锰过氧化物酶(MnP)对农药毒死蜱降解的初步研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以广泛使用的有机磷杀虫剂毒死蜱为研究对象,利用白腐菌P.sordida YK-624菌株所产锰过氧化物酶(MnP)对其进行生物降解的初步研究。首先比较确定了MnP降解毒死蜱所需要的降解体系,即对于毒死蜱的降解,需要在有机酸(丙二酸)存在的缓冲体系中进行,此体系不需要表面活性剂Tween 80,但必须含有Mn2+和葡萄糖氧化酶氧化葡萄糖产生的H2O2。随后对主要影响因素的试验结果表明,MnP降解毒死蜱较好的条件是在pH 4.5的丙二酸缓冲体系中含7.5 mmol/L MnSO4、2.5 mmol/L葡萄糖以及40 U葡萄糖氧化酶,温度30℃。此时,400 U/L的MnP可将30 mg/L的毒死蜱经3 d时间降解77.51%。同时,利用GC-MS对毒死蜱酶降解后的产物进行了初步分析,得到1种可能的酶解产物O,O,O’,O’-四乙基二硫代焦磷酸酯,不同于水解和细菌降解途径,值得进行进一步研究。 相似文献

大豆营养丰富,保健功能强,其蛋白质含量高达36%以上,而胆固醇含量极低,因此已成为人们摄取植物性蛋白的主要来源之一。为了提高国民素质,根据《中国食物结构改革与发展纲要》,中国己于1996年9月正式启动了大豆行动计划,发展大豆生产,积极引导消费,鼓励国民特别是中小学生饮用豆奶,食用豆制品。随着大豆计划的实施,豆制品生产的供与求将越来越大,相应地其废水排放量也越来越大,因此豆制品废水的处理显得十分紧迫[1-4],采用厌氧好氧法处理模拟豆制品废水,考察曝气时间对厌氧处理后废水处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:进水COD为420 mg/L~580 mg/L,对废水中的COD、NH4+-N、PO34--P有较好的去除能力。该系统运行稳定,工艺可行。 相似文献

重庆渝北地区表层土壤硒含量分布与农业经济意义 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
通过对重庆渝北地区表层土壤网格化取样分析及岩、土、植物样的分析评价,阐述了Se元素的含量水平、空间分布与农业经济意义,并编制富硒土壤分布图。研究区表层土壤Se背景平均值为0.205mg.kg-1。土壤Se分布主要受地层、岩性及土壤对Se元素富集特性的控制。区内富硒土面积208.25km2,占全区11.57%,足硒土面积576km2,占全区32%。最具开发潜力的富硒土区为"北碚天府-工农-代家沟"一带(Ⅰ区),面积为36.8km2,富、足硒土次之(Ⅱ、III区),面积为110.3km2。富硒土区白菜、卷心菜等十字花科作物,水稻、玉米等粮食作物为富硒无公害或绿色农产品,具较大的农业经济意义。 相似文献

电力负荷预测是电力系统规划和电网运行的重要内容、前提和基础。科学、准确的电力需求预测对电力工业的健康发展,乃至对整个国民经济的发展均有着十分重要的意义。针对我国1995年至2008年人口、GDP和全社会用电量的历史数据,基于多元线性回归分析进行中、长期电力负荷预测,多元线性回归模型通过变量GDP和人口进行全社会用电量的电力负荷定量预测。结果表明模型的有效性,为电力负荷预测的滚动修正,进而为电力负荷控制和预测提供科学依据。 相似文献

Abstract In this article, the convective heat transfer coefficients of various agricultural products were investigated under open sun drying conditions. Data obtained from open sun drying experiments for eight agricultural products, namely, mulberry, strawberry, apple, garlic, potato, pumpkin, eggplant, and onion were used to determine values of convective heat transfer coefficient. The value of convective heat transfer coefficient was determined as 1.861 W/m2°C for mulberry, 6.691 W/m2°C for strawberry, 11.323 W/m2°C for apple, 1.136 W/m2°C for garlic, 8.224 W/m2°C for potato, 8.613 W/m2°C for pumpkin, 6.981 W/m2°C for eggplant, and 6.767 W/m2°C for onion. Many businesses are recognising that environmental consciousness is an important concept for survival in today's highly competitive market. This paper presents a project in which quality function deployment (QFD) for environment (QFDE) has been applied to an Indian rotary switch manufacturing organisation to enable environmentally conscious design at the early stage of product development. QFDE consists of four phases. QFDE phases I and II are concerned with the identification of the rotary switch parts that are important in enhancing environmental consciousness. QFDE phases III and IV are concerned with the evaluation of the effect of design improvement on environmental quality requirements. The results obtained from the case study revealed that QFDE could be applied in the early stage of rotary switch product development as it identified the vital components from an environmental perspective and enabled the options for design improvement to be effectively evaluated. This paper proposes an optimum system design method that especially considers product lifecycles and aims to help designers make effective decisions during the product design phase. By considering and estimating all lifecycle factors of cost and environmental impact in addition to the product performance, this method facilitates development of optimum design solutions that incorporate requirements pertaining to the product's entire lifecycle. Furthermore, quantitative estimation of lifecycle factors enables the numerical expression of optimum solutions, rather than depending primarily on experiment and designer intuition. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, this paper develops an optimum system design method for a milling machine as an example of a machine product designed for long term use. The lifecycle cost and the lifecycle environmental impact are generally expressed as the summation of each value during manufacturing phase, usage phase, disposal phase and recycling phase. In this example model, Eco-indicator 99 is used to evaluate environmental impact. In the proposed lifecycle design optimisation method, the relationships among the product performance, the lifecycle cost and the lifecycle environmental impact are evaluated as a multi-objective optimisation problem. Analysis of the obtained Pareto optimum solution sets subsequently enables designers to pursue breakthrough product design solutions. 相似文献

Recovery of used products has become a field of rapidly growing importance in reverse supply chain management. Product recovery includes collection, inspection/separation, disassembly, reconditioning/reuse, remanufacturing, and recycling. In real time situations, the collection of end‐of‐life (EoL) products from the customer and their return to the manufacturer is tedious and time consuming. Reduced product life cycles have increased the rate of product returns and disposals. Owing to shortened product economic life cycles, the recovery of value from EoL products is becoming a necessity. Companies have realised the value that they could recover by remanufacturing or recycling EoL products. Researchers have developed various models for product recovery network design, optimal inventory, production planning and control, remanufacturing, recycling, disposal, etc. The main purpose of this paper is to review the literature on EoL product recovery and inventory management issues in reverse supply chains and to outline some future directions for research on these issues. 相似文献
