电路板因为具有韧性高、多组分的特性,在处理过程中不易被破碎。辊式破碎机具有结构简单、工作可靠、能耗低等特点,可用于废旧电路板的粗碎环节。该类辊式破碎机主要由电机、减速器、轴、齿辊、齿轮等组成,齿盘的齿牙形状、尺寸、排列可按电路板物料性质进行设计。首先通过设计计算并使用UG NX软件建立虚拟样机,分析了片状物料在破碎中受力情况;再使用Nastran模块对辊式破碎机的重要部件齿盘进行有限元分析,得出齿盘上承受载荷比较大的位置并对此提出了强化措施。 相似文献

开展了烟气条件下疏散指示能见度的初步研究.首先通过实验统计分析了观察者给出的烟气条件下疏散指示能见度等级变化规律,重点分析了疏散指示的亮度对能见度的作用,发现亮度是影响能见度的主要因素.这区别于无烟条件下疏散指示能见度的主要影响因素: 亮度、大小和颜色.然后对实验过程中采集到的图像进行分析,获得了疏散指示亮度信息的图像特征--对比度的变化,发现烟气条件下疏散指示图像的对比度变化信息较好地符合了观察者对疏散指示能见度等级评价的变化规律,且在烟气浓度变化缓慢的条件下可以细致评价疏散指示性能,故采用对比度信息来衡量烟气条件下疏散指示的安全性有更大的安全余量.结果表明,数字图像分析是量化烟气条件下疏散指示能见度的一种有效方法. 相似文献

Abstract The effects of radiation on physical and motor development of male and female rats exposed to ionizing radiation in utero were studied. Rats were exposed to three different doses of radiation (150 rad, 15 rad and 6.8 rad, considered as high, moderate and low doses of radiation respectively) on the 20th day of prenatal life. Exposure to 150 rad contributed to significantly lower body weights of both male and female rat offspring. Upper jaw tooth eruption was delayed in 150 rad treated male offspring, as well as in 15 rad and 150 rad treated female offspring. Cliff‐avoidance response was delayed in 6.8 rad, 15 rad, and 150 rad treated male offspring; and 150 rad treated female offspring. Lower jaw tooth eruption, eye opening, and crawling were not affected by radiation in male or female animals. Results indicate that radiation affected the developmental parameters of both male and female rat offspring, and sex of the offspring played no role in the magnitude of radiation induced damages. 相似文献

Hydrographs were modeled by a conceptual model of three linear cascade reservoirs. Mean rainfall was calculated using the block Kriging method. The optimal parameters for 42 events from 1966-2008 were calibrated using an optimal algorithm. Rationality of generated runoffs was well compared with a trusty model. Model efficacy was verified using seven averaged parameters with 25 other events. Hydrograph components were characterized based on 42 calibration results. The following conclusions were obtained: (1) except for multipeak storms, a correlation between base time of the surface runoff and soil antecedent moisture is a decreasing power relationship; (2) a correlation between time lag of the surface flow and soil antecedent moisture for single-peak storms is an increasing power relationship; (3) for single-peak events, times to peak of hydrograph components are an increasing power correlation corresponding to the peak time of rainfall; (4) the peak flows of hydrograph components are linearly proportional to that of total runoff, and the peak ratio for the surface runoff to total runoff is approximately 78 and 13% for subsurface runoff to total runoff; and (5) the relationships of total discharges have direct ratios between hydrograph components and observations of total runoffs, and a surface runoff is 60 and 32% for a subsurface runoff. 相似文献

Pool fires are the most common of all process industry accidents. Pool fires often trigger explosions which may result in more fires, causing huge losses of life and property. Since both the risk and the frequency of occurrence of pool fires are high, it is necessary to model the risks associated with pool fires so as to correctly predict the behavior of such fires.Among the parameters which determine the overall structure of a pool fire, the most important is turbulence. It determines the extent of interaction of various parameters, including combustion, wind velocity, and entrainment of the ambient air. Of the various approaches capable of modeling the turbulence associated with pool fires, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has emerged as the most preferred due to its ability to enable closer approximation of the underlying physical phenomena.A review of the state of the art reveals that although various turbulence models exist for the simulation of pool fire no single study has compared the performance of various turbulence models in modeling pool fires. To cover this knowledge-gap an attempt has been made to employ CFD in the assessment of pool fires and find the turbulence model which is able to simulate pool fires most faithfully. The performance of the standard k–? model, renormalization group (RNG) k–? model, realizable k–? model and standard k–ω model were studied for simulating the experiments conducted earlier by Chatris et al. (2001) and Casal (2013). The results reveal that the standard k–? model enabled the closest CFD simulation of the experimental results. 相似文献

