采用不同液相还原法制备纳米Fe0、Fe/Ni和Fe/Cu粒子,将其与反硝化细菌混合应用于地下水NO3--N去除研究。考察3种体系对NO3--N去除速率的影响,并对其脱氮产物及RNA水平上纳米铁系双金属对反硝化细菌的毒性效应进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,9 d内纳米Fe0体系可完全将NO3--N去除,过程中伴随NO2--N先升高后降低的生成趋势,NH 4+-N生成52%;纳米Fe/Ni体系脱氮速率最快,6 d内可将NO 3--N完全去除,几乎未检测到NO 2--N的生成,而NH 4+-N的转化率高达69%;纳米Fe/Cu体系7 d内可将NO3--N去除完全,NH4+-N的生成率降低,仅39%,但是出现33%NO2--N积累。从反应前后反硝化细菌总RNA浓度变化看,3种纳米粒子对反硝化细菌的毒性大小为纳米Fe/Ni﹥纳米Fe/Cu﹥纳米Fe0。  相似文献

In this study, different concentrations of five food dyes (amaranth, patent blue, carminic acid, indigotine and erythrosine) have been evaluated for genotoxicity in the Somatic Mutation and Recombination Test (SMART) of Drosophila melanogaster. Standard cross was used in the experiment. Larvae including two linked recessive wing hair mutations were chronically fed at different concentrations of the test compounds in standard Drosophila Instant Medium. Feeding ended with pupation of the surviving larvae. Wings of the emerging adult flies were scored for the presence of spots of mutant cells which can result from either somatic mutation or somatic recombination. For the evaluation of genotoxic effects, the frequencies of spots per wing in the treated series were compared to the control group, which was distilled water. The present study shows that carminic acid and indigotine demonstrated negative results while erythrosine demonstrated inconclusive results. In addition 25 mg mL−1 concentration of patent blue and 12.5, 25 and 50 mg mL−1 concentrations of amaranth demonstrated positive results in the SMART.  相似文献

研究了间二氯苯(M-DCB)在超声波/零价铁联合体系(US/Fe0)中的降解,考察了零价铁(Fe0)投加量、初始pH值、初始间二氯苯浓度(C0)、搅拌速度等控制参数对间二氯苯降解效率的影响。结果表明,其降解效率分别在Fe0投加量1.5 g/L,初始pH值为2和10时达最大值。随目标污染物初始浓度的提高,其降解效率降低,超声波和零价铁联合体系适合降解较低浓度的间二氯苯溶液,搅拌速度越大,污染物的去除率越高。  相似文献

研究了在反应表面积相近条件下,纳米与微米级零价铁(Fe0)降解水相中2,4,6-三氯酚(TCP)的动力学差异.结果表明,纳米与微米级Fe0降解TCP过程均符合准一级反应动力学,表观反应速率常数Kobs分别为0.0165h-1和0.0046h-1,其比值(3.6)接近纳米与微米级Fe0对TCP的初始吸附量比值(2.9).造成2种Fe0降解与吸附效率差异的主要原因在于颗粒表面点位单元活性不同.Fe0对TCP的作用可分为2个阶段:前一阶段非反应点位主导的吸附作用高于反应点位主导的降解作用,后一阶段刚好相反.反应过程中,纳米与微米级Fe0反应组体系pH值从初始的5.7分别升至10.5和8.2,体系pH值处于酸性范围时可提高TCP降解速率.纳米Fe0在反应过程中表面氧化不断增加,其中大部分铁氧化物沉积在颗粒表面,少量以离子态存在于水相中.  相似文献

为提高应急救援中无人机应急中继通信资源配置的公平与效率,在考虑无人机中继通信覆盖范围限制、各受灾用户集群点分布情况、受灾群众公平性感知的基础上,构建以最大化系统吞吐量为效率目标、最小化受灾群众公平损失值为公平目标的无人机应急中继通信选址多目标0-1非线性整数规划模型,采用基于k-means的模拟退火算法对其进行求解,并以实际案例为背景构造算例,验证本文提出模型和算法的可行性与有效性,并进行多目标分析及参数敏感性分析。研究结果表明:本文提出的模型和算法能在较短时间得到无人机应急中继通信选址方案,保证所有受灾用户集群点获得通信中继;同时,确定最佳无人机设备数量,验证公平目标与效率目标存在悖反关系。  相似文献

β-环糊精包埋纳米零价铁对Cd~(2+)的去除性能研究   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
为提高纳米Fe0的稳定性,以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,以β-环糊精为原料对纳米Fe0进行包埋。考察了碱度、交联剂用量对聚合物交联度的影响,对比研究了30%、40%Na OH介质对包埋纳米Fe0去除Cd2+反应活性的影响。利用SEM、TGA对包埋材料的表面形态及热稳定性进行了分析。实验结果表明:40%Na OH介质中交联包埋的纳米Fe0具有更高的反应活性;当Cd2+浓度为100 mg/L时,投加包埋材料3.0 g,反应150 min,Cd2+去除率可达98.9%;于空气中放置1个月,其对Cd2+去除率仍可达90.5%。  相似文献

