基于UML的放射源贮存库管理系统设计

随着放射性同位素在油井钻探、测试等领域中的广泛应用,放射源的种类及数量越来越大,使用频率越来越高,传统的管理方法已经不适应现代条件下的放射源管理需求。本文从放射源管理中的重要环节——贮存库管理系统入手,以UML为工具,对贮存库管理系统的需求模型和系统模型进行了设计,以提高放射源管理水平。     

中日安全生产监管体系的比较分析

近年来,虽然我国安全生产形势出现了好转,但安全生产形势仍然严峻,不容乐观。本文在对中、日两国安全生产形势进行分析的基础上,对比分析了中、日两国的安全生产监督管理体系,并归纳总结了日本安全生产监督管理体系的借鉴之处,指出了我国安全生产监督管理体系中存在的问题,以为我国安全生产监督管理体系的不断完善和健康发展提供借鉴。     

基于ANFIS模型的基坑工程位移反分析

在软土地基深基坑开挖支护工程的设计与施工中,岩土体力学参数的取值问题是关键。基于MATLAB(R2007a)模糊工具箱中的自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS)对基坑岩土体力学参数进行了位移反演分析,并结合汉口火车站出站厅基坑工程实例,动态反演了具体参数,检验了反演精度,从而验证了该方法用于基坑工程位移反分析的可行性及工程适用性。     

气体脱硫胺液系统的清洁生产

分析了气体脱硫装置胺液系统污染物的主要来源和危害,通过采取清洁生产工艺、材质升级、在线净化复活、停工清扫塔器和新脱硫剂补充置换等措施,取得了较好的效果.     

Minimizing leakage from a smelter off-gas system by enhanced control

The off-gas handling system is a vital component of a smelter and it is essential that it operates in accordance with environmental regulations. A key feature of the off-gas management system is maintaining a slightly negative system pressure to prevent gas leakage, such as SO₂, out into the work and external environments. To enhance sustainable development, there is also growing interest in capturing and reusing the significant amount of heat and CO₂ contained within off-gas. The potential incorporation of heat and CO₂ recovery systems places importance on enhancing control to minimize the risk of both gas leakage and disturbance of the smelting process. With these requirements in mind, an easily implementable feedforward control enhancement to existing control schemes is proposed to help provide improved performance.     

Designing the sustainable product-service integration: a product-service blueprint approach

As a means for providing the sustainable production and consumption, the concept of product-service system (PSS) has received increasing attention. What is at the core in the PSS is the design, since it determines the distinctive characteristics and quality of PSS. Even though some tools have been suggested for PSS design, previous tools mainly focus on identifying the relationship between actors in a conceptual level. Despite the fact that it is significant and cannot be neglected, what is more important in a practical situation is to represent the detailed flow or relationship of PSS elements, with the consideration of products and services. In response, this paper proposes a ‘‘product-service blueprint’ which is a new and systematic way to elucidate the relationship between products and services, providing the implication of how PSS can provide the sustainable production and consumption. Employing the service blueprint as a starting point, new areas, lines, and symbols are introduced to represent the distinctive features of PSS. The proposed product-service blueprint represents the product use throughout the life cycle, service flow from the management to the customer, and the relationship between products and services. Taken together, the product-service blueprint will help both managers and researchers to promote the product-service integration under the concrete framework.     

空调系统冷冻水循环水泵变频运行的变温差控制

在分析空调系统变流量运行调节的基础上,提出了变温差控制并给出了控制方案。变温差控制过程不仅具有负反馈,而且具有正反馈,能较好的适应空调负荷的变化。比较分析了变温差控制、定温差控制、定压差控制的节能性,变温差控制的节能潜力最大,是一种最佳控制方式。     

电镀行业清洁生产指标体系的修正

文章旨在通过剖析清洁生产指标体系建立的全过程,发现《电镀行业清洁生产指标体系(试行)》存在的缺陷与不足,并进行修正,采用层次分析法对修正后的定量指标体系赋权.最后选用三家电镀企业,对修正前后的指标体系进行评价与对比,并据此证明:修正后的指标体系更能客观评价企业真实的清洁生产水平.     

基于灰色系统理论的军机维修性定性要求评价

目的综合考虑军用飞机维修性定性要求,系统地研究其评价方法。方法构建军用飞机维修性定性要求评价指标体系,基于灰色系统理论,建立灰色聚类评价模型。结果运用模型对某型军用飞机维修性定性要求进行了评价应用,结果为"良"。结论可为客观评价军机满足维修性定性要求的程度评价提供技术方法支持。     

火炬系统安全隐患分析与整改措施

对近年火炬系统安全事故作了分析,结合石化企业火炬系统运行的现状,提出完善火炬管网、分液罐、气柜联锁和自动点火及长明灯等安全设施的建议。
