根据川西气田的实际情况,对致密砂岩层回注选井选层技术进行研究,初步建立了致密砂岩层回注选井选层技术,优选出川西气田1、2、3号等5个回注井区。目前,注水规模300m3/d,累计注水量达75 698.8m3,节约生产成本约200万元,且有效缓解了高浓度氯离子地层水外排带来的环保压力。现场回注试验表明:致密砂岩层回注高浓度氯离子地层水是可行的,回注选井选层技术具有现场推广应用价值。  相似文献

Contamination of groundwater by agrochemicals is now widely recognized as an extremely important environmental problem. Modern agricultural practices involve the combined use of irrigation with the application of large amounts of agrochemicals to maximize crop yield. Due to flood irrigation and natural runoff, agricultural activities might generate soil, surface water and groundwater contamination problems and leaching of pesticides. Modeling of the transport and fate of pesticides, such as simazine, may help understand the long-term potential risk to the subsurface environment. This paper illustrates a comparative study via the use of three different pesticide transport simulation models and the applicability of those models in determining the groundwater vulnerability to pesticides contamination in a citrus orchard located at the Lower Rio Grande Valley (LRGV). The three models used in the study are the pesticide root zone model-3 (PRZM-3), the pesticide analytical model (PESTAN) and integrated pesticide transport modeling (IPTM). The concentration values obtained from all three models are in agreement, and they show a decreasing trend from the surface through the vadose zone. The problem is how to use this information and, specifically, how to combine the testimony of a number of experts into a single useful judgment. With the aid of the fuzzy multiattribute decision making method, PRZM-3 is deemed as the most promising one for such precision farming applications.  相似文献

It is now 130 years since Fritz Müller proposed an evolutionary explanation for the close similarity of co-existing unpalatable prey species, a phenomenon now known as Müllerian mimicry. Müller's hypothesis was that unpalatable species evolve a similar appearance to reduce the mortality involved in training predators to avoid them, and he backed up his arguments with a mathematical model in which predators attack a fixed number (n) of each distinct unpalatable type in a given season before avoiding them. Here, I review what has since been discovered about Müllerian mimicry and consider in particular its relationship to other forms of mimicry. Müller's specific model of associative learning involving a "fixed n" in a given season has not been supported, and several experiments now suggest that two distinct unpalatable prey types may be just as easy to learn to avoid as one. Nevertheless, Müller's general insight that novel unpalatable forms have higher mortality than common unpalatable forms as a result of predation has been well supported by field experiments. From its inception, there has been a heated debate over the nature of the relationship between Müllerian co-mimics that differ in their level of defence. There is now a growing awareness that this relationship can be mediated by many factors, including synergistic effects between co-mimics that differ in their mode of defence, rates of generalisation among warning signals and concomitant changes in prey density as mimicry evolves. I highlight areas for future enquiry, including the possibility of Müllerian mimicry systems based on profitability rather than unprofitability and the co-evolution of defence.  相似文献

The blood feeding vampire bats emerged from New World leaf-nosed bats that fed on fruit and insects. Plasminogen activator, a serine protease that regulates blood coagulation, is known to be expressed in the saliva of Desmodus rotundus (common vampire bat) and is thought to be a key enzyme for the emergence of blood feeding in vampire bats. To better understand the evolution of this biological function, we studied the plasminogen activator (PA) genes from all vampire bat species in light of their feeding transition to bird and subsequently mammalian blood. We include the rare species Diphylla ecaudata and Diaemus youngi, where plasminogen activator had not previously been studied and demonstrate that PA gene duplication observed in Desmodus is not essential to the vampire phenotype, but relates to the emergence of predominant mammalian blood feeding in this species. Plasminogen activator has evolved through gene duplication, domain loss, and sequence evolution leading to change in fibrin-specificity and susceptibility to plasminogen activator inhibitor-1. Before undertaking this study, only the four plasminogen activator isoforms from Desmodus were known. The evolution of vampire bat plasminogen activators can now be linked phylogenetically to the transition in feeding behavior among vampire bat species from bird to mammalian blood. 在当前农村环境的治理中,生活污水处理技术和模式一直是农村环保不断探索的问题.根据农村实际情况选择合适的处理技术显得尤为重要.通过实地调研,对农村生活污水产生现状、常见处理工艺进行了分析.根据当前实际应用情况,选定了四种典型农村生活污水技术模式,以及对模式选择有影响的六个主要因素,按照层次分析法进行了研究,以期为农村生活污水处理工艺的选择提供参考.分析结果表明首选方案为"A/O+人工湿地"处理技术,与目前农村生活污水实际状况相吻合.  相似文献

Fisher最优分割法是用离差平方和来表示同类样本之间的差异程度,通过简便的计算步骤和作图,确定最优分类数,使同类样本间的差异最小,各类别样本间的差异最大,并用F检验法检验最优分类数的合理性。文章根据Fisher最优分割法的理论内涵,研究其应用于酸雨环境监测优化布点的可行性。以漳州市沿海区域监测点为研究实例,用Fisher最优分割法确定最优的分类情况和最优的优化布点方案。结果表明,原布设的9个监测点用Fisher最优分割法优化为3个典型点位,可客观地反映漳州市酸雨控制区的整体污染状况和污染趋势,该方法理论内涵直观、计算简便、重复性好,对环境质量监测有重要的意义。  相似文献

针对水污染治理目标的差异化需求,构建了一套水污染治理技术适用性评估方法。评估指标体系既包括反映水污染治理目标的评估指标,又包含技术本身的性能指标;在具体评估中,先采用层次分析法(AHP)对指标体系中每项指标赋权,再采用优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)对备选技术进行综合性能评估,进而筛选出满足水污染治理目标需求的适配性推荐技术。采用该方法对某海绵城市建设和某黑臭水体治理项目进行案例应用研究,考察所构建的技术适用性评估方法是否能够达到预期效果。这2个案例由于治理目标需求不同,构建的技术评估指标体系和评估指标权重不同,导致从同一技术储备库中筛选出的适配性推荐技术并不一致,表明AHP-TOPSIS技术适用性评估方法可以依据水污染治理目标需求的差异性筛选出适配性推荐技术。  相似文献
