固定化菌藻系统及对污水中氮磷营养盐的净化效果   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
利用海藻酸钙分别包埋固定小球藻、活性污泥及其两者混合物.研究固定态小球藻与悬浮态小球藻对污水中氮磷营养盐的处理效果,实验结果表明固定态藻对氮磷的去除效果明显优于悬浮态藻,其原因主要由于海藻酸钙凝胶对氮磷的吸附,系统pH值提高引起氨的气提及磷酸盐的沉淀作用.研究固定化藻、同定化活性污泥及共固定化菌藻分别对污水中氮磷营养盐的处理效果,在同等条件下,固定化菌藻对氮磷的去除效果优于固定化活性污泥和固定化藻类.这项研究显示菌藻共生在污水处理中具有较大的潜力.  相似文献

基于高光谱特征提取的藻类叶绿素a反演模型   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
选取自然界中分布较广泛的小球藻和铜绿微囊藻为研究对象,进行室内藻类光谱试验,同步测定其ρ(叶绿素a),并分别建立基于混合高斯函数的小球藻和铜绿微囊藻高光谱信息模型. 在此基础上,利用模拟退火算法实现模型的非线性参数拟合,提取这2种藻的高光谱特征,通过非线性回归分析,反演得到分解后的高光谱信息模型的峰高(hi)与ρ(叶绿素a)的定量模型,实现对水体中小球藻和铜绿微囊藻ρ(叶绿素a)的预测. 结果表明:藻类高光谱特征提取算法能有效揭示小球藻和铜绿微囊藻的光谱本质特征,并得出相应的小球藻和铜绿微囊藻叶绿素a反演模型.   相似文献

Previous studies have suggested that testosterone (T) profiles of male birds reflect a trade-off between mate attraction behaviours (requiring high T levels) and parental care activities (requiring low T levels). In this study, we experimentally elevated T levels of monogamous males in the facultatively polygynous European starling (Sturnus vulgaris), and compared mate attraction and paternal behaviour of T-treated males with those of controls (C-males). T-males significantly reduced their participation in incubation and fed nestlings significantly less often than C-males. Females paired to T-treated males did not compensate for their mate’s lower paternal effort. The observed reduction in a male’s investment in incubating the eggs was accompanied by an increased investment in typical female-attracting behaviours: T-males spent a significantly higher proportion of their time singing to attract additional females. They also occupied more additional nestboxes than C-males, although the differences just failed to be significant, and carried significantly more green nesting materials into an additional nestbox (a behaviour previously shown to serve a courtship function). T-males also behaved significantly more aggressively than C-males. During the nestling period, the frequency of mate-attracting behaviours by T-treated and control males no longer differed significantly. Despite the reduced paternal effort by T-males and the lack of compensation behaviour by females, hatching and breeding success did not differ significantly between T- and C-pairs. 通过测定不同SO2、NO以及不同烟尘浓度条件下,小球藻ZY-1的生长速率及其对CO2的固定速率,研究烟气中NO和SO2及烟尘等环境因子对小球藻ZY-1的生长及其CO2固定效果的影响.研究结果表明,烟气中的SO2是以增加培养液中的SO24-浓度及降低pH值的形式来影响ZY-1的生长及其对CO2的固定的.当SO2体积浓度大于50×10-6时,需要进行烟气脱硫或控制培养液pH值变化来消除其影响;烟气中NO的体积浓度不高于300×10-6时,不影响ZY-1的生长及其对CO2的固定,可作为氮源供ZY-1生长用;对经过一般除尘处理的烟气,在利用小球藻ZY-1固定CO2时可不考虑溶解性烟尘的影响.研究结果证明利用小球藻ZY-1固定烟气中的CO2是可行的.  相似文献

The toxicity of naphthalene to a freshwater microalga, Chlorella pyrenoidosa, and the subsequent recovery of algae from the damage were investigated under two nutrient conditions, either enriched with nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P), or starved of N and P. Results showed that C. pyrenoidosa was more sensitive to naphthalene under N,P-enriched condition, and the inhibitory rate generally increased at first and then decreased gradually with the evaporation of naphthalene under both nutrient conditions. Enriched N, P reduced the inhibitory rate at initial naphthalene concentration of 5 and 10 mg/L, but enhanced it at 100 mg/L, at which more severe ultrastructure damages were found than those under N,P-starved condition. Observed damages included partly or totally disappearance of nucleolus, nuclear, and plasma membranes. According to the chlorophyll content and cell density measurements, C. pyrenoidosa could recover from naphthalene damage with initial concentrations 6 50 mg/L in 7 days under both nutrient conditions, while they could not recover if the initial concentration of naphthalene was at 100 mg/L. Under the N,P-starved condition, the inability of C. pyrenoidosa to recover from the naphthalene damage was consistent with the results of high inhibitory rate, low value of specific growth rate (SGR, 0.05 day??1), and the severe destruction of cell structure. However, under the N,P-enriched conditions, the observed lower inhibitory rate, higher value of SGR (0.55 day??1), and the intact cell structure of most cells suggested that algae could potentially recover from the naphthalene damage.  相似文献