针对纳米Fe0在空气中易被氧化的问题,应用海藻酸钠、β-环糊精对纳米Fe0进行协同固定化,考察了原料配比、交联剂浓度等对凝胶球性能的影响,并对固定化纳米Fe0材料的稳定性进行了考察。实验结果表明:以1.5%SA、0.5%β-CD为原料,4.0%Ca Cl2为交联剂制备的固定化纳米Fe0具有较高的反应活性;固定化Fe0对Pb2+的去除效率明显高于Cd2+,反应4 h,200 mg/L的Pb2+去除率可达99.3%,主要通过凝胶球与Fe0联合作用去除。该材料保存120 d后仍具有较高的反应活性。  相似文献

Dyes are common pollutants in textile wastewaters, and the treatment of the wastewater has now attracted much attention due to its wide application and low biodegradability. In this study, Fe0/C/Clay ceramics, a kind of novel micro-electrolysis filler, were sintered and employed in a dynamic micro-electrolysis reactor for synthetic Acid Red 73 (AR73) and Reactive Blue 4 (RB4) wastewater treatment. The effects of influent pH, hydraulic retention time (HRT), and aeration on the decoloration efficiencies of AR73 and RB4 were studied. The optimum conditions for wastewater treatment were: AR73, influent pH of 4, HRT of 2 h and aeration; RB4, influent pH of 5, HRT of 6 h and aeration. Under the optimum conditions, decoloration efficiency of AR73 and RB4 wastewater was 96% and 83%, respectively. Results of UV-vis spectrum scanning demonstrated that the chromophores were broken. Continuous running tests showed that improvement of micro-electrolysis system with Fe0/C/Clay ceramics for AR73 and RB4 synthetic wastewater treatment could avoid failure of micro-electrolysis reactor, which indicated great potential for the practical application of the ceramics in the field of actual industrial wastewater treatment.  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了一系列的MnOx/HZSM-5,在实验烟气中研究了MnOx/HZSM-5对Hg0的去除行为,并运用比表面(BET)和X-射线衍射(XRD)技术对其进行了表征.结果表明,在6%O2条件下HZSM-5本身具有良好的去除Hg0的性能,改性后的分子筛对Hg0吸附和氧化的能力得到改善,且MnOx负载量在10%时效果最佳;适当升高反应温度能增强脱汞效率,300℃为最佳反应温度;烟气中O2能促进汞的氧化,而NO和SO2与汞竞争MnOx/HZSM-5上的活性位,对Hg0的氧化有一定的抑制作用.此外,研究还发现,在MnOx/HZSM-5吸附剂上Hg0主要是经氧化形成HgO,其脱汞机理在一定程度上符合Mars-Maessen机理.  相似文献

Abstract: Accurate and reliable evapotranspiration (ET) datasets are crucial in regional water and energy balance studies. Due to the complex instrumentation requirements, actual ET values are generally estimated from reference ET values by adjustment factors using coefficients for water stress and vegetation conditions, commonly referred to as crop coefficients. Until recently, the modeling of reference ET has been solely based on important weather variables collected from weather stations that are generally located in selected agro‐climatic locations. Since 2001, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Global Data Assimilation System (GDAS) has been producing six‐hourly climate parameter datasets that are used to calculate daily reference ET for the whole globe at 1‐degree spatial resolution. The U.S. Geological Survey Center for Earth Resources Observation and Science has been producing daily reference ET (ETo) since 2001, and it has been used on a variety of operational hydrological models for drought and streamflow monitoring all over the world. With the increasing availability of local station‐based reference ET estimates, we evaluated the GDAS‐based reference ET estimates using data from the California Irrigation Management Information System (CIMIS). Daily CIMIS reference ET estimates from 85 stations were compared with GDAS‐based reference ET at different spatial and temporal scales using five‐year daily data from 2002 through 2006. Despite the large difference in spatial scale (point vs. ~100 km grid cell) between the two datasets, the correlations between station‐based ET and GDAS‐ET were very high, exceeding 0.97 on a daily basis to more than 0.99 on time scales of more than 10 days. Both the temporal and spatial correspondences in trend/pattern and magnitudes between the two datasets were satisfactory, suggesting the reliability of using GDAS parameter‐based reference ET for regional water and energy balance studies in many parts of the world. While the study revealed the potential of GDAS ETo for large‐scale hydrological applications, site‐specific use of GDAS ETo in complex hydro‐climatic regions such as coastal areas and rugged terrain may require the application of bias correction and/or disaggregation of the GDAS ETo using downscaling techniques.  相似文献