Forty-five skulls of European brown bears from the Central Forest Nature Reserve and adjacent regions were examined in detail.
The frequencies of oligodonty, dental caries, parodontosis, and traumatized teeth were estimated. A total of 12 variants of
the tooth formula were described. The sample under study was distinguished from the populations examined previously by the
lowest frequency of oligodonty. Dental caries in one or several teeth, caused by mechanical damage or malocclusion, occurred
in 14% of animals. Strong wear marks on the canines caused by feeding on oats frequently resulted in broken canines in bears

绿色絮凝剂PAS的性能及混凝机理探讨 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
通过向聚硅酸中加入一种高价亲生物环保的金属离子Ti4+,制备了一种适合处理长江水的绿色絮凝剂PAS,并且通过实验确定了其处理长江水的最佳处理条件:酸性聚硅酸与Ti金属盐溶液复合,nTi/nSi=0.3;投加量为10 mg/L(以Ti4+计),pH=6~8,UV254的去除率>61.7%,浊度去除率>99%。PAS的混凝效果明显优于聚合铝和聚硅铝,而且矾花形成迅速,絮体密实、沉降快、出水更加清澈,无残留铝。Ti也是亲生物金属,健康环保。因此,PAS是绿色环保友好型絮凝剂,可作为饮用水专用絮凝剂。观察所形成絮体的形貌以及观测红外光谱图均发现,絮凝剂对胶体颗粒污染物有较好的架桥网捕与络合反应作用。 相似文献

取食品生产废水处理中试工程运行中现有的厌氧颗粒污泥进行活性抑制与恢复试验。通过慢性致毒与急性致毒作用的对比,分析酸性条件对颗粒污泥的抑制作用,研究颗粒污泥的耐酸性,并考察污泥活性恢复方法。结果表明:当进水pH=6.5,颗粒污泥活性受到轻微抑制,不影响系统的稳定运行;当pH值下降至4.5时,COD去除率和产甲烷量均趋于零。同时使用调节进水pH值、降低进水有机负荷、提高进水碱度以及调整水力停留时间等4种方法能有效恢复污泥活性,活性达到抑制前的80%左右。 相似文献

This study reports the 137Cs data derived from three regional and national scale High Resolution Airborne Resource and Environmental Surveys (HiRES) in northern Britain and Ireland. The detailed spatial resolution, combined with the large areas these surveys collectively cover, gives insight into large-scale deposition patterns and possible subsequent re-distribution of 137Cs on a level that was previously not possible. The largest survey area considered covers the whole of Northern Ireland. All three data sets display some clustering of higher 137Cs activities on high ground together with regional scale NNW-SSE and NW-SE banding features. We interpret these as representing a series of rainfall interceptions of the repeated passage of the Chernobyl plume. Our observations, obtained at 200 m flight line intervals, appear to provide significant detail in relation to existing knowledge of large scale along-wind deposition of 137Cs. 相似文献

在Wickens的人类信息加工模型的基础上,加入注意功能、情景意识、内部和外部操作成形因素,建立了管制员信息处理模型。按照该模型,空中交通管制人为差错可按照认知领域分为感知与警觉性差错、短时记忆差错、长时记忆差错、判断与计划差错、响应选择差错和响应执行差错;影响管制员操作的情境条件可分为外部操作成形因素和内部操作成形因素。对以往空管人为差错的分析表明,在信息加工层面分类的人为差错更宜于确定差错的心理致因。基于该理论模型的差错分类系统可以改进人为差错分析的有效性和一致性,从而提高差错管理的有效性。 相似文献
