为研究2-氨基-23,-二甲基丁酰胺氧化合成的热危险性,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁腈和2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁酰胺的热分解情况,采用反应量热仪(RC1)研究反应温度、双氧水滴加速度和氢氧化钠用量对反应的影响。研究结果显示,2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁腈吸热热分解温度为149.5℃2,-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁酰胺表现为吸热和放热2段分解过程,吸热和放热分解温度分别为234.4℃和456℃。反应放热速率主要为加料控制,但是,存在一定的热累积。热失控体系最高温度(MTSR)低于2-氨基-23,-二甲基丁腈和2-氨基-23,-二甲基丁酰胺的分解温度,高于体系沸腾温度,在热失控的条件下,反应体系容易导致冲料危险;在优惠的工艺条件范围内,提高反应温度,延长滴加时间,可降低反应的MTSR,提高热转化率和反应安全性。  相似文献

A dynamic and heterogeneous species abundance model generating the lognormal species abundance distribution is fitted to time series of species data from an assemblage of stoneflies and mayflies (Plecoptera and Ephemeroptera) of an aquatic insect community collected over a period of 15 years. In each year except one, we analyze 5 parallel samples taken at the same time of the season giving information about the over-dispersion in the sampling relative to the Poisson distribution. Results are derived from a correlation analysis, where the correlation in the bivariate normal distribution of log abundance is used as measurement of similarity between communities. The analysis enables decomposition of the variance of the lognormal species abundance distribution into three components due to heterogeneity among species, stochastic dynamics driven by environmental noise, and over-dispersion in sampling, accounting for 62.9, 30.6 and 6.5% of the total variance, respectively. Corrected for sampling the heterogeneity and stochastic components accordingly account for 67.3 and 32.7% of the among species variance in log abundance. By using this method, it is possible to disentangle the effect of heterogeneity and stochastic dynamics by quantifying these components and correctly remove sampling effects on the observed species abundance distribution.  相似文献

Commonly used methods to predict streamflow at ungauged watersheds implicitly predict streamflow magnitude and temporal sequence concurrently. An alternative approach that has not been fully explored is the conceptualization of streamflow as a composite of two separable components of magnitude and sequence, where each component is estimated separately and then combined. Magnitude is modeled using the flow duration curve (FDC), whereas sequence is modeled by transferring streamflow sequence of gauged watershed(s). This study tests the applicability of the approach on watersheds ranging in size from about 25‐7,226 km2 in Southeastern Coastal Plain (U.S.) with substantial surface storage of wetlands. A 19‐point regionalized FDC is developed to estimate streamflow magnitude using the three most selected variables (drainage area, hydrologic soil index, and maximum 24‐h precipitation with a recurrence interval of 100 years) by a greedy‐heuristic search process. The results of validation on four watersheds (Trent River, North Carolina: 02092500; Satilla River, Georgia: 02226500; Black River, South Carolina: 02136000; and Coosawhatchie River, South Carolina: 02176500) yielded Nash‐Sutcliffe efficiency values of 0.86‐0.98 for the predicted magnitude and 0.09‐0.84 for the predicted daily streamflow over a simulation period of 1960‐2010. The prediction accuracy of the method on two headwater watersheds at Santee Experimental Forest in coastal South Carolina was weak, but comparable to simulations by MIKE‐SHE.  相似文献

通过实验室模拟颤蚓的迁移,研究了颤蚓分布密度、底泥性质对颤蚓迁移运动的影响.结果表明,分布密度增大引起食物短缺,颤蚓迁移率首先增大,之后由于迁移运动的能量消耗导致迁移率减小,当分布密度大于8×104条.m-2后,颤蚓对食物极度竞争使其开始大规模迁移,最大迁移率为36.75%.底泥有机质在丰富颤蚓食物源,增大其迁移率的同时,也降低了溶解氧浓度,导致迁移率减小,有机质含量由3.93%增加至5.90%时以迁移率增大为主,大于5.90%时则以迁移率减小为主.TN、TP可改变底泥中微生物群落结构,引起颤蚓食物组分变化,从而影响颤蚓迁移,TN和TP含量分别在3.36~5.65mg.g-1和0.95~1.87mg.g-1范围时,TN含量的增加减小了颤蚓迁移率,TP含量的增加则增大颤蚓迁移率;继续增大含量,颤蚓对TN具有一定耐受性,迁移率稳定在20%左右,对TP则表现出排斥性,含量超过1.87mg.g-1后,迁移率从42%降为0.5%.颗粒粒径对颤蚓迁移的影响主要是由颗粒中有机质含量而非粒径本身决定,粒径小于0.15mm和大于0.55mm的颗粒适宜颤蚓生存,前者有机质含量高,后者则颗粒间空隙大,颤蚓可快速通过并获取更多的食物.  相似文献

