsorption capacity of calcined hydrotalcite was much higher than that of the original form. Calcined hydrotalcite was particularly effective at removing thiocyanate, and that the effective range of pH for the thiocyanate removal are between 5.5-10.0. The experimental data of thiocyanate removal fit nicely with Langmuir isotherm, and the saturated adsorption uptake was 96.2 mg SCN-/g HTC-500. The adsorption of thiocyanate by calcined hydrotalcite follows first-order kinetics. And the intercalation to the structure recovery for calcined hydrotalcite. But the presence of additional anions could affect the adsorption behavior of thiocyanate.  相似文献

焦化废水活性污泥中降解硫氰化物细菌种群多样性分析   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2  
硫氰化物(SCN-)是焦化废水中COD的主要来源之一,其在生物处理工艺好氧段的去除效果直接影响出水的达标排放,活性污泥中的微生物种群在SCN-生物处理中发挥重要作用.以SCN-为唯一碳源和能源驯化活性污泥,研究其对100、300和600 mg·L-1SCN-浓度的去除降解效果,并利用454测序技术解析污泥中降解SCN-的细菌多样性.结果表明,驯化污泥能有效去除100~600 mg·L-1SCN-,SCN-浓度越高,去除速率越高,然而细菌群落多样指数越低;原始污泥和驯化污泥的细菌门类群主要为Proteobacteria、Bacteroidetes、Chlorobi、Planctomycetes、Acidobacteria、Nitrospira、Firmicutes和Unclassified,其中Proteobacteria和Bacteroidetes门占主导地位;Thiobacillus是主要的SCN-降解菌,在3个污泥样品中的丰度分别为3.07%、8.63%和0.27%.Thiobacillus是浓度小于300 mg·L-1SCN-时焦化废水中主要的SCN-降解菌,而在600 mg·L~(-1) SCN-高浓度时低丰度的SCN-降解菌群可能发挥协同降解作用.这些结果为揭示焦化废水处理SCN-污染物的去除机制提供了基础.  相似文献

研究发现 ,在水溶液中Cu(Ⅱ )与硫氰酸铵、氯化十四烷基二甲基苄基铵形成不溶于水的三元缔合物 ,在少量氯化钠存在下此三元缔合物沉淀浮于水相上层并与水分成界面清晰的两相 ,分相过程中Cu(Ⅱ )被定量浮选。实现了Cu(Ⅱ )与Fe(Ⅲ )、Ni(Ⅱ )、Mn(Ⅱ )、Al(Ⅲ )等离子的分离 ,是一种无毒且更为简便、经济、快速的分离方法。  相似文献

The microwave radiation oxidation process, Fenton as catalytic agent, was used to remove the thiocyanate from the industrial wastewater. The effects of microwave power, radiation time, pH and the feeding in ways of catalyst on the degradation rate of synthetic wastewater were investigated using the microwave radiation oxidation process by orthogonal experiment. The results show Fenton catalyst ratio was 1:20, the microwave radiation power was 900 W, the microwave radiation time was 7 min and the value of pH was 3. Under the optimum conditions, the removal of KSCN can reach over 90%. The apparent kinetics of removal was studied, which conformed to kinetics first-class reaction. In short, for the thiocyanate from the industrial wastewater, microwave-Fenton oxidation method is feasible and effective.  相似文献
