上海市传统产业结构的演进与重构--基于经济社会转型背景下的可持续发展新思路

上海市目前正处于由国内经济中心建设阶段向国际大都市建设阶段转型的关键时期，为确保上海市顺利实现阶段转型。要以全新的思路重组上海的传统产业以适应上述变局。以产业重组理论为指导，以国际大都市建设为目标，在产业结构重构战略上，坚持以第三产业和新兴制造业快速增长为核心；在产业的空间发展战略上，坚持以产业高度和技术优势引领长江三角洲地区加快一体化步伐，瞄准国际产业结构新高，积极参与东亚城市体系的产业分工；在重点产业选择上，优先发展新经济产业簇群、流量经济产业簇群和都市型产业簇群等3大产业簇群。为实现上述构想，在分析了上海市产业结构的演变及其表现特征的基础上，将上海市的产业划分为5大类，分别提出了不同的优化重组方案。     

大城市郊区耕地保护与可持续利用探讨--以成都市郫县为例

以成都市郫县为例，运用资源持续利用原理，分析了大城市郊区耕地资源保护和可持续利用过程中的各种制约因素，并从区域经济和社会可持续发展的角度提出了加强土地法制管理和农田环境保护、科学实施土地利用总体规划、合理开发利用土地资源等耕地可持续利用的基本途径与对策。     

Monitoring air pollution in Kano municipality by chemical analysis of Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) needles for sulphur content

The distribution of environmental pollutant, sulphur, over Kano municipality was monitored on the basis of the chemical analysis of Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) needles collected from randomly selected sampling points over the period 1995–1996. Of the five zones in which the municipal area was subdivided, two could be regarded as least polluted, two as moderately polluted and one zone as heavily polluted. The mean value of all measurements in the metropolis amounted to 1940 gg^–1 S with a co-efficient of variation of 38 percent.

The role of the engineering community in sustainable development

Sustainable development is the development that meets the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Sustainability assessment is an important part of the decision process in organisations. Sustainability is difficult to define or measure because it is a complex concept. To assess the sustainability level of an organisation, a unique attempt has been made using fuzzy-based Kano model based on the stakeholders' satisfaction. The Kano model is a customer satisfaction assessment tool that must be precise, and it is incorporated with fuzzy logic because it has the capability to replicate the human perceptions. In this context, the approach is used to assess the sustainability by using the stakeholders' satisfaction for different criteria and it provides information regarding improvement in sustainability.     

大都市传统工业区休闲旅游转型发展研究综述

传统工业区休闲旅游转型是大都市城市功能和产业空间优化的关键问题,目前该方面研究尚未形成系统性的理论研究体系.论文梳理了国内外相关研究成果,从休闲旅游转型趋势,转型价值,转型空间演化,转型要素,转型模式,转型效应和转型策略等方面进行了研究内容和研究结果的总结,评述了国内外在研究时间,研究内容,研究方法上的差异.最后认为现有研究缺乏从人地关系视角对传统工业区转型背景,要素,动力,空间演化的系统分析,今后应针对中国大都市发展特点,重点关注传统工业区休闲旅游转型发展模式,转型过程,机制以及综合效应等方面的研究,从理论性和可操作性上指导我国城市传统工业区的休闲旅游改造.     

基于GIS的华北某市潜层地下水总硬度变化趋势分析

随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市潜层地下水水质逐渐变差。研究以华北地区某重点城市为研究对象,基于Arc GIS平台研究分析了该市1980年、1990年、2000年和2010年4个时间点的地下水总硬度时空变异特征。研究结果显示:研究区在1980—2010年间潜水总硬度高浓度区域大幅增加,地下水水质变差趋势非常明显。老城区地下水总硬度经历了1980—1990年迅速上升和1990年后稳中有降两个阶段;拓展区潜水总硬度总体上呈现先缓后急的上升趋势。     

论城市森林及其生态系统的建设

由于城市森林及其生态系统是一项重要的绿化基础设施，是城市中人与自然关系的纽带与桥梁，因此，大力加强城市森林生态系统建设是历史发展的必然．以此为依据，阐述了城市森林及其生态系统的概念、研究方法与内容、发展概况，提出了城市森林生态系统建设的5项原则，最后，探讨了城市森林生态系统建设的未来两大发展趋势．     

Metals in roadside soils of different grain sizes from high traffic roads in Kano metropolis,Nigeria

Roadside surface soil samples were collected from 10 locations along high traffic roads and a control site between December 2009 and September 2010. The samples were analyzed for particle size distribution, pH, organic matter, electrical conductivity, cation exchange capacity, and the concentrations of Cd, Cr, Ni, Pb, Cu, and Zn in different grain sizes. Generally, the results show a decrease in the concentrations of all the studied metals during the wet season in the following order, Zn?>?Pb?>?Ni?>?Cu?>?Cr?>?Cd. Correlation of metal concentrations on traffic volume is low except for Pb; other sources seem to contribute significantly to the metal burden of the soil. The ecological risk index indicates that the roadsides of Kano metropolis are suffering from high metal contamination, though ameliorated by rain.
