We report on a fetus with multiple congenital anomalies detected at the prenatal ultrasound examination and a trisomy 6 mosaicism in the amniocytes. The pregnancy was interrupted in the 18th gestational week and the autopsy revealed malformations including cleft right hand, arthrogryposis and hypoplasia of the 4th digit of the left hand, syndactylies and overlapping toes, facial dysmorphism with hypertelorism and low-set ears, ventricular septum defect (VSD), intestinal malrotation and scoliosis. Trisomy 6 mosaicism was detected in cultured amniocytes (13.3%), confirmed in umbilical cord fibroblasts (40%) and by fluorescence in situ hybridization on other fetal tissues. Trisomy 6 mosaicism is a very rare finding with only eight cases previously reported to our best knowledge. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

以分离筛选自多氯联苯污染水稻田中的脱氯功能蓝藻Nostoc PD-2为材料,两种典型的三氯代多氯联苯PCB28和PCB30为目标污染物,在不同的氮源、碳源和培养温度条件下,研究了脱氯功能藻种Nostoc PD-2中双加氧酶基因和细胞色素b6f复合体铁硫蛋白基因的表达情况及两种基因对脱氯作用的影响.结果显示,以硝酸钠作为氮源时,与氮气氮源组相比,PCB28和PCB30降解组中的两种基因均显著上调表达,双加氧酶基因的上调倍数分别为1.9和5.7倍,铁硫蛋白基因的上调倍数分别为1.1和1.7倍;添加碳酸钠时,与对照相比,双加氧酶基因最高上调了2.2倍,铁硫蛋白基因最高上调了3.4倍;提高温度对双加氧酶基因和铁硫蛋白基因的表达均有促进作用.相较于铁硫蛋白,双加氧酶基因相对表达量与PCB28和PCB30的脱氯百分比之间的相关系数分别为0.872和0.832,表明双加氧酶基因活性与功能藻种PD-2脱氯降解PCBs的相关性更高.本研究结果表明,不同环境因子可引起脱氯功能藻种Nostoc PD-2降解PCBs过程中双加氧酶基因和铁硫蛋白基因的差异表达,添加碳源对降解效果的促进作用最明显,脱氯功能藻种在工程应用中采用优化的环境条件有利于提高降解效率. 相似文献

Pt supported on mesoporous silica SBA-15 was investigated as a catalyst for low temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NO by C 3 H 6 in the presence of excess oxygen.The prepared catalysts were characterized by means of XRD,BET surface area,TEM,NO-TPD,NO/C 3 H 6-TPO,NH 3-TPD,XPS and 27 Al MAS NMR.The effects of Pt loading amount,O 2 /C 3 H 6 concentration,and incorporation of Al into SBA-15 have been studied.It was found that the removal efficiency increased significantly after Pt loading,but an optimal loading amount was observed.In particular,under an atmosphere of 150 ppm NO,150 ppm C 3 H 6,and 18 vol.% O 2,0.5% Pt/SBA-15 showed remarkably high catalytic performance giving 80.1% NOx reduction and 87.04% C 3 H 6 conversion simultaneously at 140°C.The enhanced SCR activity of Pt/SBA-15 is associated with its outstanding oxidation activities of NO to NO 2 and C 3 H 6 to CO 2 in low temperature range.The research results also suggested that higher concentration of O 2 and higher concentration of C 3 H 6 favored NO removal.The incorporation of Al into SBA-15 improved catalytic performance,which could be ascribed to the enhancement of catalyst surface acidity caused by tetrahedrally coordinated AlO 4.Moreover,the catalysts could be easily reused and possessed good stability. 相似文献

The changes in the soluble and insoluble protein contents, glucose and activity levels of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase were studied in hepatopancreas, muscle and gill tissues of penaeid prawn, Metapenaeus monoceros, following its exposure to sublethal concentrations of phosphamidon and methylparathion, organophosphorus insecticides. Both soluble and insoluble protein fractions increased, whereas tissue glucose content decreased. Oxidative metabolism and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity levels was significantly elevated. the results obtained in the present study throws light on the enhanced protein synthetic potentiality and detoxification of insecticide molecules are the adoptive measures to counteract the insecticide toxicity. 相似文献

Trichoderma spp. biosynthesize 6-pentyl-2H-pyran-2-one (6-PP), a natural antifungal pyrone which could be used as biological control agent (BCA). Unfortunately, biotechnical processes are limited by inhibition of biomass at high concentration of 6-PP. We report herein a new easy synthesis of this natural pyrone, using readily available starting materials. 为进一步研究多种不同性质的气体对瓦斯着火过程的影响,采用CHEMKIN-PRO Release软件,选择CH_4燃烧化学反应机理USC Mech 2.0模型对不同组分构成的C_2H_6/CO_2与甲烷混合气体进行数值模拟,然后分析不同组分下瓦斯着火延迟时间的变化趋势,并利用SENKIN程序对其进行敏感性分析。计算结果表明:当C_2H_6百分比小于CO_2百分比时,随着CO_2百分比的增加,瓦斯着火延迟时间略有增加,且其在T=1200K下延长了17.0%,在T=2200K下延长了8.4%,同时抑制CH_4生成的关键反应步敏感性系数下降幅度略大,其协同抑制瓦斯爆炸;当C_2H_6百分比大于CO_2百分比时,随着C_2H_6百分比的增加,瓦斯着火延迟时间大幅缩短,且其在T=1200K下缩短了63.7%,在T=2200K下缩短了35.5%,同时促进CH_4生成的关键反应步敏感性系数下降幅度大,其协同促进瓦斯爆炸。 相似文献

分别制备了花状Bi2MoO6和片状Ni2P,采用研磨、水热及超声的方式将两种材料复合,考察了负载方式、负载率和溶液pH值对其可见光下降解亚甲基蓝(MB)的影响;利用XRD、XPS、FTIR、SEM、PL和UV-Vis等测试手段表征了样品的微观结构、形貌和光学性质;研究表明Ni2P作为助催化剂,可加速电子空穴对分离,显著提高Bi2MoO6的光催化活性,其中当Ni2P负载率为4%时,TOC去除率为64.28%,降解速率为纯Bi2MoO6的2倍,且将Ni2P/Bi2MoO6复合催化剂循环利用3次后,同实验条件下降解率为94%,证明复合催化剂稳定性好. 相似文献