考察了不同浓度双酚A(BPA)对普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)生长特性的影响,以及普通小球藻生长过程对BPA的去除效能.研究表明,低浓度BPA(0~20 mg·L-1)对普通小球藻生长具有促进作用,而高浓度BPA(20~50 mg·L-1)对普通小球藻生长具有抑制作用,且抑制效应与BPA浓度呈正相关关系.低剂量BPA(<20 mg·L-1)对叶绿素含量并无明显的影响,高剂量BPA(>20 mg·L-1)造成叶绿素含量降低.在BPA初始浓度2~50 mg·L-1的范围内,普通小球藻对其都有一定的去除效能,单位普通小球藻对BPA去除速率与其初始浓度呈正相关关系.BPA投加量为50 mg·L-1时,BPA去除速率最大,且最大速率出现于延滞期与对数期之间.  相似文献

水体中农药复合污染产生的毒性效应具有潜在风险。为系统考察有机磷农药(OPs)混合物对淡水生态系统中绿藻的联合毒性效应,以马拉硫磷(MIT)、敌敌畏(DDVP)、敌百虫(TRC)、乐果(DIT)和氧乐果(OMT)等5种OPs作为混合物组分,运用直接均分射线法设计9组二元混合物体系共45条混合物射线。利用96孔微板测定5种OPs及其二元混合物对蛋白核小球藻(C. pyrenoidosa)的生长抑制毒性,通过基于置信区间的组合指数法分析混合物的联合毒性及毒性相互作用。结果表明,以p EC50为毒性指标,5种OPs对C. pyrenoidosa的毒性大小顺序为:TRCMITDDVPOMTDIT,OPs对C. pyrenoidosa的毒性大小受其中心磷原子的电正性影响;因混合组分的不同,部分OPs混合物对C. pyrenoidosa的联合毒性依赖于组分浓度比; OPs混合物对C. pyrenoidosa的毒性相互作用以加和为主,部分发生拮抗作用,发生拮抗作用的混合体系具有低效应区域呈加和作用,高效应区域呈拮抗作用的规律;与MIT混合的体系均有发生拮抗作用,且依赖于MIT浓度,MIT浓度比例越高,拮抗作用越强,OPs混合物的毒性相互作用与组分浓度比相关; OPs混合物的毒性相互作用组分浓度比依赖性与其联合毒性的组分浓度比依赖性规律不相关。  相似文献

乙草胺是我国使用量最大的除草剂之一,在水体中广泛存在。已有研究证明,乙草胺对人类、老鼠和鱼类具有毒害效应,而关于其对浮游植物影响的研究较少。以蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)为模型,使用1~10 000μg·L~(-1)的乙草胺对其进行7 d的暴露实验,考察小球藻生长性能、叶绿素含量、光合作用产氧量以及光合作用相关基因(pbsA、rbcL和rbcS)表达的变化。结果表明,较低浓度的乙草胺可刺激蛋白核小球藻生长,而较高浓度乙草胺则会抑制其生长;并且乙草胺会通过影响小球藻叶绿素的含量而影响光合作用产氧量;小球藻光合作用相关基因pbsA、rbcL和rbcS表达大多显著上升,这可能是对乙草胺胁迫响应的反馈调节。研究表明,乙草胺会对蛋白核小球藻的生长及光合作用产生影响。  相似文献

采用臭氧氧化法对生活垃圾焚烧厂沥滤液经生化处理后的废水(称沥滤液生化处理水)进行深度处理。实验结果表明,COD降解速率随废水pH的提高明显增加,其中pH=10.5时的COD降解速率常数约为pH=4时的5.8倍。在臭氧投量为52.92 mg/min、pH=10.5的条件下反应70 min后,UV254和COD去除率分别达到84.7%和59.3%。向反应体系投加叔丁醇后COD去除率下降了约15%,由羟自由基氧化去除的COD占总COD去除量的26.7%。毒性实验结果表明,沥滤液生化处理水的96 h-EC50为38%,经臭氧氧化进一步处理后出水的96 h-EC50为77%,表明经臭氧深度处理后沥滤液生化处理水的毒性明显降低。  相似文献

The results of four experiments on acidification effects upon the Enchytraeid worm populations of ombrotrophic peats are reported. in the first, populations were measured in peats from Calluna vulgaris-dominated microcosms collected from along a gradient in N deposition in the UK and subjected for 18 months to simulated precipitation with a solute composition appropriate for their site of collection. There was a significant decline in Enchytraeid population along the N deposition gradient for Calluna-dominant microcosms, but when grasses took over from the Calluna, Enchytraeid numbers increased significantly. in the second experiment, two sets of peat moorland microcosms from a single site, supporting Calluna and Calluna-grass mixed vegetation, were subjected for 12 months to ambient and 2- and 6-times the ambient N deposition. Additional N was added in two forms, as ammonium sulphate and as nitric acid. the high N treatments significantly reduced the Enchytraeid populations for both vegetation types. in a third experiment, the pH preference for the Enchytraeids was assessed using interconnected tubes of peat covering the pH range 2.2-8.7. the preferred pH range after 8 months was 2.7-3.7. in the final experiment, it was found that recolonization with Enchytraeids after initial removal was more rapid under grass dominant vegetation than under Calluna dominant vegetation.  相似文献
