选取3个耐低磷水稻基因型99011、580和99112及1个磷敏感基因型99056为材料,采用营养液培养,比较了它们在不同磷水平下苗期根系的生长状况及对氮、磷、钾的吸收情况,结果表明,耐低磷基因型适应低磷的能力较强,它们具有较长的根系、较大的根体积和根干重,其中99011和580表现尤为突出,且它们的根系受磷水平变化的影响明显小于敏感基因型99056;0.081~0.161mmol/L的磷处理更有利于耐低磷基因型根系的发育,并且促进氮和钾的吸收,此时,植株能够吸收较正常磷处理更多的氮和钾;而磷敏感基因型99056吸收氮和钾的量随供磷水平的下降而减少,并且吸收磷的总量受磷水平变化的影响显著较3个耐低磷基因型大。  相似文献

Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5) is a cyclic volatile methyl siloxane (cVMS) commonly found in commercially available products. D5 is expected to enter the terrestrial environment through the deposit of biosolids from sewage treatment plants onto agricultural fields for nutrient enrichment. Little to no information currently exists as to the risks of D5 to the terrestrial environment. In order to evaluate the potential risk to terrestrial organisms, the toxicity of a D5 contaminated biosolid in an agricultural soil was assessed with a battery of standardized soil toxicity tests.D5 was spiked into a surrogate biosolid and then mixed with a sandy loam soil to create test concentrations ranging from 0 to 4074 mg kg−1. Plant (Hordeum vulgare (barley) and Trifolium pratense (red clover)) and soil invertebrates (Eisenia andrei (earthworm) and Folsomia candida (springtail)) toxicity tests were completed to assess for lethal and sub-lethal effects. Plant testing evaluated the effects on seedling emergence, shoot and root length, and shoot and root dry mass. Invertebrate test endpoints included adult lethality, juvenile production, and individual juvenile dry mass (earthworms only). Soil samples were collected over time to confirm test concentrations and evaluate the loss of chemical over the duration of a test. The toxicity of the D5 was species and endpoint dependent, such that no significant adverse effects were observed for T. pratense or E. andrei test endpoints, however, toxicity was observed for H. vulgare plant growth and F. candida survival and reproduction. Chemical losses of up to 50% were observed throughout the tests, most significantly at high concentrations.  相似文献

采用SBR反应器,详细研究了硝酸盐浓度及其投加方式对反硝化除磷过程的影响。结果表明,缺氧环境下的反硝化吸磷速率与作为电子受体的硝酸盐浓度有很大的关系,硝酸盐浓度越高.吸磷速率越快。当硝酸盐浓度较低.不足以氧化反硝化聚磷菌细胞内的PHB从而导致体系反硝化除磷效率的下降。相同浓度的硝酸盐,采用流加的方式可以获得比一次性投加更高的反硝化吸磷速率。缺氧环境下,反硝化脱氮量与磷的吸收量成良好的线性关系.借助于反硝化聚磷菌,反硝化脱氮与除磷可在一种环境中完成,有效解决了废水中COD不足的问题.同时达到了节省能源和降低污泥产量的目的。  相似文献

A forested brownfield within Liberty State Park, Jersey City, New Jersey, USA, has soils with arsenic, chromium, lead, zinc and vanadium at concentrations above those considered ambient for the area. Using both satellite imagery and field spectral measurements, this study examines plant productivity at the assemblage and individual specimen level. Longer term growth trends (basal area increase in tree cores) were also studied. Leaf chlorophyll content within the hardwood assemblage showed a threshold model for metal tolerance, decreasing significantly beyond a soil total metal load (TML) of 3.0. Biomass production (calculated with RG - Red/Green Ratio Index) in Betula populifolia (gray birch), the co-dominant tree species, had an inverse relationship with the Zn concentration in leaf tissue during the growing season. Growth of B. populifolia exhibited a significant relationship with TML. Assemblage level NDVI and individual tree NDVI also had significant decreases with increasing TML. Ecosystem function measured as plant production is impaired at a critical soil metal load.  相似文献

The heterogeneous uptake processes of hydrogen peroxide on Arizona test dust and two types of authentic Chinese mineral dusts, i.e., Inner Mongolia desert dust and Xinjiang calciferous dust, were investigated using a Knudsen cell reactor coupled with a quadrupole mass spectrometer. The uptake coefficients were measured as a function of the initial concentration of H_2O_2 from 2.6 × 10~(11) to 1.2 × 10~(12)molecules/cm~3, and the temperature dependence of the uptake coefficients was investigated over a range from 253 to 313 K. The concentration of H_2O_2 showed little effect on the uptake coefficients of these heterogeneous processes. As a function of temperature, the initial uptake coefficients decrease with increasing temperature, whereas the steady state uptake coefficients of Arizona test dust and Inner Mongolia desert dust increase with increasing temperature. Implications for the understanding of the uptake processes onto mineral dust samples were also discussed.  相似文献