The effects of noise on neuronal dynamical systems are of much current interest. Here, we investigate noise-induced changes in the rhythmic firing activity of single Hodgkin–Huxley neurons. With additive input current, there is, in the absence of noise, a critical mean value μ = μ c above which sustained periodic firing occurs. With initial conditions as resting values, for a range of values of the mean μ near the critical value, we have found that the firing rate is greatly reduced by noise, even of quite small amplitudes. Furthermore, the firing rate may undergo a pronounced minimum as the noise increases. This behavior has the opposite character to stochastic resonance and coherence resonance. We found that these phenomena occurred even when the initial conditions were chosen randomly or when the noise was switched on at a random time, indicating the robustness of the results. We also examined the effects of conductance-based noise on Hodgkin–Huxley neurons and obtained similar results, leading to the conclusion that the phenomena occur across a wide range of neuronal dynamical systems. Further, these phenomena will occur in diverse applications where a stable limit cycle coexists with a stable focus.  相似文献

为促进煤炭企业员工安全行为,减少生产安全事故,基于差序格局理论、资源保存理论和自我决定理论,构建差序式领导、组织认同、安全动机和员工安全行为的链式中介模型。通过路径检验和Bootstrap方法,对367名煤炭企业基层员工的有效问卷数据进行统计分析,探讨激发员工安全行为的有效路径。研究结果表明:煤炭企业中的差序式领导可正向影响员工安全遵从行为和安全参与行为,且对安全参与行为的促进作用更强;组织认同和安全动机在差序式领导与员工安全遵从行为、安全参与行为的关系中存在独立中介和链式中介作用,且相较于组织认同,安全动机的独立中介作用更强。研究结果可为建立合理的差序标准、采取适度偏私手段提供参考。  相似文献

In this paper, I show the existence and the characteristics of equilibrium in a non-renewable resource market where extraction costs are non-convex and market price is subject to stochastic shocks, an empirically relevant setting. In my model firms may be motivated to hold inventories to facilitate production smoothing, which allows them to continue producing at a smooth pace at any instant when extraction ceases, e.g. when reserves are exhausted. This aspect of the model then supports a competitive equilibrium in the presence of non-convex costs. Casual empirical evidence is provided that supports the central features of my model for a variety of non-renewable resources, lending credence to the explanation for equilibrium I propose.  相似文献

为正确认识木质地板材料的燃烧特性,应用差热分析方法比较几种木质地板材料的燃烧性能。采用CRY-1型差热分析仪对8种木质地板与普通松木试样依据标准升温曲线进行差热试验,研究试样受热期间的峰特征。试验结果表明:不同品牌的复合地板在燃烧性能上基本相同,而实木地板由于所选基材材种不同,其热特征有很大的区别。总体上,复合地板火灾危险性高于实木地板。所选8种木质地板与普通松木的火灾危险性大小为试样③﹥试样⑦﹥试样⑥﹥试样②﹥普通松木﹥试样⑧﹥试样⑤﹥试样④﹥试样①。  相似文献

使用不同分散剂制备了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-硫化镉(PVP-CdS)催化剂,研究了盐酸黄连素在PVP-CdS修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为。实验结果表明:与裸电极相比,PVP-CdS修饰玻碳电极提高了盐酸黄连素的氧化电流;当外加电压为0.5~1.4 V、电位增量为0.018 V、缓冲溶液pH为6时,盐酸黄连素质量浓度在1~200 mg/L的范围内与氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.15 mg/L。通过盐酸黄连素氧化前后的红外谱图分析,推断出了氧化机理。  相似文献