查明作物硒吸收、转运随生育期的动态变化,有助于更好地了解硒在土壤-植物系统中的迁移进而对其有效性进行调控.本文采用盆栽试验,研究了6种不同作物在8周生长期内对外源硒酸盐和亚硒酸盐的动态吸收和转运差异及可能机制.结果表明,作物对硒酸盐和亚硒酸盐的动态吸收规律显著不同.硒酸盐处理作物地上部和根部硒含量从种植3周后持续下降;而亚硒酸盐处理作物根部硒含量随生长逐步上升,地上部硒含量随生长呈先上升后平稳或下降的趋势.两种硒处理在整个作物生长期内都有硒的累积,但植物体内80%的硒源于前6周的吸收.6种作物相比,硒酸盐处理芥菜地上部和根部硒含量最高,小麦地上部次之,亚硒酸盐处理,胡萝卜地上部硒含量最高,地下硒含量最小,而相同硒处理菜薹、紫甘蓝和绿菜花地上部和根部硒含量相近.绿菜花、紫甘蓝、菜薹、芥菜和小麦对硒酸盐的转运明显高于亚硒酸盐,胡萝卜对两种硒的转运能力相当.生物稀释作用影响作物硒含量的动态变化,尤以硒酸盐处理最为明显,供试植物硒含量与其干重呈显著负相关,但生物量改变引起的稀释作用并不能解释其对两种价态硒截然相反的吸收规律.进一步分析发现,硒酸盐处理6种作物硒累积量与作物生长期土壤有效硒改变量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),但亚硒酸盐处理却未发现此结果;6种作物硒累积量仅占亚硒酸盐处理土壤有效硒的0.5%~18.1%,而硒酸盐处理除胡萝卜外5种作物硒累积总量为土壤有效硒量的1.1~4.5倍,由此可见,作物对外源硒酸盐和亚硒酸盐动态吸收的差异是作物硒吸收和转运能力、土壤供硒能力及生物稀释综合作用的结果,在作物硒的强化中应该综合考虑.  相似文献

通过常规耗氧速率(OUR)测定方法、荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)和LIVE/DEAD细胞活性实验,分别研究了序批式反应器(SBR)硝化系统和生物营养物去除(BNR)系统中硝化细菌的好氧衰减特征.实验结果表明,SBR硝化系统中硝化细菌在衰减过程中由细胞死亡引起的衰减分别占细胞总衰减的33%(SRT=10 d)和50%(SRT=40 d);相应地,由活性降低引起的衰减分别占细胞总衰减的67%(SRT=10 d)和50%(SRT=40 d).长SRT可能会选择出能够更好地适应饥饿状态的硝化菌种,使细菌能够迅速地做出紧迫反应,从而降低其衰减速率.在BNR系统中(SRT=15 d),硝化细菌在衰减过程中由细胞死亡引起的衰减约占细胞总衰减的45%,由活性降低引起的衰减约占细胞总衰减的55%.两种系统中硝化细菌由细胞死亡引起的衰减比例不同是由于两种系统中不同微生物组成所致.  相似文献

通过盆栽试验研究在2种砷污染土壤中施加硅对水稻幼苗吸收砷的影响.结果表明,施加外源硅没有显著提高幼苗期水稻植株地上部和地下部生物量,也没有显著影响低砷土壤中水稻植株地上部和地下部的磷浓度,却使高砷土壤中水稻植株地上部磷浓度增加18%~39%,但对地下部磷浓度影响不大.同时与不施硅相比,无论是否调节硅酸钾溶液的pH值,施加2种浓度的外源硅均显著降低水稻植株地上部和地下部砷浓度.在低砷土壤中施加2种浓度的外源硅使水稻植株地上部砷浓度降低36%~59%,地下部砷浓度降低15%~37%.在高砷土壤中加硅,地上部砷浓度降低42%~58%,地下部砷浓度降低70%~82%.此结果与水培试验结果相一致,并对可能的机理进行了解释.  相似文献

In order to understand the similarity or difference of inorganic As species uptake and transport related to phosphorus in As-hyperaccumulator, uptake and transport of arsenate (As(Ⅴ)) and arsenite (As(Ⅲ)) were studied using Pteris vittata L. under sand culture. Higher concentrations of phosphate were found to inhibit accumulation of arsenate and arsenite in the fronds of P. vittata. The reduction in As accumulation was greater in old fronds than in young fronds, and relatively weak in root and rhizome. Moderate increases, from 0.05 to 0.3 mmol/L, in phosphate reduced uptake of As(Ⅲ) more than As(Ⅴ), while the reverse was observed at high concentrations of phosphate (≥ 1.0 mmol/L). Phosphate apparently reduced As transport and the proportion of As accumulated in fronds of P. vittata when As was supplied as As(Ⅴ). It may in part be due to competition between phosphorus and As(Ⅴ) during transport. In contrast, phosphate had a much smaller effect on As transport when the As was supplied as As(Ⅲ). Therefore, the results from present experiments indicates that a higher concentration of phosphate suppressed As accumulation and transport in P. vittata, especially in the fronds, when exposure to As(Ⅴ); but the suppression of phosphate to As transport in the root or rhizome may be insignificant when P. vittata when exposure to As(Ⅲ) under sand culture conditions. The finding will help to understand the interaction of P and As during their uptake process in P. vittata.  相似文献

利用短期盆栽试验和抖根法研究了喜旱莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides)、香蒲(Typha latifolia)、慈姑(Sagittaria sagittifolia)和芦苇(Phragmites communis)4种水牛植物的根际磷素耗竭效应,分析了植物根冠比、根系形态、磷素吸收有效性和磷素利用有妓性等差异,探讨了植物根际磷素耗竭效应的吸收利用调控机制.结果表明,与非根际土壤(有效磷含量为167.53ìg穏-1)相比,喜旱莲子草、香蒲、慈姑和芦苇根际土壤的有效磷含量分别减少至80.17、124.37、155.38和161.75ìg穏-1,水溶性磷含量分别减少了81%、42%、18%和16%.喜旱莲子草根系较小,但磷素吸收有效性高(1.32 mg·m-1),其磷素利用有效件不高(0.34 g·mg-1);香蒲的磷素吸收有效性虽然比喜旱莲子草低许多(0.52 mg·m-1),但其有强大的根系,且磷素利用有效性高(0.64 g·mg-1)、根冠比大(0.35).喜旱莲子草和香蒲耗竭根际磷素的能力高于慈姑和芦苇.  相似文献
